ANNOUNCEMENT

Hey guys 👋🏻 it’s been a while.

Unfortunately I’m only swinging by to officially tell you that I’m taking a hiatus.

I’ll be taking some time off, with the possibility of not returning. If I decide to abandon this blog I’ll let you know and archive kurosarium. It’s just... my mental health is at its worst, it seriously hasn’t been this bad in a while, and this blog, but also social media in general has been (and still is) a major source of emotional stress for me, so I think it’s best if I take it slow and try to distance myself from everything for a bit. To work on myself and get better, hopefully. I still have a fandom blog where I’ll be a bit more active, it’s @nimiku, if you want to keep in touch or want to know what I’m up to.

I’m truly sorry to everyone who requested a matchup and didn’t get it because of my sudden decision. I don’t want to get your hopes up, but I still might write them, I can’t say when, but I always thought writing matchups was fun, so I still want to finish them. But this blog, or maybe all of tumblr, has been making me feel pretty uncomfortable for a while now, kurosarium doesn’t feel like a safe space anymore, you know? I hope I’ll get that feeling back and also find joy in writing again, but until then...

I also want to apologize to my mutuals, the ones I somewhat regularly talk to, the ones I used to talk to, and the ones I barely/didn’t interact with: when you see that I’m no longer following you I want you to know that it’s nothing personal, you’re all amazing and super talented people and I truly wish you the best, I was just overwhelmed with all the content on my dash, it made me feel like I was under pressure to produce content and it also made me feel kind of useless, so I decided to unfollow literally every blog I was following. I’m still regularly checking up on you guys, though. I’m sincerely wishing you the best. May 2021 treat you kindly, stay safe and take care. 💕

Please excuse my late response. Right, it’s not that i don’t want to write anymore per se, but maybe starting from scratch is not a bad idea. For him, it’s an “oh shit” moment. It’ll happen when you’re talking and you make a sarcastic comment, to which he laughs and when he sees your smile in turn…he knows he’s just so fucked. The worst part is that he doesn’t know how to hide his realization and it pretty much ends up with his eyebrows knit together, giving you such a scrutinizing look that you think you’ve done something wrong until you ask him what’s up and he just…doesn’t say anything. Poor boy is too stunned and for some reason irritated with you because what were you doing? How were you making him feel like this? Why were you making him feel like this? He’d probably grumble an excuse and then act off for the rest of the time that you hang out together. But if we’re being honest here, he wouldn’t know how to stop looking at you, so when you weren’t paying attention, he’d sneak little glances whenever he could–and if you caught him, he’d either make up a lie that something was on your face or deny it altogether

His realization would come when he’s scrolling through old videos and pictures of you and the team together, even just a few stupid ones of him and you with middle fingers pointed to the camera, late at night while he’s laying in bed when it hits him. His thumb would pause above the screen when he realizes that he’s smiling to himself because of you. He would breathe in deeply before exhaling in an irritated fashion, looking off to the side as if to an invisible camera and just go “fuck”. When he sees you the next day, he just…kinda…hovers. He doesn’t say much, he doesn’t even know what to say, instead just choosing to annoy you by tugging your shirt when he’s bored and wants attention until you turn around with an exasperated expression and finally say “what, Rin?” It definitely didn’t help his problem when you called him that, in fact, it only made it worse bc you were one of the only people that called him that and you also just so happened to be the only person he was in love with. It’s safe to say that he would just end up showing you something on his phone to keep your attention away from the unmistakable blush on his face

I imagine Komori to be a pretty easy-going person, and not only that, I think he’s just a very pleasant person to be around in general. He’s usually a rather social boy and can always think of something to talk about, but you defintiely can sit in comfortable silence with him, too. He doesn’t make it awkward at all. For example, when the both of you would come home from a particularly exhausting day he’d be totally fine with just silently co-existing, preparing dinner alongside each other or just chilling on the couch.

Kinda random, but I honestly headcanons Komori to slightly lean more towards chubby/heavier girls. Don’t ask me why, it is what it is. And please don’t get me wrong, he’s a very open-minded guy and accepting of all body shapes, but I just imagine he’d be especially fond of your love handles, pillowy thighs, and plump butt etc.

While I don’t think that Komori is necessarily interested in video games, besides the occasional mobile phone game, I thinks it’s pretty easy to convince to play something with you together!

He’s extremely supportive and never hesitates to encourage you with sincere and loving words when he notices that something makes you feel anxious. He’s truly a pillar of strength. But he’d also give you a (loving) kick in the ass when you’d be procrastinating too much.

I can totally see him being all excited to bake cookies with you. I mean, just imagine cutting out cookies with him, both of you wearing cute aprons and Santa hats, because it’s nearing Christmas, you’d have such a good time together!

I say this, because I imagine Komori, unlike his cousin, to have a relatively good sense of humor. He doesn’t take everything literally and even makes some sarcastic remarks from time to time, and he loves to make (silly) puns! So, I’m positive that you could easily joke around with each other, without him misunderstanding you or taking what you said in a literal sense.

Komori is definitely the type of person to treasure the little things. He’s so happy whenever he gets to spend time with you, he cherishes every moment of it and he’s also very vocal about it. He constantly tells you how much he appreciates you and everything you do for him and that you do together. I guess I’d say he’s more of a verbally affectionate person rather than physically affectionate, but he loves himself some cuddles, though.

And speaking of forgetting things, Lev’s pretty forgetful, too. So, you’d probably have to remind each other of important dates and stuff like that.
