hi! my name is eve :> i’m 21, currently a masters student and part-time researcher, and i’ve recently started relaps!ng dis0rdered eating. i used to be on ED instagram but recently came to EDblr bc it’s just superior ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
i initially started struggling with ED when i was 13, spiraled very quickly and became severely underw3ight by 14, and was sent to treatment for recovery the summer after i finished 8th grade.
i’ve struggled on and off between then and now, but the fear of losing self control and gaining weight, on top of my poor self image, has come back stronger than ever lately.
i got broken up with this past summer, realized that i actually hate my body more than ever, and decided to do something about it.
my cw is 118. i don’t necessarily have any specific gws. i just want a fl4t tummy and for my thighs to not rub together again

impulsively ate mcdonald’s tonight. regret is setting in and i’m telling myself i should’ve just gone to bed. but trying to be kind to myself; according to a TDEE calculator, i need to eat a bit over 1400 to maintain and 1700 to gain. so realistically, i know i will be okay. i just feel so so guilty about it. i was doing so good
might just count today as an unplanned metabolism day and practice more self control throughout the rest of the week
