When I was 17 I became an exchange student and the other best part was that my grandfather gave me my first journal so I could remember my new adventure. I have been writing since them, I expressed freely and with no worries of how my book my feel or the judgment on every word I put in. Today young kids don't understand that writing freely, anything in their mind will realize them from any negative or worry on that day. Today's young kids, love to express themselves. That's great, that's awesome. I support that in every way BUT you should start by seeing the positive on life.
Criticizing, bullying other people or judging without knowing what's behind the curtain, THAT is what's wrong with expressing to others how you feel.
I love this journal is a great way to start life, way to start what truly a happy day can be.
