I think they were real, I'd be very disappointed if they were hoaxes.

About the Kronos painting:
Francisco Goya put it in his dining room, in front of his place at the table. That's what he saw when he ate.
In fact, the painting was NOT meant to be seen by the public, only by Goya. So, we're lucky we have it
Also, we’re not even 100% certain that this painting is of Kronos, because Goya didn’t give it any title or description. Some say it’s not even a baby boy, but an adult woman being eaten
