The idea is something around Sakura locking up her inner/true self deeper and deeper over the years, as a reaction to how she was treated in team 7, being left behind, losing Sasuke and then Naruto, being left without a team for years, all to the point of her personality becoming something else entirely. Ino finally has enough and takes it into her hands to bring that bright and genuine girl back (by means, probably not totally legal or allowed by her clan) // Extra.
