bananas (good food)
eggs (good protein)
milk (goof calcium)
avocado (good food)
apple slices with peanut butter (this tastes good af)
TIPS TO GAIN:
eat more frequently (HEALTHY FOODS)
strength exercizes (squats, lunges, ect.)
get sleep (hey excuse to sleep in)
HOW TO LOSE:
yoghurt
eggs (keeps you so full so you wont eat that much)
salad (celery in particular)
WATER WATER WATER
oatmeal
blueberries
TIPS TO LOSE:
dont skip breakfast
cardio is your best friend
use a smaller plate
drink 8+ glasses of water per day
drink green tea once a day
dont weigh yourself
