Hi everyone.

I'm really sad it has come to this, but my best friend and I need help. We both have had some unforeseeable financial expenses that have caused us to get behind on the rent. She is currently in between jobs right now and while I'm working constantly, it's not enough to cover the balance. The landlord is giving us until the end of the week to pay off the balance or face eviction.

I plan to everyone back as best as I can or write short stories in exchange, but any little thing will help.

Stolen Fics

Hey everyone. Not sure if it's reached here on Tumblr (probably) but assholes are stealing fanfic work, binding them, and then selling it on etsy.

Now, my ego isn't so big that I think I may be one of the stolen ones, but as someone who's looking to get published soon (and it's based off of one of my fanfics), I've had to make a tough decision.

Timeless Warrior, TW Wife, and Broken Glass have been removed from AO3 and will be removed from here. At this time, they are my most popular fics and I can't risk my chance at publication (yes, one of the ones mentioned is getting turned into a book).

I also won't be updating anything outside of my Badlands fics I write with my friend Bren until I feel it's safe again. I'm really sorry and if you decide to unfollow me, I completely understand. But I refused to get sued for selfish assholes to make money off of fanfic writers.

when y'all read x reader fan fiction, do you guys not use it as escapism? because the way you guys complain about not relating 100% to reader. like sometimes i want to imagine myself as a flirtatious reader or a complete bitch. like do y'all not imagine yourselves with a completely different personality and read it for the storytelling? you do not have to relate to every aspect of the reader and it's completely fine. some of y'all have boring lives outside of fan fiction, so use it as your escape from real life because some of y'all act like y'all want it to mirror every single aspect of it.
