Keep this in mind whenever you think of the importance of a good recharge in your life.
There are many things that you can do when you are fully charged. At times, a fully charged you can even amaze yourself by doing new things that you have never done before. But just like a battery, computer, or even cell phone, you too will run down on power and need to be recharged.
Today’s inspiration is all about finding ways to become recharged because if you do not recharge yourself, you start to drag, feel sluggish, and never get anything accomplished. We will take a look at the following:

What are 40 ways that you can recharge yourself?
Now that we have the questions, let’s find some answers!
What does it mean for you to recharge?

To regain your energy and strength.
When you get back the energy and strength you need, you can feel powerful and strong again.

What are four factors that make it hard for you to recharge?
This is a question that can vary from person to person because we all have unique lives. I will offer up four common factors that can contribute to why it can be difficult to recharge:
Not enough free time.
Sometimes, life can be on the go to where there is simply 24 hours a day is not enough to do everything and still find time to get away to recharge and come back strong.
Where there is not enough free time, it can lead to stress, exhaustion, and anger.
Too many people need you.
You may be in a point in your life where you are counted on by a lot of people in your personal and professional to where you cannot break away because it seems like they need you every minute of the day.
When too many people need you, it can cause you to neglect time to take care of yourself and your own priorities.
Kids and significant other (spouse, dating partner, life partner, etc.)
If you ever had kids or been in a relationship, you know how demanding it can be to give a lot of yourself to a child and/or to a relationship in order for things to work.
When you devote too much time to such, it can cause you to neglect putting time and energy into yourself.
YOU!
Believe it or not, you may think that you do not need the proper rest, time off, or even relaxation necessary to be refreshed and recharged, so you decide to do way more and push yourself beyond your limits.
When this happens, you can be your own worse enemy because you can cause yourself to be worn down, broken, and feeling lifeless.
What all does it take for you to recharge?
All you need to recharge is the following:
You
Recharging yourself starts with you.
Make the committment to yourself to be the catalyst for the recharging of yourself as a whole.
Time
Recharging requires you to create and give some time.
Plan and devote time to do the things that allow for you to recharge at various points.
Rest
You and the Energizer bunny have one thing in common: you may keep going and going, but at some point, you are going to need rest or else you will break down.
Learn to step back to find things that will help you to relax and recharge your body so that you can last longer over your lifetime. It can be a vacation, a nap, or even a full good night’s sleep.
Your interests
You interests can help you recharge your mind, body, and soul because you are doing things that take your mind off of things that prove to be stressful and draining.
Find things that bring out your fun, creative, and free-spirited side so that you can laugh, play, and even feel refreshed about life in general.
Recharging does not take a lot, but it starts with you making the time to rest and find interests that will allow for you get back the energy that you so badly need.
What are 40 ways that you can recharge yourself?
There are a lot of ways that you can recharge. It just comes back to what fits you. Lori Deschene with Tiny Buddha decided to share 40 Ways To Give Yourself A Break. I will list them below. I am know you can find a way or two from list below that can help you not only take a break, but also recharge your batteries.
Allow yourself a little extra sleep.
Take a day off from exercising.
Skip the stairs and take the elevator or escalator.
Replace strenuous exercise with something less intense.
Relax in a sauna or steam room.
Utilize a detoxifying cleanse.
Take a break from alcohol, processed food, and sugar.
Get a massage or trade massages.
Take a long, hot bath.
Be mindful of your posture at your desk at work and take breaks to walk around and stretch.
Take some time to meditate.
Use a deep breathing technique.
Give yourself a complete day without any financial worries.
Set aside some time to play.
Sing, paint, dance, or otherwise express yourself creatively.
Go outside and immerse yourself in nature.
Close down the multiple tabs on your computer screen and instead single-task.
Indulge in a guilty pleasure.
Take a day off from negative, draining people.
Simply sit.
Metaphorically release emotions.
Practice observing your feelings instead of getting caught up in them.
Utilize progressive muscle relaxation.
Count successes.
Replace regrets with dreams.
Create a worry window.

Write down the things you’re grateful for.

Make a conscious decision to spend the first portion of your morning tech-free.

Identify what you’re really seeking from technology.
Store gadgets in a place where you can’t see them.
Technology fast on a weekend day.
Give your technology a bed time.
Decide for a day that nothing is urgent.
If you give any or all of these a try, they can help recharge you quickly and get you back to full strength.
I encourage you to take the time to look at your energy level right now. If you feel that you need to recharge, do not hesitate to stop and do it. You deserve as many opportunities as needed to recharge because everything you say, think, and do depends on you being fully charged. Let’s remember that when you do not recharge, you and the world miss out on the opportunity to see you at your best, but when you are recharged, you are at your best and people get to experience your best.

Keep this in mind when it comes to the importance of you learning what makes you fragile.
The reality is that we all have at least one thing in our lives that makes each of us fragile. Whether we want to admit it or not, it is important to understand that no matter how much we try to hide or run from what makes us fragile, the only way to get through them is to deal with them head on.
For today’s inspiration, we will answer the following four questions:
What is the definition of fragile?
Why do people hate being fragile?
What are four ways you can deal with what makes you fragile?
What are three ways that dealing with what makes you fragile makes you stronger?
Now that we have the questions, let’s find the answers!
What is the definition of fragile?
Merriam-Webster defines fragile as:
Easily broken or damaged : very delicate : not strong.
Fragile is something that can be considered weak and must be handled with a certain type of care.
Why do people hate being fragile?
This answer can vary from person to person depending on what it is that has them in a fragile state. No matter the variety of the answer, it comes back to one big answer: it shows weakness. I will explain below:
Most people do not want to be seen in a fragile state because it shows what makes them at low moments that have them feeling broken, down, sad, and not at their best.
There is some fear that maybe the enemy or someone else will use such vulnerable moments in order to prey and take advantage of fragile people.
  Both of these explanations can lead to the five following issues in a person:
Isolation. (Choosing to be alone in dealing with your weakness.)
Lack of trust or faith. (Not wanting to trust or believe in people or resources.)
Inability to receive and accept help. (Not able take the help given to you.
Overcompensation of certain weakness. (Try to hide what makes you fragile by trying to be a perfectionist and cover them up with patches.
Breakdowns in the future. (Not properly dealing with what makes you fragile now can become bigger problems that can affect your life and those people around you.)
Being fragile is not an easy thing, but if you never deal with your fragility, it will get worse over time.
What are four ways you can deal with what makes you fragile?
As I mentioned earlier, you cannot run away from what makes you fragile because it will only get bigger over time. Instead of running and hiding from them, you got to deal with them head on. Here is how you can deal with makes you fragile:
Acknowledge what makes you fragile.
You cannot fix what has you delicate, weak, or broken unless you acknowledge it first.
It can be as easy you saying it and accepting it as fact.
Acknowledging what makes you fragile gives you a starting point towards dealing with what has you delicate, weak, or broken.
Understand what makes you fragile.
Whenever a situation has you fragile, it is important to understand what made you fragile in the moment and why.
You can do this through asking people around you, seeking answers from people who have deal with such similar situations, and even through your own research online or in a library.
Understanding what makes you fragile gives you a chance to know what you are dealing with in terms of your fragility.
Get a plan with the right people and resources.
In dealing with what makes you fragile, it helps to develop a plan or two to help you overcome.
In your plan, get the necessary resources and people who understands your situation that can help you deal with what makes you fragile.
With a good plan, people, and resources in place, you are now prepared to deal with what makes you fragile.
Deal with what makes you fragile head on.
Armed with the knowledge, plan, people, and resources, it is now time to deal with what makes you fragile and fix it.
Take the necessary time needed to deal with each phase of your fragility and apply the necessary solutions.

You understand how to deal with your low points in life.
In dealing with what makes you fragile, you develop a playbook and library of resources and people who you can count on to help you deal with future moments of fragility.
You are able to help someone else deal with what makes them fragile.
In your ability to deal with your own fragile moments, you are able to help someone deal with their fragile moments when they need you the most.

I encourage you to take the time to look at what makes you fragile. Do not be afraid or hide what makes you fragile because it is your opportunity to understand your weak and delicate moments. Let’s remember that in dealing with makes you fragile, you can learn how to handle yourself with care and do what it takes make you stronger as a person in the end.

Keep this in mind whenever you see someone or something that is shivered.
The reality is that people and things get shivered on a daily basis. The force needed to cause can vary depending on a host of factors. The damage left behind can vary from minor to major depending on how that person or thing was shivered.
Today, we will look at the following three questions:
What does shiver means?
What are five things that can be shivered?
What are three things you can learn through someone or something that is shivered?
Now that we have the questions, it is time to find the answers!
What does shiver means?
Merriam-Webster has two form of the definition that we will look at. Shiver is defined as:
To break into many small pieces.
One of the small pieces into which a brittle thing is broken by sudden violence.
You can see that when you shiver something, it is all about the pieces that form from whatever you or someone else has broken.
What are five things that can be shivered?
There are many things that can be shivered through great force or sudden violence. Here are a few things that can be shivered.
Glass
Glass can serve as a shield between us and certain elements (heat, cold, water, etc.)
When glass is shivered, it leaves behind smaller pieces of glass can possibly cut people.
Wood
Wood can be used to make stands, cabinets, frames, and furniture that is sturdy and strong enough to hold objects and people.
When wood is shivered, it leaves behind smaller pieces of wood that can stick someone.
Metal
Metal can be used to hold together buildings, cars, furniture, and a host of other items.
When metal is shivered, it leaves behind smaller pieces of metal that can cut and destroy people and other objects.
Explosives
Explosives can be used to in shivering glass, metal, wood, people, and a host of other things.
When explosives are shivered themselves, they can leave behind damage depending on the size of the explosives, where it is detonated, and what is around it.
People
Believe it or not, people can be strong-minded and physically tough at times.
When people are shivered, whether through physical or verbal force, they become either physically or mentally broken into pieces where they either shut down or give up.
No matter how you look at all of these cases, when you shiver any of them, it can leave behind a big mess that may prove to be too difficult to clean up.
What are three things you can learn through someone or something that is shivered?
Although someone or something may be shivered, it does not mean you cannot learn from the pieces that are left behind. Here are some of the things you can learn from someone or something that is shivered.
How much it took to create that object or person.
Nobody realizes how much time or resources that are needed to build an object or person before they become broken.
Seeing someone or something shivered can remind you of what all went into making that person or object.
How much force it took to break that object or person.
Depending on the dimensions and weight of the object or person, you learn of the different forces needed to break someone or something into smaller pieces.
Seeing the force needed to shiver someone or something can remind you of how tough a person or object was and how to break down someone or something of similar size and weight in the future.
How to either rebuild or make it stronger.
Seeing someone or something shivered is an opportunity to either repair or rebuild that person or object.
When you see anyone or anything shivered, you can start to look at ways to either rebuild the pieces together again, or move on and build a greater and stronger version of what was already shivered.
I encourage you to look at the various things that have become shivered in your life. You will find that the force needed to shiver certain things varied from item to item. The lesson we can learn from anyone or anything shivered is that even though it is broken, they or it can be repaired, recreated, or improved. Let’s remember that when you shiver someone or something, you can choose to leave a mess and cause damage for the worse, or clean up and cause change for the better.

If you take look around in your daily walk, you will see people wanting to be like other people. It is easy to see why considering that there are people who have certain things that make people want to change and aspire in order to get to that level.

Being an original is simply being the first of a kind in which duplicates come from it.

What are four things that makes a person unhappy with being his or her original self?
When it comes to a person being his or her original self, there will be things that will make a person not happy with their life in general to where they would rather be like someone else. Here are four things that can make a person unhappy with being themselves.
Looks
A person may look at other people who may appear to be prettier or healthier than he or she.
A person may not their bodily features or how they fit in certain clothes.
Intellect
A person may not like the fact that someone else may have more education or knowledge than he/she.
A person may not like being corrected or told that he/she could be stupid.
Finances
A person may envy other people who have more money to do things than he/she.
A person may not like the fact someone else makes more money than he/she do.
Talents
A person may admire someone who has the type of skills and abilities he/she wants in life.
A person may become jealous that another person may be more talented at something than he/she.
What are three options available to you when you are unhappy with your original self?
When you are unhappy with where you are at a particular moment, you can choose to either revert back to your comfort zone, stay and get better, or move onto something else.
Revert back to your comfort zone.
You can choose to quit and go back to whatever brings you comfort and ease.
This will cause you lose your forward progress and momentum.
In reverting, you may feel safe in your comfort zone, but you will become fearful of trying something new.
Stay and get better.
You can stay where you are and focus on making your original self better.
This may cause some stress, but it also can create ways and opportunities to make yourself even better.
In staying and getting better, you are making the effort to move forward and improve your current status.
Move onto something else.
You can choose to let it go and move onto something else that you can add to your original self.
This can cause you leave you current status undone, but it can breathe new life and energy into your life as you move onto something new.
In moving onto something else, you are diverting your energy towards something that could be better for you in the long run.
What are three things you need in order to be your original self?
If you are going to be your original self, I am going to tell you three things you need to do to be your original self.
BE YOURSELF!
No matter what you choose in life, be yourself in who are now and what you want to be.
When you be yourself, nobody can question your originality.
LOVE YOURSELF!
Love and be proud of who you are and what you will become in life.
When you love yourself, it shows in how you care for yourself.
DO AND BE WHATEVER WILL MAKE YOU HAPPY WITH WHO YOU ARE AND WILL BE!
Do whatever you feel will help establish what you a true original.
When you are able to do this, people will start to recognize what makes you stands out.
I encourage you to take the time to look at the things that make you an original. You will find that all of the things that make you original makes you also special because there is not another person that can be or do things exactly like you do. Let’s remember to never forget that no matter how people try to copy and tell you that you should be like someone else, there is nothing like being your original self.

Keep this in mind whenever you are experiencing the eclipses that happen in your life.
The reality is that we all experience various eclipses in our lives. Some people experience them more frequently than others. What matters during the moments of our eclipses is how we deal with them at that time and what we do once the eclipses are done.

What is an eclipse?
Even though most people associate the eclipse with the sun covering up the moon, I am happy Merriam-Webster gave me another definition to work with that pertains to each of us at various points in our lives. The definition that Merriam-Webster has shown to me for an eclipse is:
A loss of power, success, popularity, etc.
This type of eclipse can happen with your social, professional, spiritual, and personal life. It can make you feel helpless, either not in or out of control, and less of a person. When this type of eclipse happens, it can be a lot to deal with it depending on the person and the situation.
  What three factors can cause certain eclipses to last longer in your life than others?
When you experience a lot of eclipses, there are factors that can lengthen out certain eclipses. Here are three factors:
You.
How you deal with an eclipse can determine how long it stays and whether or not it comes back in the same or worse form in your life.
Negativity outside of yourself.
Outside influences who sabotage you with negativity can cause you to experience an eclipse longer than you should.
The moment or event.
There are some moments and events (loss of a family member, job, house, etc.) that are simply harder to overcome than others due to how important and vital it was to you.
When you are experiencing an eclipse that is longer than normal, understand that life will throw you certain moments that will take more to deal with than others.

What are five steps towards surviving your own eclipse?
With every eclipse you face, you have the ability to survive and move on. Here are five steps to help you survive such a moment:
Remain calm and centered. 
In a moment where your eclipse is bringing forth a negative effect, it is important to stay cool and deal with the moment without freaking out and losing our mind.
You can do this through meditation, prayer, or anything that allows you to find that inner peace inside of you.
When you are calm and centered, you are able to handle the eclipses with a good state of mind.
Seek for guidance and get understanding.
Every eclipse you face has a reason for why it is there, and it is important for you to figure out why.
You can do this through research, asking questions, and other resources that can help you get the knowledge that you need.

It is wise to find people who have had success (not failure) in dealing with the certain eclipse that you are in, along with friends and family who support and love you.
When you surround yourself with people who can help you, you have a team that help you deal with your eclipse and see the light.
Have a plan or two to get you through the eclipse.
It is important to know how you are going to deal with the eclipse that you are going through, and a plan can help you.
Develop your plan with some alternatives so that you give yourself flexibility in case you need to make a detour.
Having your plan in an eclipse can help guide you where you need to go and find the light again.
Deal with the eclipse head on.
If you want a certain eclipse to leave, you have to deal with it head on.
As you deal with the eclipse, stay focused on the outcome and allow for the eclipse to teach you the lesson you need.
In dealing with the eclipse head on, you take the fastest route towards removing the eclipse out of your life.
When you survive your own eclipse, it just makes you feel good about life.
    I encourage you to take some time to reflect upon some of your own eclipses that either you have experienced or is currently experiencing. Understand that what you go through in your eclipses are simply apart of life’s ups and downs. As long as you do not get too far down, you can always rise back up and overcome. Let’s remember that your eclipse may come in to bring you down, but if you know how to deal with and learn from it, you will survive and move forward.

Keep this in mind whenever you are wondering is it worth it to cheat.
Cheating is a very big deal with serious consequences that can be good or bad. In order to understand cheating, we will take a look at the following four questions:
What does it mean to cheat?
What are three reasons why people choose to cheat?
Does cheating really work?
What are five lessons you can learn from cheating?
Now that we have the questions, let’s find the answers!
What does it mean to cheat?
Merriam-Webster defines cheat in the following ways:
To break a rule or law usually to gain an advantage at something.
To take something from (someone) by lying or breaking a rule.
To prevent (someone) from having something that he or she deserves or was expecting to get.
When you look the word cheat, it is all about the shortcuts, loopholes, and secrets people use to either get ahead, gain an unfair advantage, or stop/hurt a person.
What are three reasons why people choose to cheat?
This answer can vary from person to person depending on the situation. Using the definitions, I will give a few reason why people cheat.
To break a rule or law.
For some people, they feel that certain rules and laws are too strict or hard to follow.
When a person breaks a rule or law, he or she is bypassing the protocols and instructions that are meant to keep them safe and secured.
This can lead a person to believe that certain laws and rules do not apply, and that they can break more rules and laws in the future.
To take something from someone by lying.
For some people, they feel that lying will allow for them to fool other people into believing them and getting whatever they want.
When a person lies in order to get something, he or she is abusing the generosity and trust of other people without any concern over the damage that they could be causing.
This can lead a person to damage relationships, lose respect among other people, and get into some legal trouble.
To prevent someone from having something he or she deserves or expects to get.
For some people, they feel that withholding a gift or reward from someone when it has already been deserved will make a person work even harder for it.
When a person prevents another person from having what they deserve, they cheat the person out of what they truly deserve.
This can lead to resentment, negativity, and lack of desire to try from people simply because a person feels that they have not truly earned what they have already worked for.
When you put all of this together, you will find that when a person chooses to cheat, they are cheating for a purpose.
Does cheating really work?
This answer varies from person to person. For some, cheating has proven to be beneficial because they managed to find success through taking shortcuts. For others, cheating has proven to be harmful because of the negative consequences that came from their decision to cheat. It comes back to two simple questions:
Did it work?
Did you get caught?
If the answers to both are yes, then it worked in your favor. If the answers to both are no, then obviously, it did not work in your favor. If the answers are mixed (yes and no), then you have to do some weighing and analysis of the situation to see if you consider the cheating to either benefited or harmed you.
What are five lessons you can learn from cheating?
Cheating can teach us a lot about ourselves and each other. Here are few things that we learn from cheating:
Everyone cheats at something or something.
Everyone has something or something that they either has cheated, is cheating, or will cheat in life.
Whether it is breaking a rule, gaining an unfair advantage, or even withholding something, there is a very good chance that everyone you know have cheated at something at least once in their life, whether they know it or not.
If a person chooses to cheat, it is because he or she ultimately made the choice himself or herself.
Although you may have influences around you that may encourage cheating, the actual decision to commit the act of cheating in your life is yours to make.
If you choose the commit the act of cheating, YOU will be the primary person who must take and accept responsibility.
Cheating does come with a price.
When you cheat, the price that it can cost you can depend on if you get caught or not.
In either case, when one person cheats to gain an advantage, everyone who is involved or affected will have to pay physically or emotionally.
Cheating is considered harmless until the person cheating becomes cheated.
You will find that people will consider cheating harmless until they become the victim and become negatively impacted by the cheating.
When the cheater becomes cheated, there is no avoiding the pain or consequences that are coming his or her way.
Cheating is like gambling at the casino.
When people cheat and experience positive results, they keep on doing it until they either start losing or lose everything.
Just like Russian Roulette, cheating does not always promise success, so understand the risks before you attempt to play the game.
I encourage you to look at the last time you witnessed cheating in your life. Whether it was your or someone else who did the cheating, reflect on the actions and the results of the cheating. You find that the cheat you were apart of not only affected you, but it also affected everyone else involved. There is no guarantee that cheating will work in any  scenario, so anyone chooses to cheat, they are accept this warning, the risks, and consequences that come with it. Let’s remember that cheating may feel good when it goes your way, but it can also feel bad when it does not go your way.

When you look at the meanings, radical can be described in just about anything we see and do in life.
What are two things that can go wrong with being your radical self?
Being radical does come with a price. Here are two things that can go wrong with being your radical self.
You can be misunderstood.
When you are radical, it is easy to be misunderstood when your views or actions do not reflect the majority view.
Being misunderstood can create difficulty in communication and cause people to separate and isolate you from everyone else.
You could offend someone.
When you are radical, it is highly likely you will offend someone with you views or actions when they are considered favorable by most people.
Offending someone create hostility between you and others. Such hostility can lead to violence of some type and even death.
When you are radical, it can be scary to people when they do not know how to take nor accept your views, thoughts, and actions.
What are three reasons why should you embrace your radical self?
There is nothing wrong with being something that is inside of you daily. Here is why you should embrace your radical self:
There is only one version of you…YOU!
Nobody else can think, say, and do things exactly the way you do. Even with twins, there is something different that makes them radical from the other.
Life would be boring without your radical self!
Life is colorful because we all bring something different to the table daily. Without your radical self, it would be all one color and plain boring.
You represent change and variety.
Your radical self offers the world someone different to look at. You also give the world another option when it comes to views and perspectives which can open eyes.
If you embrace your radical self, you can create a radical change in the world.
  What are three ways being your radical self can change the world?
As scary as being your radical self can be to yourself and other people, it can help to change the world around you. Here are three ways being your radical self can change the world:
You can bring something new and different from what is traditional and ordinary.
Being your radical self can offer up new ideas and ways that can add to and make the traditional and ordinary better.
If you see something that could be made better, do not be afraid to through trial and error to offer new ideas and even try to come up with something that could make things easier.
Bring out what is basic and important to you.
Being your radical self does come with a set of principles that are core to who you are, but at the same time, could serve to be principles that could help influence and change the world.
Do not be afraid to let those principles show in everything that you say and do so that people can identify with and understand you better.
You can share your extreme political and social views that are not shared by most people.
Being your radical self does have views on a variety of topics that does not always coincide with the general public. This is a good thing because it gets people talking about things they normally would not talk about.
Do not be afraid to speak your mind about your views because it gives the world insight on what you see on various topics. Your extreme view on something could wind up changing the world as we know it.
When you are your radical self, there is the opportunity to offer up something new and different that could change the world in a variety of ways.
    I encourage you to take the time to look at what makes you radical. You will be surprise with the many ways that you are truly radical. Do not be afraid to let what makes you radical shine to the world because without it, nobody will ever know what you think or feel about something important to you. Let’s remember that your radical self needs to be set free in order to give the world variety and flavor to a world that would otherwise be just one color and flavor.
