I just finished The Raven Does not Choose it's Master Episode 4 and literally why is it the best episode in an already pretty solid show?!?!!

Who else is scared it's getting so good now but it'll become a train wreck later?!?! I can't be the only one right?!?

First highlight definitely has to go to crown prince Kin'u (I could search up is name but ignorance is bliss) showing up to the Council and serving absolute disrespect.

Natsuka from one eldest sibling to another, personally I wouldn't take that shit. And you can argue that 'oh but later he sent assassins after him so he' LISTEN the thing is, no assassin beats a good old fashioned smack across the face, sibling on sibling violence is key, trust me (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧

Next is definitely daddy Sumio showing up to as always be the Best and Best-looking character in the entire fucking show.

He could rip out my heart but with those eyes and that undercut I'd be thanking him (｡♡‿♡｡) need more of him like I need fucking oxygen. All I can hope is that if anyone starts making fanart, they don't take away his sexy tan.

Absolutely burst out laughing when Yukiya did the obligatory 'y/n faint' after witnessing his master get attacked, he's the most precious boy, I love him, I love him so much, new fave shota next to Ciel (◍•ᴗ•◍)❤

And finally, the literal best part...

Y'all....he had to stand on his toes (●♡∀♡) like....not only do they have amazing chemistry but the height difference?!?!! I'm shaking, I love them, I love them so much. Crown Prince has the patience of a saint cuz if that was me that brat would be getting some punishment, iykyk ◉‿◉

All in all absolutely the best episode, mostly towards the end when Yukiya accepts to be the prince's aide. "I want you as my right hand man" lying ass, just say you want to keep him around to get on his cute little nerves.

My third favorite scene of this episode hands down ( ◜‿◝ )♡

Hope my drivel was some what appreciated, I know there's a novel/manga I should probably read but I genuinely enjoy being surprised by this show every weekend. This and Black Butler are literally keeping me in the world. Would definitely love to meet more peeps who love the show. No spoilers in the comments tho I beg of you and bye (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧

Literally just noticed something crazy and maybe it's because I rewatched KnB a while ago and now I'm finally able to play Bllk PWC but it's kind of wild...

How on one hand we have Kise; he's a popular, he's got the looks, money and opportunities people would kill for and in addition to that he's an all rounder who's capable of replicating anyone's moves. Everyone hyped this up, and I'm pretty sure next to Kagami or Kagami he was one of the fan favourites.

And on the other hand, that's almost practically the same mind you, we have Mikage Reo who also has all these qualities but because he's not selfish and he unashamedly devotes himself to chasing a dream with Nagi (the deuteragonist), as they refuse to fully conform to blue Lock's standards, so many people like to see him as weak and holding Nagi back but that's really not case.

These characters are practically of the same mold but maybe it's cuz I wasn't in fandom at the height of Knb, but the thing is that I've never seen Kise hate but as a bllk fan almost every month is having to watch so many many people mischaracterize or undercut Reo's importance to Nagi because they're not following the script of staying apart to grow.

For Kise and Kuroko's story, it was probably best they stayed apart, it's not like Kise didn't make an attempt to pull Kuroko back in his orbit but it serves the plot that they find their own paths and Kise learn to acknowledge others and see them worthy of respect.

Reo's spent his whole life acknowledging people, spent his life confirming to the ideals his parents and the society he grew up set for him. For him Soccer and meeting Nagi are two things so intrinsically entwined especially since they stemmed from the one thing he wants to earn for himself. So obviously Nagi's just as big a part of his story as he is to Nagi's.

I feel I kind of lost the plot at some point but what I'm really trying to say is that Reo hate and trying to push a terrible interpretation of him is basically low IQ behavior. Everyone in Blue Lock is fucking emotional and crazy to some degree so him been icy in that one arc to Nagi is actually nothing crazy. Teaming back up with Nagi in NEL was a questionable at best but at this point it's clear they're dedicated on being a package deal no matter how many L's they might take along the way (which lol love that for them, couple goals).

And most especially him (or Nagi) refusing to give up on working together isn't stupid, for all the ego and selfish talk some haters seem to speed they're blind to seeing this duo's conviction to being the Isagi adjacent is their own version of Ego. An Ego that relies on their shared dream.

That's all from me, this probably seemed like a shipping post towards the end but hey, I am their number one fan (referring to ngro here). I love Kise too but in KnB I think I'd have to say Tetsuya is my favorite. Hope I made some Reo lovers happy and some Reo haters mad, I'll be back to edit when I don't have to retake a test in the morning ( ◜‿◝ )♡ I've gotten a couple Asks about ngro dynamics so I'll probably be tackling those next, see ya <333

Hi...Do you know what anime you'll watch this season?

My top 3 fav this season are :

- Tadaima, Okaeri (wholesome BL, also one of my comfort read)

-Black Butler : Public School Arc (yes the ship is problematic but you cannot deny the shipper when you watch it. I'm not shipping SebasCiel but I'm not anti too. Their canon relationship is complicated but great story)

-Wind Breaker (bucchigiri but way better and loveable mc)

Hey hey ( ◜‿◝ )♡, Literally following all of these already.

Black Butler was definitely a must, since the announcement dropped sometime last year I've been unable to keep it out of my mind. It's understandable not everyone will ship them but I personally have missed Sebaciel shenanigans so much and seeing favorite characters like Soma (although with less melanin than I remember lol what =_=) in the recent episode just made me so happy.

As for Tadaima Okaeri, I was looking forward to it for a long time, so far I'm not disappointed and it's definitely so fucking cute. All I'm saying is...if any country needs to push baby making propaganda they should go for this instead of the trashy het stuff, I don't make the rules.

I have almost no thoughts on Wind Breaker. It's definitely an upgrade but after the disappointment that was Bucchigiri, I've began to keep my expectations for Delinquent shows low (Tokyo revengers and IWGP are yet to be topped for me). It's not bad but do feel like it's lacking substance in some areas and trying too hard. The main character isn't a bitch tho so I know there's hope for it yet.

To me this year's winter season had way more exciting stuff but there are a number of other anime I'd love to recommend for this spring.

Karasu wa aruji wa Erabanai (The Raven does not choose it's Master) Is almost like the apothecary diaries, but with magic, and without the herbs and medicine...but it has the court politics so yay (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧ taking place in a world where people can turn into three legged ravens called Yatagurasu, Yukiya after causing some trouble for his family is taken to serve the most special of specials crown prince who is to become the next Kin'u after picking a bride from the four daughters of the clan heads sent to him. So basically every gay historical romance Wattpad story lol. Unfortunately this isn't a bl and though you can probably tell the prince will get married in future episodes, from these three eps, I think it establishes the focus will be on him and Yukiya, which, I couldn't ask for more.

Another Recommendation is Kaijuu no. 8, I have no words (in a good way). Just spacial forces slaying gigantic monsters while the main character suddenly becomes one of those monsters and has to still join the special force that at some point will kill him if they find out, or if they have found out they realize he's different from other monsters and can help them win the war for humanity *aot flashbacks ಥ‿ಥ* What I'm trying to say is that... it's good. I think it's funny with characters that have to potential to reel you in. I've been told the manga is pretty average tho but we'll see.

Touken Ranbu Kai is...something, I don't watch anime just for pretty boys but even if I didn't like the plot of this one I'd stick with it just for the guys. Beautiful character designs, the lore feels very fresh and intriguing and as well. There's a lot of philosophical topics I think the show has potential to dive into and I'm excited to see where we go moving forward from the three eps out currently.

Last but not least, there's Sentai Daishikkaku (Go Go Loser Ranger) I really don't want to spoil anything but let me just say, it's a brilliant subversion of the Power Rangers narrative. The sound track is fun while also hitting hard, and the characters definitely leave you wanting to know more about them and the world they're in. Definitely give it a try, I don't think you'll regret it.

Got a bit carried away with this one hahah, welp that's all my recs for now. Aside from my shipping stuff I'll probably talk about any of these every now and then, my top three right now tho are definitely Black Butler, Sentai Daishikkaku and Karasu wa aruji wa Erabanai. Anon has amazing taste but I'm a very big action and supernatural fan at heart so I'm based.

Depending on how disappointing or exciting things get along the line this list might change but unfortunately my feelings don't help the state of my FAL ranking so yeah wish me luck (〒﹏〒)

How he wished he should have aided Yuuji in running away from all these power hungry monsters all those months ago.

The entire Last Game match will forever feel so out of pocket for me, definitely enjoyed it I won't lie, especially the end with Kagami and Kuroko's parting but personally I felt there was a lot to be desired about their opponents.
