I’ve been so inactive recently 😭

This academic comeback is draining me for all I’m worth. Studying medicine was all I ever wanted BEFORE I started my course, and don’t get me wrong I still love it. But the actual JOB itself is so ass. I’m 5/6 years deep now and the more clinical experience I get, the more I’m reconsidering my life choices.

The thought of internship itself sends me into a deep depression every time I think about it. Being over/worked and underpaid, living the dream😍 And after that applying for a training scheme and hoping I get a place 🙏🏼 and then continue studying for more exams so I can specialise.

I feel like I’m so young right now, I just turned 22. I want to travel and have actual hobbies, but at the same time I want to get prioritise my career and be fully qualified by the time I’m 30. I’m in my prime right now, career wise but also free spirit wise. So conflicted.

I just need to find a rich husband so I don’t have to stress about my future. I need a 40 year old washed up heir to a billion dollar media company, recovering drug addict who has a private jet. Is that too much to ask for ?????

Okay rant over. Back to studying for my paediatrics final (I hate children❤️)
