(Main blog @ragdollgaming) I'm Ragdoll, age 26, and welcome to my art blog! I draw furries, pokemon, and sometimes other things too. He/She/They. Remember to reblog!
Finally finished up my fursona's new ref! The old ones kept Cal and Kait separate and didn't really line up with my current art skills, so it's nice to have this new one with plenty of new info!
What finally pushed me to do this was Art Fight. You can check out their character page here!
SFW nude alt below the cut, in case anyone wants to draw them in a new outfit.
I'm trying to break out of my artistic shell a bit and use brushes that aren't CSP's default g-pen, so have a little practice Ninetales I painted based directly on official art.
As I wrap up the semester, I'm also wrapping up on my game dev class project, Mainframe!
Mainframe is a fighting game about giant mech pilots duking it out in sci-fi sports that defy the square-cube law, inspired by games like Pokken Tournament, BlazBlue, and Street Fighter. It's a game I've been wanting to make for years, and I'm glad to finally have a working prototype of the idea!
This project was created with some HEAVY lifting from Universal Fighting Engine in Unity. While I won't be distributing any playable versions of this for a long time (in part due to the Maya student license), I think this works as a solid proof of concept.
draw ur funny lucarios more. i love those long dogs <3
I intend to eventually! I've just been very busy with college since I've been making my 2 minute animated short and fighting game prototype. During the summer they should be more likely to return though!
Hey, here's an update on my game dev project for class, Mainframe. Meteor Blitz (the robot) can now walk in two whole directions (!) and use four different attacks!
(Created in Unity using the Universal Fighting Engine tools and template asset. The model, rig, animations, and moveset design and parameters are my work. Everything else is provided and will be replaced in due time.)
