The seated face pull gives you a strong base of support enabling you to lift heavier when working your rear delts. From a seated position with core switched on, grip the rope with thumbs towards you, pull cable to your forehead, elbows flared and at shoulder height. Squeeze your rear delts and take a short pause before returning to the starting position under control.
