Diigo, Drive, Evernote 😭

I use a combo of Diigo, Google Drive, Evernote, and files on my own computer to save all the bookmarks, fics, notes, my writing, and pretty much everything for my shop too.

That's hundreds of thousands of files.

Recently Diigo changed their ways of doing things without warning anybody and their browser add-on stopped working.

I have well over 700 cached pages with them, and I can't download any of them. No way to back them up. And they're now truncating backup files so only the first few hundred characters show up on exported bookmarks.

Evernote has decided to limit even paying users to backup/import only 100 notes per backup. Which is just... NOT OKAY.

Drive has decided to alter the way files show up, so downloading in bulk only downloads shortcuts, not the actual files.

Things are stuck out of my reach and I don't know where to go from here.

I'm an anal geek, so using more than one method of saving something is supposed to keep me somewhat safe from utter bullshit, but when they all change to "Newer and Better™!" ways of doing things without any warning whatsoever, I'm fucked.

I'm currently searching for something better, but I don't even know how to get everything transferred once I do find better alternatives.

Tech is supposed to be improving, not turning into places that lock up your shit, but this is feeling more and more like what streaming services are doing to TV and movies.
