When I ate bagels in London I fell in love with that bread. Unfortunately, here in Italy they're almost impossible to find and I had to accept this. Buuut.. This week was the "American week" at the supermarket @lidlitalia and for this reason there were lots of American foods. You know what? I found bagels!! 👻🎊 I was a little upset when I found out that they were pretty different from the ones I ate in London. They're not so soft and they taste almost like regular bread, but I'm still excited I finally got to find them 😊 Yesterday for dinner I ate one of them topped with peanut butter, a frozen banana, blueberries, sunflower seeds and a pinch of cinnamon. Pourfect 👌🐹

After having seen @maddielymburner 's and @happyandhealthy96 's Hash Brown Omelettes I just wanted to make mine. I prayed that it wouldn't break and it didn't (thank God 🙏). I can't even explain how much I enjoyed today's lunch! It was suuuuper delish, omg 😍 Thank you @maddielymburner and @happyandhealthy96 for the inspiration! 🎁

I'm starting a new job next Monday! 🙌🎉 I've been working in a factory for the past 3 months and it has been pretty tough. I managed to resist, always hoping that something good would have happened. I waited, patiently. Some days were really hard. Anxiety kept testing me, but I've always resisted. Now I 'm about to begin a new chapter in my life and I can't wait to see what the future holds for me. I expect wonderful things to come! 🌟

This was my breakfast yesterday 🌈 Some days ago, as soon as I came home from work, my mom surprised me with this vegan chocolate cake (btw, she litteraly made my day). Since we couldn't finish all the cake in two days by ourselves (even if it wasn't a bad idea at all 🙊), we decided to cut it into pieces and put it in the freezer. I think it was even better then. Fun fact 🙊: Yesterday I wanted to make a strawberry and mint nice cream. I used what I thought it was mint, but it tasted like nothing. So I kept putting more "mint" in my nice cream.
