Steven Hyde x Reader
Y'all I'm already halfway done with the next part so hopefully this is good
Word count:4.2k+ (Aka my longest piece yet)
Warnings, swearing, smoking, making out, slight sexual themes
Point Place, Wisconsin
April 5th, 1977
7:38pm
Location: Eric Forman's Basement
The sounds of Gilligan’s Island fill the basement from the television, smoke in the air as you all sit in the usual circle.
“It runs on water man! I swear you guys just don’t get it.” Hyde huffs, everyone kind of spacing out on their own highs.
“No we get it Hyde, we just also hear it every time we get in this damn circle.” You say, giggling at Donna playing with her hair.
“(Y/n), do you have any candy on you?” Fez clasps his hands together, begging for a yes.
“Of course Fez, someone has to keep you fed.” You throw him a pack of milk duds before throwing a second one to Kelso, already seeing the look in his eyes.
“Man (Y/n), if you weren’t always playing hard to get I’d totally do you.”
“It’s not playing hard to get if I don’t want you dumbass.” You punch his shoulder next to you as he dramatically leans back.
“That hurt!” You smile at him before flicking his nose in response.
“You know, if you’re not careful you’re gonna turn into Red.” Forman looks at you, nodding softly to himself.
“Actually I think your mom is who I want to be when I grow up. Minus the whore daughter and smart mouthed son.” Hyde lifts his arm for a high five to which you give him in pride.
“BURN!” Kelso yells, laughing uncontrollably despite the fact it wasn’t even that good of a burn, just the first time you’ve ever retaliated.
“She’s coming along nicely right? I’m teaching her everything I know.”
When you met the group, you were this quiet 13 year old that had just moved to Point Place from Louisiana. Donna had been the first to approach you, giving you a verbal invitation to join her for lunch. Ever since, you’ve been there for all the shenanigans they’ve done. Usually playing mom for the group to keep them from actually dying. You can safely say you were not there the last time Kelso fell off the water tower otherwise all the pain of a hospital trip and Eric walking in on his parents doing the nasty would’ve not been necessary. The last year, you’ve been tired of being so quiet and reserved around the general public. Hyde offered you an apprenticeship of zen, though you mostly smoke and talk.
“Only took 4 years but here she is, blossoming into a degenerate.” Donna grabs your shoulders like a proud mom, shaking you slightly. Almost instantly the door to the basement swings open, Jackie darting in and standing in front of the TV.
“Donna, (Y/n) are you two ready or not? I’ve been waiting next door listening to Bob sing.” She cringes before walking closer to the couch and pulling you both up by one arm.
“For such a tiny little thing you sure are strong.” You spat, tinge of annoyance in your voice.
“We’re supposed to be having girls night! Facials, manicures, the whole works and instead you’re down here with the boys doing god knows what.” She huffs tapping her foot.
“Relax Jackie, we just needed a circle session to prepare for this.” You say, dramatically gesturing between the girls and you.
“We better go before Jackie drags us out.” Donna gives Eric a kiss goodbye before us three go next door for a night at Donna’s.
There's a moment of silence in the basement, interrupted by Eric clearing his throat.
“Soo, my room has a perfect view of the girls’ sleepover.” Eric points upstairs before all the boys jump up from the couch to head upstairs, hoping to steal a peek at what the girls are doing.
“Donna, remind me to buy your dad pajama pants for Christmas.” You shiver recalling her dad in just a robe and underwear. You all three sit on Donna’s bed as Jackie ruffles through the bag she brought.
“Okay since I know whatever you’re using doesn’t work I brought face masks from home.” Donna pushes Jackie over on the bed as you look through the options. As you all apply the masks in silence, Donna puts music on since she was the first to finish hers.
“So (n/n), any guys? Maybe a secret lover?” Donna shimmies her shoulders in an over-the-top way causing a laugh from you as the blush spreads through your face.
“I mean, I haven’t actually had a crush since we were sophomores. There may be one developing though so we shall see.” You grab one of the stuffed animals Jackie brought, pulling it to your body to hide yourself.
“Well who is this contender? This is history making!” Jackie grabs your shoulders to look up at her.
“I wouldn’t say that-“
“You haven’t had a love life for over two years. I mean there was the one from the house party I brought you to but that was it and it was only one night.” You dig yourself more into the stuffed animal.
“You guys are gonna scream if I say though. Maybe not angry scream but definitely scream.” Their eyes widen as they look between each other and you.
“OH MY GOD IT’S HYDE!” Jackie screams, making you clamp a hand over her mouth.
“Shut the hell up please, we already know the boys are gonna try to sneak in or something like they always do.” You say in a hushed tone, brows furrowed and face bright red.
“Oh my god it is Hyde!” Donna says, grabbing your face with both hands.
“Tell us everything.” You nod as she lets go of you, about to spill all the little moments and stolen glances.
“Dude, what do you think they’re talking about?” Eric says, trying his hardest to hear through the walls.
“I don’t know but- OH JACKIE IS ABOUT TO KISS (Y/N) I REPEAT JACKIE IS ABOU- Oh she was just grabbing her by the shoulders.” Kelso had the binoculars, watching their every move.
“They’re probably talking about boys, or how attracted they are to each other. Look how pink (Y/n) is.” Fez says, eating the popsicle he grabbed from the basement.
“Wait, is- GUYS DONNA IS GONNA KISS (Y/N)!” They all scurry to get closer the window before seeing her pull away.
“Damn why do they keep doing that!?”
“Okay there’s definitely something going on. Jackie isn’t talking at all!”
“Whatever (L/n)'s saying must be really good.” Hyde looks at your side profile, taking in the pink settling through your face and how fast you're talking.
“I'm definitely not his type though, I mean you remember that biker chick. He almost ran away with her!" Donna shakes her head at you.
"Dude you're the only person he doesn't mess with."
"Because I'm the least annoying in the group." Jackie scoffs as you giggle at her.
"Oh please you run around playing mom, that's annoying enough."
"Hey I make it safe fun, you make it no fun. Constant 'don't do that Michael, you're all idiots' it's so annoying. News flash, they're still gonna do it! " She pulls your hair and before you can retaliate, Donna is pushing down to the bed.
"Okay then how about we go see what movies are on?" The redhead exclaims, dragging you both off her bed.
"What's up losers?" You say as you barge into the basement, grocery bags in hand.
"What did you bring?" A smirk comes across your face before putting all but one bag down.
"Just a little something for everyone. First, Fez here's some family size skittles." You present them dramatically before throwing the bag to the boy.
"Okay next we have Frito's, potato chips, Pringles, chocolate for Donna specifically because I love you, some Jackie approved soda since it's never here, and beer!" As everyone grabs at the pile of food, you stand there accomplished. You make your way to sit on the floor before Hyde gets up without a word and sits on the arm of the couch. Your brows furrow at him before he motions for you to sit down in his chair. You reluctantly sit, everyone freezing at the sight.
"Why are you in Hyde's chair?" Fez asks, popping a skittle in his mouth.
"More importantly, why did Hyde give up his chair?" Eric's eyes go wide as a lightbulb goes off in his head.
"Wa-" Before he could even finish a word, Donna is elbowing him in the side to shut him up.
"No way, they're doing it!" Kelso exclaims, pointing back and forth at you both. Hyde punches him in the shoulder, causing a pained 'ow' to come from the boy.
"Oh my god it's a damn chair. Hyde take your chair back." You stand up and move to the floor, arms crossed over your chest. Of course, the guys don't miss the pink flush to your cheeks.
"Nah, I'm good right here." Hyde replies shortly, taking a drink of his beer. As you and Hyde have a staring contest between you and the empty chair, the group is looking at you two like animals in a zoo.
"And here we have the female lioness, asserting her dominance as the male tries to feign attraction." Eric speaks, in a somewhat terrible accent.
"You know what, I'm going to spend time with someone who appreciates my presents and my presence." You smile as you stand up, grabbing the only item left in the grocery bag.
"Oh Mrs. Formannnn~" You yell, running up the stairs. A silence cuts through the basement as everyone stares at Hyde.
"You guys are morons." Hyde sighs, going back to his spot.
"You totally like her!" Jackie yells, a smile on her face.
"Whatever." He leans back, drinking his beer.
"Oh (Y/n) marry me and have my babies!" Fez says as Kelso pretends to kiss someone. Hyde gets up and punches them both in the shoulder before heading to his room. Once Donna hears his bedroom door close, she looks at everyone remaining in frustration.
"If you guys don't stop teasing those two, they will never get together! I mean come on we've seen this coming for a year now." Eric furrows his brows at the girl, confused.
"Wait, you knew they liked each other for a year and didn't tell me?"
"Eric, they've never admitted it. It's just obvious." Fez states, finishing the last of that big bag.
"Actually, we finally got (Y/n) to admit to it kind of. She tried to say it's not a crush yet."
"Well can't we just tell Hyde she likes him so he makes a move?" Kelso scoffs at Eric, making Eric slowly look at the dummy.
"Of course not!"
"That's not a bad idea, but we can't just tell him. After that, we have to figure out a way to get them alone together." Donna adds, trying to figure out how they can execute this plan.
You were currently driving to the Forman's to pick the girls up for a nice dinner which Jackie weirdly offered to pay for. Apparently Donna's parents have been at it again, so she needs an escape. As you park and get out you realize Forman isn't home. You go through the basement door rather loudly.
"Where's my girls?" You call out, waiting for a response. When there was none, you look around confused on their absence. You plop yourself on the couch assuming maybe they're late.
"What are you doing here?" You jump before turning around and seeing the curly headed boy you've grown accustomed to.
"Donna and Jackie were supposed to meet me here to go get dinner but I guess they're late. Or forgot?" You huff, crossing your arms across your chest.
"So that's why you're all dressed up." He decides to turn the tv on before sitting in his chair. You realize a slight shift in his energy as he stares off into the tv, not paying any attention to the show.
"You okay?" He glances over at you before looking back at screen, sighing.
"Yep. Wanna smoke?" You nod and move closer to the arm of the couch. Before long he's back to his usual self, albeit still quiet.
"I can't believe they had me wear a skirt just to not show up for our plans." You huff, leaning on the arm of the couch closer to him.
"Well you look good, we don't see you in skirts a lot." He opens the beer can he got from his hiding spot and took a sip. You feel the heat rise to your face and suddenly you can't stop staring at him.
"Thanks I guess, I usually have to be careful with what I wear around the two pervs. Ever since Kelso got a peek under my homecoming dress freshmen year, I said no short skirts ever again. And thank god Fez doesn't know where I live." He chuckles at that last part giving a nod in agreement.
"I don't think I've been to your place either." He states, looking back at you.
"I mean the only pro is smoking in my room, but that's because it's the attic. You'll have to come over sometime."
"Guess I do." Your eyes drift to his lips and you feel his hand lightly hold your knee.
"I think I want to kiss you." Hyde finally admits, rubbing circles into your knee.
"I think I want you to." He leans in as you close your eyes, feeling him press his lips to yours. You slowly move in sync, trying to lean in closer. His tongue glides against your lips and you part your lips, a sigh escaping you. His hand moves to the side of your neck, tilting your head up as he stands to move next to you on the couch. He pulls away, both of you slightly out of breath.
"Is this okay?" He whispers, you nod in response due to your words failing you. This time you lean in, bringing him into a passionate and deep kiss. He leans you back on the couch as he kisses down your jaw to your neck. A small moan escapes your lips when he lightly bites at the place your shoulder and neck meet, his hand lightly rubbing your exposed waist.
“Steven honey, dinner is ready!” You both quickly pull away from each other, praying she doesn’t come downstairs. Your breathing is jagged as you fix your skirt.
“I’ll see you tomorrow?” Hyde speaks up, looking at you with a smirk.
“Y-yeah, I’ll see you tomorrow.” He kisses you one last time, knocking the wind out of you before heading upstairs. As if right on cue, Donna and Jackie come through the basement door.
“Hey, you ready for dinner?” Donna asks, both trying to hide the smiles on their faces.
“Where have you two been!? I’ve been waiting an hour.” They both smile at you, a knowing look on their faces.
“Oh shoot, we must have given you the wrong time! Well doesn’t matter, looks like you had fun.” As Jackie giggles to herself Donna sits next to you, wondering how you’re blushing even more.
“What are you t-talking about? I’ve just been sitting here.”
“Mhm, and what’s that on your neck?” Jackie grills, making your eyes widen. Your focus shifting between the two girls, staring at their smiling faces. A sigh of defeat leaves you.
“Damn I’m not getting out of this huh?” They drag you off the couch, heading out the door to finally get dinner.
The next day as you stood on the driveway of the Forman’s house you grew nervous to enter. Unfortunately your new buddy on your neck was barely budging with makeup, so the boys are going to see it. Deciding you’d rather not run into Kitty or Red, you head towards the basement door. As you enter, you quickly dart to the couch with a wave. You look up and see just Donna and Eric next to you, his eyes wide.
“Hey uh (Y/n), what’s going on?” His eyes dart between your neck and eyes, trying hard not to stare.
“Not much, I slept in thanks to that dinner last night. That food was crazy.” You look at Donna, reminiscing on crème brulée and crab Rangoon.
“N-not much, cool cool. Hey what’s on your neck there?” The smile on his face is slappable as you smile back.
“What’s it look like?” You test him, waiting for him to crack.
“It looks like a hickey, now who would be giving you a hickey?” He taps his finger against his chin before pointing at you.
“Could it be our very own Hyde?” Your eyes widen slightly before you instantly go back to your smile, this time leaning in a little to meet his face in front of Donna.
“Why don’t you ask him?” You push his forehead away from you hard, earning a groan from the skinny boy.
“You guys act like siblings more than Eric and Laurie.” Donna laughs, pulling her boyfriend back down on the couch before he could go ask Hyde. Like clockwork, Hyde comes downstairs, sodas in hand.
“I don’t know why I had to go get these.” He huffs, putting them on the table before realizing you’re here. He sits down on his chair, staring at you before giving a nod. You smile at him, leaning on the arm of the chair.
What you don’t see is Forman’s shit-eating grin because he was definitely right. Before he can say so however, Kelso and Jackie are barging in already arguing. It doesn’t take long for it to stop when Kelso sees you.
“Oh man Hyde that’s gotta burn!” He laughs, Jackie stepping on his foot.
“Kelso, shut up.” Hyde tries to keep his smirk down, but it slips easily.
“Come on just a few days ago you were offering her your chair and now she comes here with a hickey!” You’re bright red at this point, begging anyone with your eyes to get him to shut up.
“Kelso think about that very slowly. The day with the chair, remember anything else that happened? Like maybe yesterday?” Donna speaks like he’s a preschooler, which kind of works. You watch the wheels turn in his head, gears shifting as he looks between everyone before gasping.
“Oh my god, they’re doing it!” Kelso jumps earning a slap on the shoulder from Jackie.
“Kelso, we’re not doing it.” Hyde huffs, annoyed with all his friends.
“…yet.” You mumble, only Donna and Hyde hearing you.
“What so-“
“Kelso shut the hell up and sit down.” He sighs and sits on the arm of the couch closest to the chair Jackie is in.
“Where’s Fezzy boy?” You ask, not feeling the usual feeling of him staring.
“He should be here soon, something about his foster parents trying to get him baptized.” Eric speaks up, clearly amused. You giggle a little at the thought before resting your head in your hand propped on the couch arm.
“You okay?” Donna asks, getting Hyde’s attention. She rubs your shoulder a little for comfort as your head sinks into your hand.
“Just tired, you think Kitty would let me go sleep in Laurie’s room since she’s ‘scouting schools with a girlfriend’ or will Red stop her?” You smile lazily at Donna, earning a laugh from her.
“With that hickey, I think she’d stop you for questioning first.” You sigh and sit up straight, trying to wake up a little.
“Maybe circle time will wake you up.” Eric interjects, shaking a brown baggie.
“Dude, anyone tell you you have bug eyes?” You giggle and poke at Eric’s face.
“And she’s awake!” He grabs your finger and puts it down, chuckling at you.
“You know, I never saw you as a hickey girl (Y/n), thought you must’ve been a prude if you didn’t want me.” Both Hyde and Jackie punch either arm, causing Kelso to jerk back in his chair.
“You started the circle without me!?” Fez sits on the floor in front of you, pouting slightly.
“Sorry man, she was totally about to fall asleep.” Donna says, braiding a small section of your hair. You giggle and pat the boy in front of you’s head.
“(Y/n) come here.” Hyde says in a low tone, everyone else talking amongst themselves. You lean in closer to hear him.
“What’s up?” You try to look at his eyes through the sunglasses with no luck.
“Why don’t you come sit with me? Just so no one’s on the floor you know?” You blush as you look at him.
“A-are you sure?” He nods and you stand, tapping Fez to take your spot. Once he sits on the couch, you sit on the edge of Hyde’s lap. Soon, he’s pulling you into him, keeping an arm around your waist while the other lays on your knee. Your friends all stare but say nothing, not wanting to scare you off like last time. It would be hard though when all you can concentrate on is the feeling of his warm skin on yours and his breath fanning your neck.
“When did this happen?” Fez asks, mostly excited but slightly sad as well.
“Last night.” Hyde responds, causing a blush on your face as you look around the room for reactions.
“We’ll still have our weekly dinners, right (N/n)?” The boy on the couch asks you, making you rub his shoulder and smile.
“You mean us going to the candy store and spending way too much just to eat it all in one night? Yes fez, I’m not abandoning our sugar addiction.” He pumps his fist and is all smiles now.
“I didn’t know you and Fez were close?” Hyde asks you, rubbing your knee.
“Yeah, gotta make sure you boys aren’t tainting him. Specifically Kelso.” He nods and leaves a peck on your cheek.
“Okay I know we planned this but did we think about us having to be around it?” Jackie asks, huffing as kelso laughs.
“Jackie how many times have one of us walked in on you and Michael smacking on the couch?” You say, shuddering slightly at the memory.
“She’s got you there babe.” Kelso smiles at her before she slaps his shoulder.
“What so are you guys official? Or just messing around?” Donna asks, before realizing this conversation is missing something.
“You know what you come with me.” Donna points at you and ushers you both up the stairs.
“Donna why did we need to go upstairs for this?”
“Is that my favorite daughter?" you hear kitty in the other room and your eyes go wide. As you’re lead to the kitchen, kitty looks at you and instantly her smile is wider and she’s clapping and laughing.
“Finally you two happened! I’m assuming the plan worked?” Kitty asks Donna, receiving a nod from the redhead.
“Wait you had Mrs. kitty help you?”
“Just had her call Hyde up so we could be alone with you for the interrogation.” You all three sit at the dining table, kitty putting out cookies that you gladly take.
“So, are you two official?” Kitty asks, pushing the cookies closer to you.
“I mean I guess not? We didn’t talk about it. We were just watching tv while I waited for the girls, and he said he wanted to kiss me.” You take another cookie.
“But he’s practically all over you. At least as much as Hyde can be.” Donna says, looking at Kitty.
“He told her to share his chair so Fez could sit on the couch instead of the floor.” Kitty gasps and claps in excitement again.
“Honey he is smitten, he never cares about the boys’ comfort.” You think about it before the pink comes back to your face again today. If you keep blushing it may end up permanent.
“I mean I know he’s not good at talking about feelings, so I don’t wanna ask. I’d rather just let it happen.” You grab a third cookie before standing up, ready to head back downstairs.
Little did you know, Jackie was leading the interrogation downstairs, knowing the boys would mess it up somehow.
“So Hyde, are you gonna ask her out or what?” She asks, the boys looking between her and Hyde.
“I don’t know man.” He shrugs, causing Jackie to stand up.
“Well you gotta figure it out. If you actually like her you have to ask her. I know Michael and Eric told you how (Y/n) feels and I may not like her but she’s better company than you and I don’t want her all sad when we’re supposed to be talking about me!”
“She doesn’t seem sad to me.” You walk down the stairs, cookie still in hand.
“I’m back!” You move to sit with Hyde again, ignoring the empty spot Donna was in.
“Wait there’s cookies?” Fez and Kelso instantly stand up, dragging Jackie and Eric with them.
“Man they’re annoying.” Hyde sighs, stealing a pinch of cookie.
“Yep, we have pretty annoying friends. And family, apparently Kitty was in on it.” You look at him, leaning his head back over the chair. He looks back up at you and draws circles into your waist.
“Oh well, wanna go to the hub?” The look in his eyes is a tad newer, slight worry and suddenly you realize he’s asking you out.
“Little cliche but I’ll let it slide. Come on.” You stand from his lap and lean down to give him a kiss as you pull him up. The smile on your face says everything as he wraps his arm around you and lead you to the door.

As You Wish Part 2-Eddie Munson x Stoner!Reader
Part One
Word count-3.2k+
Warnings-Swearing, marijuana use(obviously)
It’s been just over a week since you first met the club, having already sat it on your first two sessions. Everyone except Gareth has already taken a liking to you, especially the freshmen. Dustin comes to you with any and every question he can muster because even if you don’t have the answer, you go wherever you need to as soon as you can to get one and answer with nothing but enthusiasm. Mike has asked you for advice on gifts for his girlfriend Jane, trying to keep the mail chain they both have going. And poor Lucas rants to you about Max, never knowing what the best course of action to help her is. Eddie had told you he keeps an eye on her from time to time seeing as she lives in the trailer park as well, making you feel a little better about the situation.
Eddie. You guys have been inseparable. The only time you’ve spent apart besides classes was when he had band rehearsals with Corroded Coffin. Whether it’s driving you home when Steve works, taking you on midnight milkshake runs, or just smoking in his van while talking about anything and everything he’s there.
“Heyo, earth to (n/n) you in there?” Robin lightly knocks on your head, bringing you from your thoughts.
“Sorry, I’ve started zoning out whenever customers don’t come in.” And with that sentence the bell on the door rings, signaling a customer.
“Welcome to family video, if you need any help feel free to ask!” When you look up that head of curls you know so well moves to the register, resting his arms on the table.
“Well hello m’lady, good morrow on this fine day.” He announces, smiling at you.
“Hello m’lord, what can I assist you with?” You lean slightly closer, resting your cheek on your hand.
“Well I have a return but I need to get another one too, the sheep are coming to have a movie night. I’m pretty sure Lucas invited Max but who knows if she will come.” You walk with him through the genres, looking for something for them.
“What about nightmare on elm street? Halloween’s not too far away after all. Just two weeks.” He grabs the box decidedly as you walk him back to check out.
“Hey so, it’ll just me and the kids. Would you wanna keep company? They may even like you more than me.” As you look at him he see a glimmer of excitement in his eyes, making you smile.
“Sure! What time? Im off at four.”
“Does five give you enough time?” After getting him checked out you walk back around the counter.
“Oh definitely, I’ll get Steve to drive me.”
“Well, I’ll see you then. M’lady.” He bows, smiling as you start to curtsy.
“M’lord.” As he leaves the store Robin pops her head out from the break room.
“Dude what the hell was that!?” A big smile on her face she yanks you into the break room.
“Steve man the front, we need a minute.”
“Jeez, you’d think with three of us I wouldn’t be stuck up there all shift but no.” He grumbles as he walks up to the floor, changing the movie you had put on the tv.
“Okay spill, what’s going on with you and Eddie?” You stare at her quizzically.
“What do you mean?” She scoots her chair closer to you receiving a loud scratch of the chair legs.
“I meannnn Steve told me he’s been spending an awful lot of time at your place. Or picking you up wee hours of the night. Not to mention he just invited you to a movie night knowing you two would be the only somewhat adults there.” You laugh at her spiral she’s made, stopping her words with a hand on her arm.
“Robin. We’re friends. He gives me rides from school when Steve’s working and yeah I invite him to hang out and smoke when he does. He gets milkshake cravings so sometimes we go on diner runs. And literally all the freshmen are going to be there tonight. You think I even get to talk to Eddie around them? Dustin probably already has a list of questions I’m ready to answer! You know he asked me about anatomy yesterday? We were just talking at lunch, and he comes out with ‘so what actually happens during a period?’ I had to go to the library during my free period and then chase him down after school to give him the scientific response.” You smile at the thought though. Usually as a young teen, he goes to Steve but he always tends to make things awkward for Dustin, usually the topic of discussion ending when Dustin yells at Steve to stop talking.
“You really know how to answer his questions how he needs the answers. He asked Steve that a week ago and Steve got so flustered he couldn’t remember what a uterus was.” You giggle at the thought, Steve's never been the best with words.
“But that has nothing to do with Eddie. He definitely likes you.” Robin shakes your shoulders slightly, causing you to push her arms down.
"Robin, chill out. I haven't even been here a full two weeks yet and your already trying to set me up!" She huffs as you decide to head back up front.
"But (Y/n), I'm not setting you up when it's so obvious he likes you!" She follows you out, Steve standing from his slumped position on his chair.
"Who are you guys talking about?" His brows furrow at your huff before his eyes train to Robin.
"Doesn't Eddie like her? There's no way he doesn't." She reaches for Steve for back up, praying oblivion doesn't run in the family.
"No I don't think so." He shakes his head at the girl, you taking your little victory dance.
"I had thought so too but I asked Dustin and he said Eddie just likes her energy." He shrugs and you smile smugly at Robin. She dramatically rubs her face with both hands before a loud sigh leaves her lips.
"I'll drop it for now, but that proves absolutely nothing." She walks away to start putting away the returns before you all disperse to work.
After the next shift workers get there, you all three get into Steve's car. As he pulls out of the parking lot you remember the question you needed to ask him.
"Oh Steve, can you take me to Eddie's around five? It's movie night with the freshmen." He looks at you through the rearview mirror confused before nodding slightly.
"Yeah but if you don't call for a ride home by like 9 I'll be in bed." Making a mental note, you nod back. "Thank you mom!" Robin laughs with you as Steve gripes. You pull into Steve's parking lot and the Buckley girl is all too ready to get out of the vehicle. Getting through the door, she throws herself to the couch before jumping up quickly.
"Can I pleeasseeeee dress you for movie night?" You look at her confused before putting your bag down.
"It's movie night, I was just going to wear pjs." She pouts before following you to your room.
"Oh come on, you have this whole hippy wardrobe to play with! If I make it comfy can I?" You grab a joint and a lighter before turning towards her.
"Fine, I get veto rights though." You put the joint between your lips before flicking the lighter at the end. Taking a drag, you hold the smoke in a bit before exhaling.
After half an hour and a full joint, you both agreed on clothes. A simple creme cropped tank and your low-rise wrap pants. Changing quickly, you check your clock and realize you need to leave soon. Running out your bedroom, you grab your bag and knock on Steve's bedroom.
"Steve can you take me now?" You hear his bed creak before his door swings open. He goes to grab his keys as you and Robin stand in the yard, pulling clovers to find a lucky one. Once he emerges from the apartment, he unlocks the car and you all get in. He drives toward the trailer park, Robin rambling about how a girl in band with her.
"She laughed at my joke! My weird joke! And then I couldn't even form a sentence!" She flails back into her seat, a pout on her face.
"Maybe the little exchanges will help you gain the confidence, keep making the little jokes here and there and go from there." She stares at you like you changed her life.
"Oh my god where have you been all my life!" She reaches behind you to grab your head, kissing your cheek with a loud 'muah'.
"Okay you two, we're here." You look out the window to see the trailer.
"Thank you again Steve!" You pat his shoulder before grabbing your bag and opening the door. You wave by to both of them as you close the door and head over to the door. You jump up the stairs and lift your fist to knock before the door swings open.
"M'lady." He bows to you.
"M'lord." You curtsy and he both laugh as you enter the trailer. You take in the surroundings, looking at the collection of mugs and VHS tapes around the TV.
"Wait, where are the freshmen?" You look at him and he smiles sheepily.
"Yeah, they'll be here at six... Thought we could smoke some before they get here." You smile at him and put your bag down.
"Lead the way!" He grabs some lemonade for you both before leading you down the hallway to what looks to be his room.
"You can sit anywhere, I've gotta roll." He plays some music before sitting at his desk. You sit on his bed cross legged and look around to find his guitar.
"She's a beaute." He comes and sits across from you on the bed, blocking your view.
"Isn't she? That's my girl right there." You giggle as he starts the joint, taking a few puffs before passing it to you.
"You're something else, you know that?" His eyes bore into you as you exhale the hit.
"I'm definitely an acquired taste if that's what you mean." You reply, taking another hit and holding it in before passing it to him, a scrunch to his face at what you said.
"Dude whoever told you that is fucked. You're crazy cool." As the joint starts to die, you lie back on the bed, stretching your back.
"What time is it?" He glances at the clock before looking back at you with a smile.
"5:32, why?" You look up at him and giggle, picking yourself back up to look at him directly.
"Need wind down time, gotta mentally prepare for the onslaught of attention." He laughs and taps your knee for you to move over. After you scoot closer to the wall, he sits beside you and leans back against the wall.
“I’ve got some chips and snacks, but should we order pizza?” He looks at you and there’s something there you can’t quite distinguish.
“I don’t know, I mean the kids would have time to eat first but would they? Worst case scenario me and you eat the pizza.” He nods and goes to get up, stretching his back out.
“Feel free to get comfy, I’ll go make the call m’lady.” He bows before going into the living room. You slowly scoot lower on the bed to fully lay down, staring at the patterns you find in the popcorn ceiling. You hear some shuffling from the other rooms as you zone out, humming.
“Okay so the pizza will be here when everyone starts showing up.” He looks at you and smiles, your hair all sprawled out to frame your face and your practically curled into a ball.
“Do you need anything?” You look over to him and lightly shake your head.
“I’m great, is this a different strain?” He comes and takes his place next to you, laying down as well.
“Yeah, Rick got some new stuff. Do you like it?” You smile at him lazily.
“Yeah, definitely calms me down. I feel heavy.” You giggle before a yawn escapes you.
“Makes you dopey too.” He chuckles, tapping his fingers to the music. Suddenly, he hears a slight snore next to him. Turning towards you, he realizes you’ve fallen asleep. A smile on his face, he just lays back and enjoys the comfort.
You feel a poke to your cheek, trying to wipe away the intrusion.
“Bug, the kids are starting to get here.” You rub your eyes, stretching every limb out before sitting up slowly.
“Sorry I fell asleep.” He smiles and helps you stand up.
“It’s okay, come on. so far we've got Dustin and Mike." You smile at him and follow him out of the room.
"Hey boys, how's your Saturday?" The boys sitting on the couch whip their heads towards you.
"How long have you been here?" Mike's brows furrow while you sit on the couch with them. Eddie heads to the kitchen, setting out all the food and drinks on the table.
"Jesus good to see you too, this is why Dustin is the favorite." You flick his nose gently before rubbing your eyes.
"(Y/n), settle this debate because you have all the answers to the universe. can Gandalf win against a Mindflayer." Mike punches Dustin in the shoulder making the boy emit a small yelp.
"You know, I haven't read The Lord of The Rings or The Hobbit in like a decade I may need to do my research for that one. I want to say not without help but I'd have to fact check." You notice the pizza boxes on the table and get up, grabbing a slice with a paper towel and standing with Eddie.
"Damn, I was hoping for a definitive answer." You swallow a bite of food before looking at him teasingly.
"Language." He scoffs, rolling his eyes and slumping on the couch.
"I thought you were the cool Harrington?" Suddenly, there's a knock on the trailer door. You being closer, go to open it and see Lucas with a redhead girl that could only be Max.
"Oh sweet ya'll got here just in time!" You move over to let them in and Lucas leads the way.
"You must be the (Y/n) right? Badass hippie."
"Dustin I'm sorry honey but you may get replaced as the favorite if that's how Lucas describes me." You pat the basketball player on the back before he sits down on couch with the boys.
"Yeah I don't see where badass came from." She huffs, squeezing onto the couch.
"I like her." You whisper to Eddie, smile wide on your face.
"Have fun winning that one over, it took falling on my face to get her to break a smile in my direction." You giggle, clapping your hands.
"Okay who's ready to kick off the Halloween season with a scary movie?" As everyone says their peace, Eddie goes to put the VHS in before plopping himself on the floor in front of the couch. He had pulled the coffee table to the edge of the room with the help of Mike to make more room. You sit next to him, watching the intro to the tape.
By the time the movie was over, it was a little past 8:30. The kids were all shuffling up, yawns cascading through them.
"I better call Steve before he passes out." You pout before going to stand.
"If you wanna stay a little longer I can drive you home later." You smile down at him, nodding silently before slipping onto the now unoccupied couch. The kids, were surrounding the food table, picking at it quietly.
"That movie wasn't too much for ya'll right? You're awfully quiet." You ask, having Dustin turn to you almost to excited.
"We've been through scarier." Your brows furrow, confused on his phrasing. Been through? Like been through a scarier movie and not real life right?
"No one better be fucking with ya'll, say the word and I'll take care of it."
"I'm not sure what she means by take care of it but I second that." Eddie agrees, gesturing towards you.
"Okay mom and dad." Mike rolls his eyes, finishing his pizza slice.
"Hahaha no. Ya'll belong to Stevie, I'm just that cool aunt that randomly shows up with gifts and wisdom." You lay back on the couch, eyeing the ceiling.
"Randomly shows up yeah right. You showed up once and never left!" Dustin comes over, picking up your ankles before sitting where they were spread out. He pushes your legs down before you put them right on top of his lap.
"As if you want to get rid of me. I'm amazing." He sighs and you sit up slightly.
"Oh yeah, I'm just too great. I mean I play the ukulele, I would literally fight for anyone here and yes that includes you Max, I'm funny as hell, I keep all of ya'll entertained." You list off, dramatically gesturing with your hands.
"Wait, you play the ukulele?" Eddie, leans next your body on the couch from his spot on the floor.
"You didn't know that? I know that and I'm not the one with her every single day." Dustin quips, his eyes extremely focused on your ankle. The other three kids eventually finished eating, too exhausted to join the bickering.
"I think we're gonna head out." Lucas speaks up, grabbing his walkie.
"Yeah me too, mom is making us wake up early for family breakfast." Mike waves at everyone.
"Bye kids, I'll see ya'll Monday!" You call out, watching Eddie get up to usher the three out of the trailer.
"(Y/n) is this a tattoo?" Dustin looks at you, poking at the ink on your ankle. Eddie's ears perk at the question, closing the front door a little to quickly to come crouch in front of Dustin, eyeing where the young boy is talking about.
"One of them yes, I've got four." You shrug as the boys look at your ankle.
"Is that Toad from Mario?"
"Yepp" You sit up, leaning your back against the arm of the couch which pulls your feet out of Dustin's lap. Eddie lifts your ankles just like Dustin while slipping under them, keeping them on his lap.
"Where are the rest?" Dustin asks, sitting up to see your face better.
"One on my wrist, one on my upper ribcage, one on my hip." You show them the one on your wrist, a faded peace sign. It wasn't good quality, definitely a first try stick and poke. Then you lift your tank top just enough to reach the other, keeping it tight in place to prevent any slips. In dainty, cursive letters it read "Have you any dreams you'd like to sell?" across your side.
"The other one isn't easily accessible." You giggle, leaning back into your comfortable spot again.
After about an hour of just absolute nonsense conversations, Dustin starts yawning.
"Dustin how about I give you a ride home? We can tie your bike to the back of the van." The little man nods, standing up to stretch. Eddie gently taps your calf before gently getting up as well.
"Time to go, m'lady." You groan and slowly get up, grabbing your back and following them to the door.

As You Wish - Eddie Munson x Stoner!Reader
Y’all I’m sorry if this isn’t too good, I literally wrote it tonight because I couldn’t stop thinking about how me and Eddie would meet and this is probably how it would go in the beginning lol hope you guys like it.
Part Two
Word count-3.6k+ words
Warnings-marijuana use, swearing, that’s about it
———————————————————————
A puff in your chest you walk through the cafeteria doors, eyes darting for a certain club you’ve only heard about. Well, heard about the leader, not so much the club.
You transferred to Hawkins for your senior year, having only been here a whopping two days before hearing of the infamous Eddie Munson. Moving to a new town, the first thing to find is a new dealer. And how can you beat one that just so happens to also be the dungeon master of the DND club here at school?
Your eyes meet with a table all in matching shirts with “Hellfire” in big bold letters. Jackpot
The clunk of your brown beat up combat boots is deafening to you as you walk across the cafeteria of teens to the end of the table, most eyes at the table on you besides the ones you were searching for.
“Hey, are you this Eddie I keep hearing about?” The smile on your face is bright as you lean your hands on the table to get a closer look. His eyes pierce yours, scrunching with the big smile on his face.
“The one and only. Not scoping out the ‘Freak’ are you?” His tone slightly wavers, but the smile never breaks.
“Nope, you’re the exact person I was looking for. Meet me in the parking lot after the final bell? We’ve got some business to attend to~” Slipping into a sing song voice, he holds back a chuckle before leaning on the table.
“You’re not a murderer are you? You seem a little too sweet.”
“Nope! Doesn’t mean I couldn’t be one if needed though.” You smile before walking away, turning around and putting two thumbs up towards Eddie.
As you leave the cafeteria the table has gone completely silent.
“Dude who the hell was that?” Mike gripes, confused on the new face that just stood so confidently before them.
“I have no idea.” Eddie laughs, completely confused by the entire exchange.
“Guys it’s that new girl, moved here from the south or something.” Lucas butts in, having heard about you during basketball practice.
“Hold up, you’re telling me she’s from the south and she’s just gonna walk up to the Hellfire Club?”
“Well?” Dustin looks at Eddie questionably, waiting for a response from the homie(yall I blanked and had to).
“Well what?” His eyes go wide, having zoned out for most of the conversation.
“Are you going to meet up with her?”
“Uh, yeah. I’ll just be cautious but I’m sure it’s just a sale or something.” He shrugs, going back to his lost train of thought.
As the final bell rings you jump from your seat, ready to head to the door of the school to wait for Eddie. Picking at your nails, you just feel a poke to your shoulder.
“Hey there?” He says looking a little nervous.
“Oh awesome you actually came! Oh shit okay, there’s a lot more people here then I expected so I’ll start with my first question.”
“Oh? There’s a lot more people leaving the school when school lets out then you expected?” He gives you a grin before you pushed his shoulder lightly.
“Shut up, I’m scatter brained I’ve been sober way too long!” He laughs before a light bulb goes off in his head.
“Here follow me I have a feeling I know what this is about.” You follow him to the patch of woods near the parking lot. After a few short minutes you’re at a picnic bench perfectly placed in the middle of the clearing.
“Ah so this is where the deals happen gotcha.” You smile at him before looking around.
“I like it, makes me feel like there should be a creek nearby.” The nerves spitfire as you word vomit, holding your hands together behind your back.
“Yeah, less likely to be interrupted. So how much you need. I’ve got a half for 10 since you’re a new buyer and all.”
“That seems cheap, I’ll go a gram. Probably have to see you again in like a week if that.” You hand him a twenty before he pulls out his lunchbox, grabbing a gram for you.
“Now on to my next question, any chance I could join Hellfire? Haven’t played dnd in a couple years so I’ll need to make myself a character still. I usually go halfling bard for shits and giggles but if y’all need a specific type I can play around. Or I can just sit in if y’all have already started the campaign.” He smiles at your word vomit.
“Well, we’re currently in a campaign but we have roughly two more sessions until it’s done. We’ve gotta make sure you end up a good character though. How about after next session you can show me what you’ve already got?” He smiles widely, making you sigh in relief as you slump into the seat.
“Oh thank god! Dude it’s so fucking hard here. Like I thought it was hard to make friends in the south Jesus Christ. I tried to talk to someone in bio today and she looked at me like I was insane.” He chuckled before nodding with you, sitting next to you and leaving a safe distance.
“Well you’ve heard my infamy so I get it. Honestly it would’ve just taken you sitting alone at lunch for me to come swoop in. I’m known for saving lost sheep.” He nudges your shoulder before looking directly at you.
“I guess me coming to you first shows I’m not a lost sheep. Just a stoner with geeky interests. I mean my favorite movie is the Labyrinth.”
“Oh god please tell me you don’t have the hots for David Bowie.” He rubs his face dramatically.
“I like his music and he is very attractive but eh, not really my thing.” As he stands he holds his hand out for you, assisting you in getting up.
“Well you are giving off hippie flower child so I guess liking his music is sort of fitting?” He says it as a question, what with not really listening to anything other then metal and rock to really know.
“I think that stereotype is more Fleetwood Mac and Abba, which I do listen to a lot. I’m assuming you’re more Metallica, Black Sabbath?” He looks at you stunned, smiling ear to ear with a big nod.
Without realizing, you make it back to the parking lot. You look around for your ride, who you told you would be a little late out of school. Once you see the familiar car you turn to Eddie.
“Well thank you for a better first week and I look forward to seeing more of your little group.”
“Wait, I don’t know the fair maiden’s name?” He stops you, waiting for a response.
“Oh it’s (y/n), see you around Eddie.” You run off to the car, the passenger door opening to reveal Steve Harrington in the driver’s seat.
Eddie was dumbfounded, the former king of Hawkins knows you?”
As you and Steve pull out of the school parking lot he looks at you like an alien.
“Why on earth would you be coming out of the woods with Eddie Munson?” He asks, eyes mostly on the road, but he continues to dart back to you looking for an answer.
“Chill out, I needed a new dealer and I joined Hellfire. Besides, isn’t your son Dustin in the club?”
“Yeah, but that doesn’t mean you should be hanging around them. I mean you just moved here and you’re here to finish your senior year with ‘no distractions’ per your mom’s request.” He eyes you at the red light as you sigh in response.
“Well I was tired of no one talking to me! I’d rather have majority of the school hate me and have a group of friends then spend my entire senior year being invisible.” After some long silence you pull up to the Family Video Store parking lot.
“I guess I can pick you up whenever I pick up Dustin, but you have to find a ride when I can’t just like Dustin does.” You nod smiling before getting out of the parked car.
“Thank you again for getting me this job Steve.”
“No problem Cus’ just don’t make me regret it please.” Robin’s shift had started an hour before you and Steve’s. She was slumped on the front desk before peeking up at the sound of the bell on the door.
“Oh it’s just you guys! You ready for your first shift?” Her eyes peer to you, smiling with a thumbs up.
“Ready as I’ll ever be!”
Twenty minutes left of shift before closing and as robin swept and Steve put back returns, you were rewinding all the tapes. As you slip The Shining back into it’s case you hear the bell go off.
“Welcome to family video, how can I help you?” The curly headed kid looks confused before a look of surprise dawns him.
“Wait you’re the girl from lunch!” He points at you, awestruck.
“Oh you’re part of Hellfire! Wait. Curly hair, dopey smile. Hat. Dustin, right?”
“Oh my god how do you know me? Wait did Eddie-“
“Henderson what are you doing here?” Steve perks up, rubbing Dustin’s head.
“I see you’ve met my cousin?” You swore Dustin’s eyes were going to pop out of his head.
“You’re related!? Holy shit Steve you didn’t tell me your cousin went to my school!”
“She’s a senior I didn’t think you guys would intermix until she decided to just walk up to your lunch table.” As they kept talking about you, Robin came up next to you and smiled.
“Dude you know the whole school was watching you talk to Eddie today right?” You whipped your head at her confused.
“Why?”
“Because everyone was saying how you were such a quiet southern belle and then all of a sudden you’re walking up to ‘the devil’ with a smile on your face.” Your face scrunches at southern belle, uncomfortable with the choice of words.
“Dude I’m a stoner dressing like I’m going to Woodstock while cussing like a sailor.” You deadpan as she giggles at the choice of words.
“You’re right, you’re right. I mean your accent is almost non existent except for the ‘y’all’ you like to throw out there.” She over exaggerates y’all, making you laugh.
“What’s so funny over there?” Steve says defensively.
“Have you heard Robin’s southern accent? It’s horrendous.” She starts singing Delta Dawn, causing the video store to erupt into giggles as you all continue closing. Once 8pm rolled around, you turned off all the lights while everyone grabbed their stuff. Steve locks the door behind everyone before all piling into his car.
“How did I end up with all three of you?” He asks, starting the engine.
“Eddie dropped me off here.”
“I always ride with you.
“I live with you.” You all three say as he huffs.
“Wait does that mean I cant come stay in your guest room anymore Steve?” Dustin asks, brows furrowed.
“You get the couch.” Dustin whines a little before you lean over to him.
“You can sleep in my room when you come, I’ll take the couch.”you whisper to him. He looks at you confused before smiling back at you. Something about your eyes make you seem so genuine.
“I’ll take the couch, i-it’s fine. Thank you though.” He looks away before you smile triumphantly to yourself. One more hellfire member befriending you.
After dropping Robin and Dustin home you jump in the front seat before heading to Steve’s.
“If you’re not careful you’ll have that boy drooling over your southern charm.” Steve jokes, waving as Dustin walks backwards to his door.
“Please, I heard all about Suzie poo at work. If anything, he’s probably still confused on how someone as nice as me can be related to you.” You giggle as Steve drives away.
Walking into the apartment you throw your bag on the couch lying face first next to it.
“Steve we need to demust your place.” You say, rolling over.
“Would you prefer it smelling like weed?” He asks, pulling out rolling paper.
“Yes, definitely. What kind of question is that? Do you know how long it’s been for me? Too fucking long.” You grab the baggie of bud from your bag and throw it his direction. He catches it and instantly starts to get it all set up to roll.
“Eddie does have the best stuff. He gets it from Reefer Rick. Plus you can’t really beat 30 for a gram.” You’re eyes widen at the price.
“He charged me 20 but he said it was because I’m a new buyer.” You say, sitting up to look at him.
“Hm.” He just continues rolling, no reaction on his face. Your brain whirls as the thoughts keep coming. Why just ‘hm’? Before you can overthink too much, Steve holds the joint to your lips, waiting for you to react before he lights it. You inhale slightly before pulling away, inhaling a little more through your nose and breathing out.
“God I needed this” you take another before passing it to Steve.
“I could tell, your brain was going a mile a minute it looked like you were reading the wall.”
You keep passing back and forth before putting it out on the ashtray. You slide off the couch, stretching your limbs before lighting a few candles you brought and grabbing your backpack.
“I’m gonna do some homework.” He nods in a acknowledgment before you went to your room and closed the door.
The hammering of Steve on your bedroom door woke you up the next day. Pulling the pillow over your head didn’t help the cause.
“I swear to god if you don’t wake up you won’t have time to smoke and we’re not hotboxing my car!” You groan before getting up, getting ready for the day. When you finally emerge from your room you walk over to the tray to see he had rolled an extra one last night. You quickly light it and inhale, waking up for the day. After finishing half of it you put it out, and stick it in your bag for later.
“Don’t forget breakfast!” He throws a orange at your before ushering you out the door. You both get in the car and finally can breathe. As he gets it started and pulls out of the parking lot you start to peel your orange.
“Steve this was a terrible breakfast choice where do I put the peels?”
“Damn, I don’t know. Put it in that grocery bag!” He continues driving towards the school as your finish your orange.
Pulling into the school you glance at the car clock and see you have just enough time to get to class.
“Jesus you reek dude, spray some of that girly stuff before you go in.” You huff a goodbye before you leave the car, spraying a little bit of perfume, not too much though, before heading inside. Once you get to your locker and get to class the bell rings and you shuffle to your seat quickly. As the teacher takes attendance you stare off at your pencil, shaking it slowly to make it look like rubber.
“Fun trick huh?” You look up to see the dark curls sitting next to you, bright smile on display.
“Makes time go by for sure.” You smile back, looking up to see the teacher starting the lesson. You try your best to take notes and pay attention but a note gets slipped onto your desk and suddenly you can’t pay attention.
Knock knock
Who’s there?
I wish
I wish who?
You see from the corner of your eye as he scribbles as small as possible on the tiny scrap of paper. It takes a minute and suddenly you’re wondering how long this punchline could be.
Goblin king goblin king wherever you may be take this child of mine far away from me
“That doesn’t even start with I wish!” You whisper yell as quiet as possible. He points at you with a surprised face as you fell for finishing the line. You’re cheeks go slightly pink and you quietly giggle. Without even realizing how much time had passed, the bell rings and you sigh having to leave the fun you were having. You both stand up, heading towards your next classes.
“So wanna sit with us at lunch?” He looks at you hopefully.
“I assumed that was already happening?” You say smiling. You continue talking about anything and everything as you teach your next class.
“Oh do you have history too?” You ask, standing at the door.
“Nope, just had to walk the fair maiden to her next venture.” You thank him before heading inside, smiling at him through the closed doors little window.
Lunch time rolls around and you’re all to excited to sit with the club. You practically bounce to the table, sitting next to Eddie as the first two there.
“Well hello again.” He smirks and you curtsy in your seat.
“Good to see you m’lord.” His cheeks go slightly pink at the nickname before he chuckles.
“Why is she in my seat?” You turn to see one of the members standing above you.
“Sorry dude, didn’t know there was assigned seats.” You go to stand up but Eddie stops you, lightly pushing your shoulder back down.
“Gareth there’s plenty of seats, you’re fine.” The member huffs before sitting a few chairs down. Soon, Dustin sits next to you smiling from ear to ear.
“(Y/n)! You’re sitting with us now?” He looks between you and Eddie.
“Yep, she’s joining the club!” You smile at everyone around the table, waving at the ones you haven’t met.
“Wait, you’re Steve’s cousin right? My sister Nancy said you were moving here.” You smile at the boy, you now know is Mike and nod.
“Yep! You must be Mike since Nancy is your sister. Good to meet you.” He gives you a small smile before talking with Gareth about something.
“Oh so that’s why Harrington is your ride.” Eddie says, pulling your focus.
“Sadly, I live with him too. Good thing is I can smoke inside.” He pats your shoulder and can’t pull the smile from his face.
“Woman after my own heart.” You giggle and turn towards Dustin who’s been poking your shoulder.
“Are you coming to hell fire tomorrow?”
“You betcha! I can’t wait to see how y’all do things.” You high five him and he starts telling you all about his character.
“You won’t believe it, Eddie had us all thinking we had killed off all the monsters and then all of a sudden a gelatinous cube comes out of no where!”
“Damn those are not easy!” His excitement of telling you the story almost erupts as he slowly starts standing up getting to the climax of the story.
“So Lucas pulled out this sharp blade someone at a tavern gave him as a joke and sliced that thing until it was the size of a pea!” You dramatically fall back into your seat.
“No way! I can’t wait to see this first hand.” You look behind you do Eddie and catch him staring at you. Pink comes to your cheeks as you give him a little wave before being absorbed back into Dustin.
After school you were going to be walking to the apartment because Steve had to work. As you pulled your half joint out on the side of the road you hear heavy metal coming closer. You stopped walking, staying as close to the curb as possible before the loud van slowed to a stop next to you.
“What are you doing walking m’lady?” The voice of Eddie has you sighing in relief.
“Jesus I thought you were a kidnapper! Steve had to work so I’m walking home, gonna finish this on my way.” You wave the joint at him and he chuckles.
“You’ve only got half there. How about I give you a ride? We can smoke while I drive.” You smile and nod before he jumps out of the car. He jogs around the the passenger side and opens the door.
“M’lady” he says with a bow.
“M’lord” you curtsy and get in while giggling. He shuts the door and jogs back around, ready to get on the road.
“Care to light this for us?” He uses one hand to hand you one of his joints and a lighter while he starts to drive. You put it between your lips and light it, inhaling the thick smoke deeply before holding it as long as you can. He shifts his eyes to you a few times to make sure you were good before he saw you handing it to him. He takes a few puffs before handing it back, getting to Steve’s relatively quick. He parks in front of the building still smoking with you.
“You wanna come in? We can have a little after school snack.” He stops the car and smiles at you.
“Sounds good to me.” You both leave the van as you pull your keys from your bag. You go to unlock the door, Eddie right behind you.
“How’d you know where Steve lives?” You ask, getting the door open and leading him in.
“I’ve dropped Dustin off here a few times.” You give a faint ‘ah’ before opening the fridge.
“I can offer strawberries, kiwis, or-“ you close the fridge and open the cabinet to scan.
“Cereal.” You finish, looking at Eddie.
“What kind of cereal?”
“Honey combs.”
“Jackpot!” He smiles and you pull out the box before grabbing two bowls. As you make you both some cereal he comes up to help you put the box away. You both end up on either end of the couch, using the arms as tables while you watch Little Shop of Horrors
“I can’t believe Family video had this, i love this show.” He looks confused at first, watching the movie intently.
“I thought it was a movie?”
“It is, but it was a Broadway musical first. I actually was in my school production of it sophomore year.”
“Oh of course you’re a drama kid!” He chuckles before drinking the milk from his bowl.
“That obvious? Showtunes just really do it for me.” You laugh, going to take both your bowls to the sink.
“Hey have you worked on your character? We could try to get some of the basic stuff done.” He exclaims, smiling widely.
“Okay but first homework because I have to graduate.” He huffs while you pull your textbooks out.
“Come onnn, what’s one days of homework?”
“Something tells me it’s more then one days worth for you.” You tease, writing down some answers to the questions on the work sheets.

Nothing New-Shane Stardew Valley x Reader
Warnings: Swearing, over drinking, depressive and intrusive thoughts, this shit is kinda sad fluff
youtube
Story Plots: Strangers to kinda friends, might make a part 2 if this does good where they friends to lovers (lot less sad than this part), sad fluff, just Shane taking care of our sweet farmer, gender-neutral pronouns, inspired by the lyrics of Nothing New (Taylor's Version) by Taylor Swift Ft. Phoebe Bridgers
Summary: Life seems to have gotten more complicated for this fresh start they took over a year ago and a night at the saloon makes them open up to the town drunk.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The crisp fall breeze runs through the young farmer's hair as the trees hum a small rustle. The chill strangely welcome as it cools the puff in their cheeks and eyes. As the season comes to an end, all the work it took to be able to keep afloat during the winter has taken a toll. The emotional wreckage of the last month made throwing themselves at the farm work at hand fairly easy, not wanting much social interaction while in the funk known as "Seasonal depression". More like the entire 360 of cubicle job to running a farm (y/n) thought. They have been in the valley a little over a year and the farm has been harder than ever to keep up with. thinking back to when they last talked to Harvey. Just running into him (literally) trying to catch up to the chicken who had somehow made it all the way to town during the chase. After helping each other up and the string of apologies from both sides, took the time to take in the state of the young person in front of him.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"(y/n), are you taking care of yourself?" The question took the farmer by surprise, someone noticing the bags under their eyes with bruises and scrapes all over. The doctor sighs, pushing his glasses back in place with his index finger.
"Just the usual, trying to get enough of an income before winter when I can't plant as many crops."
"Remember to take time for yourself, the farm is hard work, and you need to be able to take care of yourself too." He bids you a goodbye, walking back to the clinic to open up. After that, it took the farmer a moment to remember the task at hand. Find that chicken. Before they can even start the search there's a voice behind them.
"How dumb do you have to be to let a chicken get this far from home?" The gruff in the voice made the poor farmer's whole body feel like a bonfire.
"Excuse you?" Snapping around to the man holding mischievous Dotty. You take her out of his grasp, watching as she nuzzles into their arms. Before the farmer can get too worked up the man walks away, muttering something about being reckless
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
God that guy gets on your nerves. Learning he is Marnie's nephew had the farmer confused on how such an amazing woman could be related to that ass. As they finally reach their destination for the night, the air starts to have a bite to it. Pulling the saloon doors open and slipping in as fast as possible, the warmth is inviting. A smile pulls on Emily's face as she sees who has entered her workplace.
"(Y/n)! I have this new liquor for you to try, I've been saving it for you." The farmer gives the girl a small smile before sitting in front of her.
"Lay it on me and keep it coming." The strain in (Y/n)'s voice made Emily pause before pouring the pink liquid. Before she could even help the next customer she heard the glass hit the wood of the bar, seeing it was already empty. Giving the farmer a cautious look before pouring a slightly larger pour.
After about an hour or so, the bar was full and the farmer realizes they came out on the one night everyone and their parents are here. They move to a booth, Emily bringing a glass of water before the next round. The talking and laughing drowns out as they play with their hair out of habit. Every so often someone would come to say hi and make small talk before moving towards their respective groups. (Y/n), finally getting a break from the interruptions lays their head down on the table with a sigh.
"I can hear you breathing you know?" The farmer declares, hearing a choked chuckle across the way.
"Thought if I sit with ya, we both won't get bothered." The voice emotionless and slightly spiked with annoyance. When Emily brings another drink the farmer downs it in one go, now seven drinks in.
"What will happen when I lose my novelty?" the farmer says, back to laying with their heading in their arms. Shane;s breathing hitches, eyes wide with confusion for a split second before going back to unfazed. The silence is deafening but with one look up from their arms, (Y/n) sees an unrecognizable emotion in his eyes as he darts back to people watching. Something tells them to continue sharing, that the silence will stay and the word vomit will just linger there for closure. Maybe that's the pink drink talking the farmer sighs at their altered brain.
"I wake up in the middle of the night and I can feel time moving. I went from a cubicle job I've had since straight out of highschool to running a goddamn farm all on my own. How the hell did my grandpa think that this-" They gesture towards the direction of the farm, wildly over expressing from the alcohol in their system.
"- would work? He could've given it to my brother! Or my cousin! Or literally anyone else. My cheeks are tired from smiling at every fucking person just so they like me. Even Alex and he just wants to get in my pants!" Suddenly there is a hand over your mouth, a hushed shh coming from Shane.
"You can vent and shit but stop screaming." He slowly moves his hand and the small movement distracts from the fact that he's moved closer to the farmer, giving his undivided attention before sipping his beer.
"How can I know everything at 18, taking that shit joja job while living with my now ex-boyfriend, but nothing at 22. 4 years shouldn't make a difference. And now that I've been here a year no one even bats an eyes anymore. It's like the excitement of a newcomer is gone and I'm invisible..." (Y/n)'s eyes shift to their fingers, picking at the hang nails. Shane's look of understanding missed, as he pushes another round to the farmer. They chug it before regretting it instantly. Emotions are heightened from the inebriation and soon tears welp up, getting pushed back as much as possible.
"shooold've -xpected it. They alwayys git bor'd of me" Despite the drunken speech, Shane caught it all. Including the sniffle as a tear falls off the person in front of him. (Y/n) can't stop the cries anymore, hiding their face in their hands before feeling an arm wrap around their shoulders and help them up from the booth. Hands still on their face, they follow the lead of Shane as he opens the door for them. The colder wind hits their faces and starts to sober them both up as he holds the farmer up, walking her home. They quietly cry in their hands for what feels like an hour, still being led home.
"How do I go from growing up to breaking down like this." The farmer half-jokes, sniffling while trying to slow their breath. The farmer catches Shane's eyes, his switching between their tear stained face and the path in front of him as he leads her through.
"Glad to know you're a person and not a ball of pep." The only words the man has spoken since the saloon. (Y/n) scoffs, before the tears come back. Shane stops the two of them abruptly before holding the farmer by the shoulders, trying to find their eyes.
"Hey hey hey hey, you said it yourself all those smiles around town were fake did I say something?" His voice slightly frazzled at the crumbling person in front of him.
"Just reminded me of stuff..." As the two of them reach the farmhouse porch, Shane tries to pull away from the farmer before their grip tightens on his shirt.
"My brain won't turn off please stay." The still drunk (Y/n) quickly blurts, almost falling over. A sequence of confusion, contemplation, and caution go through Shane as he treads lightly around the hammered person in front of him. He sighs before walking them towards the door and taking the keys from the farmer's hand. He unlocks the door and turns on the lights before walking (Y/n) to the bed and making them lay down.
"Ya can't hold your alcohol lay down." A monotony of his voice the farmer is all too familiar with, usually when the man before them is trying to not care. He walks out of the bedroom into the kitchen, the sound of the sink coming seconds later. Once it's off he comes back in with a cup of water.
"Does this make us friends?" Shane couldn't help but chuckle at the exhausted person laying in front of him.
"I don't know why you'd want to be but sure, whatever." He turns around to turn off the light.
"Get some sleep." Before he can leave (Y/n) stops him with a gag. He instinctively runs to the bathroom, assuming there would be a trash can in there, and bringing it to the farmer. After a few seconds, nothing comes up and they sigh before leaning back in the bed.
"I'll be on the couch if you need anything, Marnie will kill me if I leave without making sure you won't die." The farmers eyes are barely open, drifting back and forth from sleep. A slight nod comes from them before Shane rubs their head gently and goes into the living room. (Y/n) almost instantly falls asleep, still in their clothes from running errands and such.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I hope ya'll like this! I haven't written in a while and while this isn't something I write a lot I just kept seeing this every time I listened to the song. It was always Shane listening to me and realizing how someone else also struggles with similar emotions. I'm going through it right now if you can't tell lol

Guess who’s back!
It’s been years so let’s get caught up shall we?
Billy Hargrove x reader is officially cancelled, sorry y’all :( It’s been on hiatus for so long I don’t remember what the goals for the storyline were.
I can’t promise to be super scheduled due to work and also chronic illness, sometimes I just don’t have enough brain function to write.(but hey we have more answers about my health now then we did back then so we shall see)
My writing is a little rusty so bare with me as I get back in the swing of things:)
As of right now I am only writing for a few fandoms due to hyper fixations and so I don’t get overwhelmed. The list will grow eventually but I wanted to start small and doable. I only do x readers gender neutral or she/her pronouns (if my writing gets better I may be able to open it up to he/him as well) I will also write fluff or smut (or angst turned fluffy but not only angst)
As of right now I will write for:
STARDEW VALLEY
Shane
Sebastian
Alex
Abigail
THAT 90S SHOW
Nate Runck
Jay Kelso
Once I get more comfortable I will be able to write for more shows/characters and once my hyper fixations for these have been met. Requests are always open, I will try to get one request out a week(if they exist) and one of my own stories every two weeks. I haven’t decided if I will be reposting these on ao3 as of now but in the future I see it as a possibility. It’s mostly going to be one shots and/or head cannons but eventually we will get some full on stories going.

Tumblr media
A/n-Plz send requests lol I need ideas
WARNINGS - Cussing, that’s it.
———————————————————————
You slowly walk to the clear door, adrenaline building up. You walk in with no knocks because David has told you that you don’t have to.
“David, I-I’m home!” He runs downstairs laughing and hugging you.
“(y/n), come to the tesla I gotta show you something.” He grabs your arm and tries to drag you but you pull him back.
“Uh, Dave can we talk first?”
“No time, tell me in the tesla.”
Nerves build up in your chest, getting tighter the longer you sit in the tesla.
“Want a smoke?” You sigh and nod rapidly.
David does the dick lighter bit to you and you nervously giggle.
“David, we need to talk.” He looks at you with a smile, before realizing how serious you are.
“Uh, yeah. Is everything okay?”
“Y-yeah, I got the college letter in...” His face completely drops and eyes get watery when he starts to think.
“Did you not get the scholarship? Oh god, you didn’t get in did you? I’m so sorry I wish I could’ve hel-” You got him off with nervous laughter. “What?”
“Sweetie, I got in on full ride...” He smiles so huge and squeezes the life out of you. He pulls away confused at the fact you aren’t acting happy.
“Why aren’t you happy?”
“No, I am! I just, Now that I’m staying I feel like I should confess to a certain someone...”
“What?” He looks confused and hurt at you, trying to read your mind.
“Okay, so I have a crush... He does social media and I know Jeff would be so fucking against us but I really like him. How do I tell him?” You bite at your fingertips in anxiety as David turns pale.
“U-uh, just tell him? I don't know, he’d be crazy to not like you if that's why you  haven't.” You look deep into his eyes, noticing the broken look he gives you as he tries to avoid eye contact.
“Who, uh, who is it?” You blush and he furrows his brows before slamming his fists on the steering wheel.
“It’s fucking Todd, isn't it?” You slowly you shake your head and something clicks in your head that says maybe just maybe the doe-eyed boy you've fallen head over heels for might just like you back.
“Then who?” His voices starts to raise a tiny bit in frustration, his voice also breaking a little.
“David.” Failing at getting attention he continues asking, getting worked up.
“No, (y/n). Who is it? You should tell your best friend this shit. No secrets-”
“For fuck’s sake Dave!” You hurriedly grab his face and kiss him, the passion taking him by surprise before relaxing and hungrily kissing you back.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hey loves! This is my first full story on here I hope y’all enjoyed! feel free to send requests and ideas because I would love to do them. I do smut, fluff, and I might try angst. Love y’all!

By all means, talk and raise awareness about depression. But please mention:
•Not showering or brushing your teeth for two weeks •Getting sick from a vitamin D deficiency because you haven’t been outside in a solid month •Getting lightheaded when you stand up from bed because you’ve been laying down for days •The body pains •Shampoo not bubbling because this is the first time you washed your hair in three weeks •Over stimulation •Pity from a distance •'Get over yourself, there’s people *in Africa starving, with cancer, homeless, living in poverty, dying, ect.’ •Massive weight gain •Massive weight loss •Both •Your body literally changing how it looks and deposits fat based on frequent weight gain and loss •Hair loss •Zero self esteem •Breaking out in acne so bad you can’t put your head on a pillow from pain •Being too depressed to commit suicide •Self imposed isolation •Stomach cramps •Nausea •Vomiting •'You’re so dramatic, it can’t be that bad’
If you don’t, I’m not saying you’re not raising awareness, but you definitely need to reevaluate your platform

Temporarily Temporary - David dobrik Part 1
Tumblr media
A/N- so this is my first story on tumblr, and on vlog squad/David so 🐻 with me. If you do enjoy let me know and you can make some requests!
Warning - cussing? That’s probably it.
———————————————————————
“We started as strangers. Me only coming over to see my older brother Jeff, and then settle in my hotel. Walking towards the white, modern, clean house besides some cups and one broken vase I saw through the glass door, I expected nothing but a few friends talking and hanging out.
Boy was I wrong.
I rang the doorbell, anxiety coming over me quickly when a floppy haired brunette came to let me in. He wasn’t looking towards me, but laughing and recording someone belly flop into the table. Once he put the camera down, his chocolate eyes poured into mine and then the door was open.
“Uh hi?” The confusion evident in his voice on who I was. I gave him the best smile I could muster with my nerves and scratched the back of my neck, painfully starting to itch.
“I’m here for Jeff? I’m his sister.” He furrowed his eyebrows before realizing something and opening the door wider.
“Oh yeah, he told me you were coming. Come in.”
He ushered me in and started leading me to the backyard.
“Are you okay with being apart of the vlogs?”
“Y-yeah, although Jeff may be skeptical.”
We get to the backyard and my brother turned towards us, a giant smile coming across his face.
“(N/n)!” He scooped me up and squeezed me tight. Everyone confused except for the brunette.
“Jeff!” We dont let go until someone clears their throat, turning our heads to the tan guy with raven hair.
“Oh everyone this is my little sister, (y/n). She’s here for the summer visiting while looking for colleges.” I shyly waved, everyone staring intently before the first guy comes up closer, his hot pink do-rag lowkey blinding me.
“Well, I’m Dom. If you need anything just let me know. Actually, let me give you my nu-“ he gets cut off and pushed away by Jeff, the only person I can see from behind him being the guy that let me in. We made eye contact and he gave me a small smile, trying to tell me this is normal.
“Listen guys, my sister is off limits. She’s not even twenty yet and I will end up back in jail if any of you do anything to her.” After everyone agrees and I roll my eyes, we all go inside to introduce ourselves. Turns out the belly flopper was Heath, and the guy with no shirt was Zane.
After the first month of being here, I’m already being called the new member of the vlog squad. It’s probably because I’m now in every vlog since I’ve caught myself hanging out with David at least once a day. I make it a point to not watch the vlogs and especially not read the comments but everyone says the fans ship me and David. Then again, the fans are also in love with David I mean who wouldn’t be? He’s basically my best friend now and I’m falling hard. God, it’s June and I leave in August and I’m falling for one of my brother’s closest friends. What do I do?”
“Well you might be going to USC, right?” My new friend, James asks.
“Yeah, I find out this week.”
“Then if you get in, that’s when you tell David. David’s a really nice guy and all, but he treats you way better in the vlogs then he does his friends.” He takes a talking break before taking the beauty sponge and beating in my concealer.
“What about Jeff? He’d get so pissed. He’s already mad that David and I are close.” James sighs and grabs the setting powder.
“It’ll be okay, sister. As soon as you find out you got in you’re gonna go to David’s, look him in the eye, and tell him how you feel.” He gives me a warming smile and then wipes away my baking.
“Thank you, feelings are a sister struggle.” He giggles at my use of sister and nods.
“You are not wrong. I can’t tell you how many straight guys I’ve gotten pulled along by.”
“What about my brother?”
“Eh, he made it pretty clear how are relationship is.” I nod as he strokes on some better eyebrows. Out of no where the doorbell rings and James goes to get it.
“(N/n), the letter came in!” Jeff runs in and hands it to me.
“Well hello to you too” James scoffs jokingly and sits back down. I begin to shake and open the envelope. I slowly pull the letter out and speed through it in my head.
“OH MY GOD OH MY GOD” I jump up after reading accepted and hug Jeff.
“Dear (y/n) Wittek, thank you for your interest in our school. We are happy to inform you you have been accepted to start this fall semester in the education major. We look forward to working with you!” I scream, James and Jeff squishing me into a group hug.
“Now you know what you have to do?” James asks and I nod, my anxiety coming back. Jeff gives me one more big hug before having to leave and James and I sit back down.
“So do you get a dorm?” He swipes on my eyeliner wing.
“Yep. I get the whole college experience.”
“When are you gonna talk to David?”
“As soon as you’re done.”
“You go sister!”
———————————————————————
I know this is short and not much David but there’s gonna be a part 2 and I always get sidetracked with ideas lol. I hope you at least enjoy this first part.
