Most of the MASH fandom probably knows this already, but just in case you didn't...these two literally got married after this.

School buses are actually balanced in the meta because while one might assume they’re OP for having a legal Stop Sign on them at all times, it’s balanced by the drawback of having to carry like 50 kids

Omg, what an opportunity! Lighthouses are so few and far between. This one is pretty nice, too. Usually, they're a complete gut. Built in 1897, the Smith Point Lighthouse in Chesapeake Bay is 2.5 miles from the coast of Reedville, VA at the mouth of the Potomac River. What a great location! It has 4bds and 1ba. Asking $450K. Unfortunately, it's a cash-only sale.
The current owner uses it for family vacations. It has a small living/dining room combo. Household goods convey.
There's also some counter seating.
Kitchen's cute. Two bread machines? They must really like bread.
The best part of a lighthouse is the stairs, b/c they lead up to the light.
This one has 4 bedrooms, which is pretty big. This shelf looks new.
It looks like they stripped the paint off the railings so they can be refinished in the original wood tone. The brick has been painted and it's coming through.
The bedrooms look nice.
In good condition, freshly painted, new waterproof plank flooring.
The beadboard walls give it a nautical look, too.
The bath has a nice shower.
An original porthole in the wall, maybe to look for boats.
This is probably a work/utility room.
The base of the structure is rusty, but it's been in the water a long time.
Not sure what these pulleys are for.
And, here it is- the light. It looks new. The Coast Guard maintains it b/c it's still an active navigation aid.
I wonder if these are the original plans or more recent plans to refurbish it.
By the looks of the ladder, they're in the process of working on it. You would have to pull up on your boat and climb that metal ladder hanging off the side, but you'd have to reach it, first. Yikes!
The 4th bedroom is located in the small structure under the light, b/c that's the watch room, for the lighthouse keeper.
You can't beat that view of the sunset.
