Omg we hit my personal goal of 1 like!!! You know what that means!!!! I am now legally obligated to rant about my dumbass au!!

Welcome to the Valley!

It was a normal day in Zuzu City. Nothing out of the ordinary for the whole day. That was until your shift at work when you managed to sneak a look at your social media feed and noticed something very strange. Everyone was talking about some restoration that was being done on some old show from way back when that was taken off air for seemingly no reason. This show was produced by the Junimo Media Workshop and it was called “Welcome to the Valley”.

Set in the fictional Pelican Town within the just as fictional Stardew Valley; the show was said to follow the farmer Warren and his friends in the small town in the country side. It was a fun educational show for children and young teens that taught them life lessons and skills, as well as occasionally showing it’s audience how to handle some tough situations.

From what you can see online, everyone is talking about how glad they are that this show is being restored as they loved it as children. Others are theorizing about why it came off air in the first place. Some mention forgetting that this show had ever existed in the first place until seeing it again now. But scrolling through images on your phone something is bothering you about this. You vaguely remember this show in the back of your mind. You can swear that you had no knowledge of this show before today; before even looking at these images today. And yet the memories flood your mind as you look at these old promotional materials and screenshots. But the memories of this show in your head aren’t matching up to what the restoration crew has been showcasing.

You could swear that Warren’s farmhouse didn’t used to be alive. And didn’t he have a sister?

If you haven’t been bored to death I’m surprised and if you’re actually picking up what I’m putting down then I’m speechless ngl. Enjoy my random doodles I guess TvT.

I’m probably crazy and this makes sense to no one but me; but my mind came up with Welcome Home x Stardew Valley and I have not known peace since.

I showed these to my sibling and he said I was crazy so if literally one person can get behind this I’ll cry and maybe explain the insanity in my head. Though honestly I might just rant about this anyway.

Our protagonist Warren and Willow definitely not Wally.

Abigail and Caroline because said sibling from before is a simp. And misc drawings I did in my delirious state trying to piece together the weird visions in my head.

I love Mateo and Camila’s designs! Wondering, what would their Pokemon battle quotes be? Things like victory, defeat, their Pokemon landing a super effective hit, their Pokemon taking a super effective hit, Pokemon on low HP, Pokemon fainting, low HP victory, stuff like that?

Hey, first of all, thanks so much! And secondly, I’ve actually been doing some thinking as to their battle quotes since I see them as the protagonist of a region where the unpicked character becomes your first rival. But despite this I do want to give them their own distinct personalities instead of just being the same person with a different gender so I’ve got to do a bit more thinking on the specifics.

They kinda give me these vibes though:

(Victory)

Camila: “Let’s go! That was an amazing battle [Mateo]!”

Mateo: “Seems like I come out on top this time [Camila].”

(Defeat)

Camila: “Well we tried our best didn’t we.”

Mateo: “Well fought. Congrats.”
