Well! Managed to make this, had to do it quick. Out with the rabbit in with the dragon. Dragons are cool, I have a fondness for them, so I put a little effort in designing one here. Hope to make this a fun year~

Drew this up in magma/aggie. Friend told me they added a whole new set of brushes so ended up just drawing this up during a session with them, very fun to draw in there.
No one is sure who gave her the very random plush, but she appreciated it none the less.
I was going to do a little more with this but I kinda had to settle with this touched up art I quickly did last night lol.
I appreciated the birthday wishes I gotten today, it's been a very interesting week, thanks.
It's been a while since I last did something in one of my more "regular" styles.
I've been practicing drawing Animal Crossing Whitney lately for a potential birthday piece (I happen to share a birthday with her, Sept 17th). Honestly surprisingly hard to draw the more chibi AC style so I ended up with something I'm more comfortable with lol.
Honestly of all the Animal Crossing characters to share a birthday with I'd say Whitney is up there.
Snappy.

This is an art trade I did with ClockworkGM , featuring their character, Momoka Ogata! Lot of blood to be shed here. You can find their part here, I love it a lot!
This was a really good excuse for me to do more grease pencil stuff lol. Ended up grabbing entirely new brushes that better fit how I like drawing. It was worth it since the basic brushes blender gives don't have enough texture to them. Also was a perfect excuse for me to experiment with blender lighting, certainly interesting tools to utilize in a drawing sense lol.
NOTE: Parody of a Touhou Project Comic that I currently can't identify the source of. Not actually venting lol, just a way for me to partly update where I am right now.
Anyhow, I've also updated and reorganized my Linktree, I now have a Mastodon account (under transfur.social so primarily TF art but I might upload other art, though might make a alt under some other instance) and an Itaku account. Also added in my transformation art alts in Twitter and Tumblr, very likely gonna be uploading in other places too in the future, as well as catch up with Newgrounds and Pixiv (mostly likely gonna make a separate account there, I'm insistent on having content specifically be Touhou Project and anything catered towards Pixiv) so I'll update everyone on that in the future.

(Testing Postybirb posting! Just want to be sure this all works)
Model I worked on slightly before Art Fight happened lol. Was only able to refine her recently. Gonna be posting more Art Fight related things later throughout the month.
I haven't been able to make the animation I had in mind, but that would also require me to model a bunch more lol. Hopefully get to show it off in the future. But I do like how the anatomy of this turned out, figuring out how to depict a tanuki is difficult, especially with the knowledge that Raccoons aren't necessarily Tanuki, but also the mythological depiction of Tanuki can overlap quite a bit..
So apparently this blog turned a nice 10 recently lol. Honestly haven't used this account to post until very recently, but it's amusing to see this milestone pass at a time where there's massive Twitter scramble again. So I'll be taking this as a sign to post here more frequently, the option to have multiple blogs on a single account is very attractive here, so I'll be taking advantage of that for a specific interest or two.
But other then that. I'll probably be posting my relevant artfight attacks soon. Been focusing on doing a few more things before the week ends so expect to see a bunch of 3D animations to pop in.
im experimenting with my style this season, and i made my own custom brush to get silly with !! here are some of my attacks :3
here are the links to the characters, in order of appearance (for the ones with two of them, itll be left to right):

BUT THAT'S NOT ALL !! theres one more attack i have in store for yall, but it's UNDER THE CUT !! because there's FLASHING !!!!!!!!!! stay safe fellas :]
Aight, well worth putting this here just incase someone on tumblr sees this.
Just wanna quickly post what I'm gonna be doing next month, being extremely busy on a art trade event by making people animated 3D models! Might also take the opportunity to do some new stuff on there, so hope to do something nice for everyone!
(Also honestly now glad I made that transformation model now because I get the excuse to be somewhat in theme this year lol)
I have mixed feelings using my self-insert over the actual BW1 male protag but I feel like I would rather draw both the male and female protags together with N rather then one or the other and that wouldn't work with the composition I have here so in the meantime DRAWING ME AND N WOOOOO
So yeah finished the entirety of Pokemon Black and White, 1 and 2, as well as a few extras and I gotta say, I really wish I played through this sooner. When I finally managed to get the memory link stuff working, and saw all the cutscenes stuffed with lore and emotion, I just knew, this was a truly unique and special gen. Some of the music I've been regularly listening to now, the characters leave such a large impression (N in particular I've enjoyed greatly, and some gym leaders and such), and I've gained a new level of appreciation of some of the pokemon introduced in this gen especially.
I think I really love the story and pacing of 1, and the general sequel-ness of 2, something not really seen in pokemon ever. So I'm frankly upset at myself for skipping it over for the 3DS generations, but I'm glad to have gotten the chance to finally play through it.
The release of Fuga: Melodies of Steel 2 caught me off guard so I bought and played through the entirety of it, which after finishing that I went back to this Malt Marzipan 3D model I had and properly textured him.
I ended up developing my texturing process with this too, since this required a bit more work for me to get looking right. The results are that I now have access to layers in my usual texturing process, and I can do what I've been learning with drawing flat in a 3D space now! Didn't plan this one out too well though, as I ended up texturing every single piece of hair strand manually which took up nearly half the time it took making this.
Hopefully I can make an edit with the Fuga 2 design, considering!
