Anti binging hack! If u have a takeaway meal, portion off a small part of it into a superset plate and only eat that. You will realize by the time ur done eating the small portion ur not even hungry for more. However, I find that If I eat directly from the takeaway box that I will eat for longer not realizing that I have been full

write down what you want to eat, and focus on how it would taste, smell, and feel in your mouth
try on all the clothes in your closet
explore every nook and cranny in your town
do extensive research on any topic you’re interested in
crime documentaries, man. I swear by them

myproana is a godsend. I spend hours on there if I’m trying to avoid binging
have an argument with someone in the comments of an instagram post
paint your hunger. this is a weird one, but it really works
dance to music. doesn’t matter how bad you are at dancing. it’s fun and burns calories
similar to above, sing along to your favorite song and don’t focus on how you sound. just relieve some stress
memorize as many digits of pi as you can handle
call up a friend or family member you’ve been wanting to talk to
find a random stranger in the street and ask them any question; excuse it by saying it’s for a survey
change up the style and design of your room

write a letter to your future self

play a boardgame with someone
do some splatterpaint. easiest art ever and it’s a great way to release your feelings
