Though if truly honest... I believe the idea of demons stems from the fears we have, the voices that tell us we must take because we fear we cannot have, coming from the root, sacral centers...fear, guilt, regret screaming in the back of our minds, infecting our thoughts until the ego becomes but a fallen sun, sinking from the solar plexus deep into lower realms of mental hell. But if one realizes you are the observer of these thoughts, not the source, with enough quiet self-reflection, enough practice, you may clear away, release all those "demons" from your thoughts, your feelings, your ego may die on the cross of love in the heart center, so that it may rise as a Christ, Krishna, Buddah, seeing through a new 3rd eye of perspective, connected by the crown to source, realizing one can live from love, rather than fear. Probably done with this experiment, not very enthusiastic about the results lol. Other the digestive flush the first 3 days, the rewards have not felt worth it. ~ I have no energy, like at all lol. ~My strength has decreased significantly, as has my endurance. ~My libido has suffered a bit, let's say mornings aren't as they once were lol. So I'm not still going to eat lots of fruits and veggies because they are amazing for you and your gut biom, but will be adding eggs, bone broths, and definitely some meat. Will still be avoiding sugar, processed foods, dairy for sure, I cheated hard today, tbh and I had cream cheese, it was definitely a source of mucus. You will eventually need to supplement with all your b Vit, zink, iron, creatine, Magnesium if you are going completely vegetarian or vegan and a male who wants a healthy endocrine system, enjoy a certain amount of lean muscle mass, and healthy testosterone production ( healthy fats are key , as it's carried on fat cells.)
