I think the best thing about Lovely Runner so far has been the fact that BOTH leads are huge goobers and are equally ridiculous when it comes to the other.

I also love that even adult Sun Jae is goofy and not as cool as he may seem. Haha

I still haven’t done my “road so far” rewatch, but I’m DEFINITELY rewatching today’s episode. Mostly to see adult Sun Jae, and that bridge scene at the end. 🫠

Could the taxi be foreshadowing her accident? The driver even turned the car directly towards her before that guy showed up. They made that really creepy.

So when Im Sol is brought back to the present, the time on her watch goes from 3:00 to 2:00. I’m thinking she has three chances to save Sun Jae (or to hear his true feelings.)

I’ll have to go back and see everything surrounding why she went back, but I think it’s because the timeline changed in a different direction (?) considering Second Lead (Song Tae? What’s his name?) changed and asked her out.

They’d spent more time together in this timeline, so that possibly changed the way Im Sol & Sun Jae’s relationship was going in this updated timeline.

Waaaait…

So I’m rewatching the second episode, and when Im Sol is standing in the street (mighty uncomfortable btw. Wet AND getting rained on in your regular clothes? Bleh.) there’s a flashback of her accident and the person running towards her is wearing a white top with a white jacket aaaand a black cross-body bag. So far the only PROMINENT character we’ve seen wearing a cross body bag is Seon Jae (I think? And granted his has been white buttt who’s to say that isn’t intentional to throw us off?)

I know everyone is under the assumption that he was/is the one that’s going to save her but I think that flashback added enough for me to actually lean that way.

Lovely Runner from Seung Jae's POV is so wiiild. Dude moved to a new place and found that his neighbor was kind and cute and started pinning for her for months, he tried to gather her attention but she was not having it, not even remembering his face. Then suddenly she shows up crying to him and giving a suicide hotline talk, and crying every time she sees him??? But also apparently in love with the school bad guy™️ and also pretending to be a old shaman sometimes???
