akaashi gets excited about letting you borrow a book. his eyes sparkle like the stars on a cloudless night, his cheeks put cherries to shame as you smile up at him and tell him that you saw it resting on his coffee table and that it seemed interesting.

he’ll get up from bed (‘cause you’ll already be laying in bed after a tiring day) and go to the living room, pick it up and rush back toward you with the biggest smile plastered on his face.

“okay, i’ve read it three times - i’m sure you’ll love it, too, baby.” he says as he sits down next to you (you had sat up after he got up). “oh! and i’ve already highlighted a bunch of stuff, but if you see anything that pops out, feel free to highlight it, too, okay?”

this is something really personal to me because i myself am canadian. i’m disgusted at the racism my country tries to hide and my heart is with the loved ones of the family killed on sunday.

canada is actually extremely racist, they just do a good job at hiding it.

Some racist asshole run a muslim family down with his pick-up truck this afternoon in London (Ontario), killing four and leaving only one family member alive. The terrorist was a 20-year old islamophobic dude who targeted muslims and wanted to kill as many of them as possible; when the police arrested him, he was wearing body armor, he had intended to commit more than just murders. There's a 9-year old who lost his family and is in the hospital right now. It's heartbreaking.
