You can sign up as many times as you want, as a writer and/or artist, just please be aware of the commitment you are taking on! To sign up again, just fill out the form again.

Please note: On the form there will be a spot to put your email address. This is solely for the mods’ use to contact you and your email will not be shared. Please list an email you check often.

There are three types of bangs for this event: teeny bangs, mini bangs, and big bangs. Teeny bangs are fics between 5k-10k. Mini bangs are fics between 10k-20k. Big bangs are any fics 20k and above. The minimum word count for this event is 5k. For this event, we do not accept RPF, incest, or explicit (E/NC-17/R) fics, however, any other ships, genres, themes, and universes are okay! Write to your heart’s content!

Each fic will have an artist. Teeny and mini bangs will receive one piece of art while big bangs receive two, in any medium the artist chooses. White- and orange-washing will not be tolerated.

There will be a Backup Band consisting of writers and artists on hold in case any others have to drop out of the event for any reason. Those called forward from the Backup Band will be accommodated in terms of posting dates.

Two and a half songs later, the door attached to the house swings open, and Bobby finally appears at the top of the small flight of stairs. He’s got his guitar, and he says, “Sorry, guys,” the second Luke signals for Alex and Reggie to stop, but there’s definitely something off about him. The years-old bags under his eyes that he tells fans are eyeliner stains are even more pronounced than usual. He’s still in his pajamas, a housecoat and slippers thrown on like he’s eighty. But instead of expressing concern like a good friend, or even like a normal human, Luke says, “Where the hell were you?” and it comes out harsher than he meant it to.

Fic Storming is a new, multi-fandom server born out of the love of community following JATP Fic Storming’s existence. Fic Storming is home to many fandoms (and is finding more) beyond just JATP, and we’d love to see you there! 

Fic Storming is not only for those writing fics, but also for those who are reading fics, creating art for fics, and betaing fics. It is a community aimed at everyone who enjoys fanfiction in some way or another. It’s a place to gather and discuss fics: posted, in progress, planned, or hypothetical. 

Now, it sounds overwhelming, but the fandoms are only visible to you if you select them. This way, you don’t have to see fandoms you’re uninterested in. 

While we cannot afford to make an author’s channel for everyone in a server that is open to multiple fandoms (as was the trademark with JATPFS), each fandom has a Threads channel where you are able to open your own author or fic thread.
