Foreign Touches and Breakfast in Bed

“How much did you even drink last night?” Cho cringed holding your hair back as another round of vomit spewed out of you and into the toilet. You could feel your head pounding as you sat on the bathroom floor trying to calm yourself down. Waking up to a hangover and your period may be the worst combination known to man, or really women. Thankfully there were no classes today.
“Too much,” you breathed in and out, making sure there was nothing else coming up.
“Come on, we need to go to breakfast, you need to eat something.” Cho tried helping you up as you gripped onto the sink for support.
You were not ready to go out in public like this. Bed hair, snippets of last night makeup look in the form of smothered mascara on your cheek, and a million knives stabbing your uterus. Definitely not a pretty sight. Plus, you did not want to see any of the boys after last night incase of something embarrassing you might’ve done while out of it.
“I don’t wanna go,” you groaned as you flopped on your bed and curled up into a fetal position.
“You have to eat something Y/n,” Cho spoke softly as she ran her fingers through your hair, trying to flatten it.
“I’ll eat later.” You grumbled closing your eyes, menstruation already tiring you out.
“I’ll be back,” Cho said as she left the room, but you were too tired to say anything as you slipped away to dreamland.

A foreign touch on his chest causes Theo to stir awake in confusion.
What the hell.
He blinked a few times, allowing his vision to clear up.
Seeing the fake blonde from last night he groaned.
“Why are you still here?” He mumbled, swatting her hand away from him as he scooted further away from her.
“What do you mean baby? We don’t have classes today silly,” Hannah replied as she sat up, still nude from late night activities.
“Right, so the last thing I want on a free day is to see your face. Get out.” Theo mumbled hoping she’d leave so he could sleep so more.
“Theo baby, don’t be so mean,” she spoke, reaching out for him again causing Theo to sit up in a huff.
“You know the deal, you were supposed to be out before I even woke up,” he ignored the nasty feeling of her calling him cringey pet names.
“Theo we don’t have to be like this.”
“My name is Theodore,” he stated as he got up and got dressed.
He sighed as he picked up her clothing items off the floor and threw them at her.
“I’m leaving since you won’t. But I advise you to wake up before Malfoy does, you know he doesn’t like you.” Theo said as he walked out, ignoring the gasps of surprise when her bra landed in her face.
What an annoying girl.
He walked to the Great Hall, deciding that he might as well grab breakfast since he was awake.
“Did you fuckers seriously eat all the sausages?” Theo scoffed as he took a seat in front of Mattheo.
“What the fuck did you want me to eat? Those nasty ass muffins?” Blaise replied as he passed a goblet of orange juice to him.
“HEY! They’re not nasty,” Lorenzo spoke up with crumbs falling out of his mouth.
“Buddy you’re getting it all over me,” Mattheo shoved the boy next to him with a scoff before glancing over at Theo.
“Fun night huh?” Mattheo raised a glass towards the bruise-like mark on Theo’s neck.
“Fuck are you serious?” Theo groaned as he rubbed the side of his neck.
“I knew I’d regret it, she’s been so possessive lately,” Theo rolled his eyes as he continued eating breakfast.
“Well I mean you’re always going back to her, maybe she thinks something will happen between the two of you,” Mattheo responded while Theo laughed in response.
“She’s a Hufflepuff, you know only Slytherin girls are worth dating.”
Mattheo frowned as Lorenzo looked up from his breakfast.
The whole table fell silent as Lorenzo finished chewing his muffin, “Y/n’s a Ravenclaw. I don’t think she lacks anything compared to Slytherin girls.”
“Yeah in fact I think she looked better than any Slytherin girl last night,” Mattheo mumbled, causing Theo to look up in surprise.
“She was there?” He gaped, suddenly feeling like he was going to throw up.
Lorenzo rolled his eyes knowing that Theo had no right to even care if she was there or not. Mattheo and him had begun to care for the girl as if she was their baby sister and at first they were rooting for Theo, but now they weren’t so sure anymore. They had thought that she could be the one to make Theo better. After all it was him who had shown interest first, it was him who had begun to change because of her. She was the first girl Theo had ever described without using compliments that didn’t mean anything. Never spoke about how hot her body was instead ranted to the two boys about how angelic her face looked while she studied and how she smelled like flowers and vanilla. Not only cared about what was on the outside but on the inside as well, bragging to the boys about how talented she was and how cool her nail designs were. That is the same boy who had his eyes set on someone else last night, and the thought of it even made Lorenzo want to either cry or punch him.
“Yeah but don’t worry, she didn’t need your company,” Lorenzo scoffed as he continued to eat his breakfast again.
Lorenzo isn’t the type of person to show any resentment or hold any grudges, so Theo definitely knew he might’ve messed up.
But before Theo could say anything, a familiar face approached up behind Mattheo and Lorenzo.
Following Theo’s gaze the two boys turned around and greeted the girl.
“Chang! What’s up?” Lorenzo greeted happily, a complete 180 switch in tone.
“Hey boys, I’m grabbing breakfast for Y/n since she doesn’t feel well and I thought seeing your faces would cheer her up,” Cho explained as she showed them her plate of chocolate chip muffins.
Theo furrowed his eyebrows, “Is she okay? Is she sick?”
Cho rolled her eyes at the boy who caused her best friend to come back to the dorms sobbing her eyes out. She didn’t even know Theo that well but as she watched Y/n clutch her heart as she cried in her arms, she felt as if the boy had broken her heart as well.
“She's fine as if it’s any of your concern,” Cho brushed Theo’s questions away as she avoided any eye contact with him.
Lorenzo and Mattheo didn’t bother coming to his defense but instead got up and grabbed some juice and fruit before following Cho.
Theo looked down at his plate and suddenly didn’t feel very hungry anymore. Blaise sighed before patting his mate’s back in comfort while Theo pushed his food around.
Maybe he deserved that.

“Come on please,” Lorenzo begged, turning fully around in his seat to face you.
You hesitated. Parties weren’t really your thing. They were loud, exhausting, scary, sweaty, and so many more unpleasant adjectives.
There was only ten minutes left of class which meant only ten more minutes of Lorenzo and Mattheo trying to convince you to go to a hufflepuff house party.
You weren’t stupid you knew what went on at hufflepuff parties. There was a link between them being prodigies at herbology and Cho coming back to the dorms giggling and wobbling.
“It’s going to be so fun though,” Lorenzo clasped his hands together and pleaded.
“Your boyfriend’s also going to be there,” Mattheo added, wiggling his eyebrows.
You felt your face heat up and tried shushing the loud boy in case anyone was eavesdropping.
“Why would it matter if Theo’s going or not,” you murmured quietly as you glanced around the classroom, paranoid.
Mattheo smirked, “I never said Nott. So you want him to be your boyfriend?”
Shoot. You avoided eye contact with both boys but made sure to shake your head no, not allowing them the chance to assume anything.
“No, bu-” saved by the bell. You reminded yourself to give Dumbledore a giant kiss on his cheek.
You grabbed your backpack and ran away from the two slytherins who bursted out in laughter.
You spotted Cho and Cedric in the hallways and ran to them knowing that the two boys probably wouldn’t follow.
“Hey y/n!” Cedric greeted as he spotted you before Cho did.
“Y/n!” Cho exclaimed, hooking her free arm, the one that wasn’t linked onto Cedric’s, to yours.
“How was class?” Cho asked while you looked behind you, sighing when you didn’t see them lingering behind you.
“As interesting as the history of magic gets,” you rolled your eyes while Cedric laughed.
“It’ll get better, trust me,” Cedric assured while Cho shook her head.
“Don’t listen to him, he said the same thing about potions,” Cho objected while you groaned in response.
Well to be honest it wasn’t that bad anymore. With Theo’s help your grades were getting better and you no longer dreaded the class. At least not as much as before, plus the study dates were also fun.
“You coming to the party tonight?” Cedric asked while Cho pulled your intertwined arms up to smack her head.
“Shoot! That’s what I forgot to ask you last night,” she exclaimed before looking over at you with pleading eyes, one that you were all too familiar with regarding this subject.
“No…” you answered quietly but it seemed like that was the wrong answer when Cho abruptly stopped the three of you from walking.
“Please, it’s a Friday night. What else are you going to do in our dorm alone?” She let go of Cedric’s arm and turned to you, grabbing your arm with both of her hands.
“I want to work on my dress,” you answered while Cho groaned and pretended to cry while Cedric laughed at his girlfriend.
“Please please please please please,” Cho chanted while you tried shaking her grasp away.
“Okay okay!” You exclaimed as she cheered.
“We need to go get ready!” Cho squealed as she let go of your hand and took your hand instead.
“Wait,” she stopped the two of you from running off before running back to kiss Cedric goodbye on the cheek.
“Let’s go look even hotter!”
_________________
You wanted to vomit, you really did. You had arrived with Cho but you felt bad for making her babysit you all night therefore you encouraged her to go find Cedric. But obviously that was a big mistake now that you found yourself alone and wanting to leave, if you could even find the door at this point. It felt like the whole school was here.
“Oh look who decided to show up!” Lorenzo yelled as soon as he saw you. And wherever Lorenzo was, you knew Mattheo was near.
“Nott’s not here yet,” Mattheo raised both of his eyebrows as he eyed your dress choice of the night. You had gone with a black lace dress and Mattheo had to murmur an apology to Theo before complimenting your outfit.
“I’m not here for Theo,” you tried to convince them even though you had hoped to have already seen him around.
“Yeah sure, keep telling yourself that,” Lorenzo snickered as he passed you a drink.
You weren’t a big drinker, mostly because of the fact that you were a lightweight. You took a sip and automatically your face scrunched up as you felt the bitter burn in your throat.
“You came here alone?” Mattheo frowned, “We could’ve went and got you.”
You waved them off, “I arrived with Cho don’t worry I’m okay.”
“Well what are you doing standing around for? Let’s go dance!” Lorenzo exclaimed as he pulled you onto the dance with Mattheo following behind.
“I can’t dance!” You exclaimed, not wanting to embarrass yourself with your lousy dance moves.
“It’s easy, just move to the beat!” Lorenzo shrugged like it was that easy.
You took a few more sips of your drink, hoping that it would suppress some nerves. After all, it is easier to do “embarrassing” things when you don’t realize you’re doing them.
“See, natural dancer,” Mattheo praised as he threw an arm around you and Lorenzo.
Suddenly Lorenzo tensed up causing you and Mattheo to look over.
“What’s wrong?” You asked following his gaze across the room. Lorenzo tried to stop you from turning around, but it was too late.
If it was possible, Mattheo would’ve tried to catch and save your falling, shattering heart.
Mattheo cursed under his breath as you tried to push the lump that was forming down your throat.
You didn’t think much of anything when you hung out with Theo. You enjoyed his presence, but maybe it never occurred to you that you were not the only one who had it.
Maybe it was the alcohol, or maybe it was the stabbing feeling in your chest, but you felt like the longer you watched Theo kiss the pretty blonde girl the stronger your stomach churned.
You had no right to be so upset. The two of you were just friends.
You were happy for your friend. She looked really pretty from where you stood. Long wavy blonde hair contrasting your dark straight black strands. She was thin and tall, like the model bodies you drew in your sketchbook for your designs.
You were happy for him, happy that he had someone who seemed nice and pretty. But maybe you were overthinking it. Maybe she means nothing to him. But that would mean you didn’t mean enough for him to not kiss a stranger.
“Something’s stuck in my throat,” you bitterly chuckled as you turned away from them and chugged your drink.
Lorenzo looked at you and felt his own heart break at your dejected expression. Your face resembled the image of a small child in time out.
“He doesn’t know what he’s missing,” Mattheo sighed and patted your back and you feigned a shocked expression.
“Huh? What do you mean?” You played dumb as if you never saw them. But the boys knew better when they saw your eyes starting to tear up.  Eyes don't lie.
You started to dance again, grabbing Lorenzo’s cup and chugged. Maybe being lightweight wasn’t a bad thing. You couldn’t even feel the hole in your chest as you danced with tears rolling down your face. When the disco lights hit your face, your face shined and glistened with tears. Maybe you looked gorgeous, like an angel with your glowy face. But maybe you looked like a miserable mess, perhaps the reason he wasn’t here with you right now.

__________________
You nibbled on your bottom lip as you looked around the classroom.
You were one of the first to finish your exams which is very unusual, resulting in an uneasy feeling in your stomach. You felt like you had done all the problems wrong.
The test felt really easy in the worst way possible.
You watched as Theo stood up from his stool to hand in his paper.
He was better than you in potions and the fact that you had finished before him made you want to vomit up your breakfast.
As he walked back to his desk you locked eyes with him.
He took his hands and did a thumbs up and down, as a question to you.
You tilted your thumbs up till it was in the middle.
So,so.
He smiled and even though there was nothing to smile about considering you probably just failed another test, you smiled back anyways because his smile was just that contagious.
There was nothing you could do now but hope.
—-------------------
“THEO THEO!” You ran after him after catching sight of him in the hallways.
Theo looked around confused, tense even, but instantly relaxed as he saw you running towards him with a paper in hand.
His smile matched the big bright one on your face and he held his arms out.
You ran into his chest and in the heat of the moment he picked you up and spun you around.
“Bro wh-” Lorenzo was cut off by Mattheo who covered the boy’s mouth before dragging him away, letting the two have their moment.
“Look Theo, look!” You exclaimed as you held up your test paper, waving it in his face.
A big E marked on the top right corner, the best test grade you’ve ever received in that class.
“Congratulations bella,” he praised and reciprocated your smile as he took the paper from your hands before holding it out like he was examining it.
You blushed at his compliment now getting shy. All you wanted to do now was go back into his arms and hide in his chest so he wouldn’t catch you getting all worked up over a simple praise.
“This deserves a special reward,” Theo stated as he handed you back your paper and patted your head.
He pushed one of your hair strands out of your face and looked down at you.
“There’s a hot chocolate shop in Hogsmeade, if you’re up for it this weekend,” Theo placed his hands in the pockets of his robe, feeling a little nervous for your answer.
You nodded eagerly. You loved chocolate. The rich and creamy taste and the way it just melts in your mouth. Not only was it good in candy form, but literally in everything else. Well besides cake. Chocolate cake is one of the worst things ever.
It was simply too much chocolate and it tastes so dry and makes you want to throw up.
However vanilla cake with chocolate icing, that you would die for.
“Alright I’ll come get you Saturday morning at ten,” Theo chuckled trying to bring you back to him as he watched you get lost in thought.
“See you soon bella.”
You grinned happily to yourself as he walked away.
Saturday. That was tomorrow!
What were you even going to wear? There’s not enough time, there is nothing in your closet.
You had to calm down. It wasn’t even a date, you reminded yourself.
Getting all worked up over a simple hang out was silly.
You took a deep breath and tried to calm your nerves.
Too bad it’s not working.
You’re hanging out with a super attractive guy all by yourself.
You were scared and nervous, never hung out with a guy alone before.
At least you were getting hot chocolate out of this.
Hmm you wonder if they have whipped cream. You didn’t like any marshmallows in your hot chocolate because you drank it so fast the marshmallows wouldn’t even melt all the way therefore it was too sweet when you ate the half melted marshmallow at the end.
All you needed was whipped cream and a candy cane.
—-------------------
“Y/n you’re going to be fine. You look amazing,” Cho assured, sitting on her bed as you tried on multiple pieces of clothing.
You had 10 more minutes until Theo’s arrival and technically you were ready 30 minutes ago but suddenly you decided that you didn’t look nice anymore.
“I don’t think I knitted this correctly,” you frowned, examining your cardigan.
A miniature mistake. You would have to really, really pay attention to detail to recognize it, but since you were already critiquing everything miniature about yourself, it was a huge mistake.
“Theo is not going to notice it babe I promise, and plus you made the whole thing yourself! In my eyes that’s really impressive,” Cho claimed as she walked out of the dorm to check if Theo was here yet.
You eyed yourself in the mirror one last time.
White knitted cardigan with a bow in the back, black jeans, and your favorite white fur snow boots.
This wasn’t even a date, you reminded yourself for the hundredth time this past hour.
Stop overthinking.
“Theo’s here,” Cho peeked her head into the dorm.
“Good luck babes, I expect a big debriefing session after,” she called out to you as you left.
“Hello..” you drawled out quietly waving as you approached Theo.
He was wearing a navy blue sweater with the Slytherin scarf wrapped around his neck which put great emphasis on his eyes and broad shoulders.
“Morning bella,” Theo greeted happily, holding out a hand to you.
You cheesed and placed your hand into his.
“Do a spin for me bella ragazza,” he lifted your hand up and eyed you up and down as you spun around.
Even if it was an Italian word you didn’t know Theo still made it sound attractive, maybe you shouldn’t have worn a sweater from the quick rising of your body heat.
“Cute cardigan,” he complimented as he kept your hands intertwined, beginning your walk to Hogsmeade.
“Thank you! I made it myself!” You looked up at him proudly while your other hand was toying with the hems.
Theo could’ve swore that your eyes were the sparkliest things he’s ever seen. He felt as if could spend forever studying and mapping out the constellations in your eyes.
“Really?” Theo gaped even though it wasn’t a huge surprise to him since he’s seen your sketches.
“Yes!” You exclaimed happily knowing that there was finally someone other than your friends who cared about your passions and supported them.
The two of you continued to walk hand in hand towards Hogsmeade. You talked and rambled on about the whole design process of your top while Theo pretended like he knew what you were talking about and definitely not just trying to make you talk more so he could hear your voice and watch your eyes sparkle with passion.

“Damn mate you starving?” Mattheo teased as Theo scarfed down a muffin that Lorenzo found in his backpack.
Theo rolled his eyes as he finished chewing, “Hannah wouldn’t fucking leave my room this morning and made me miss breakfast.”
“You still seeing her?” Lorenzo questioned with his eyebrows raised.
“Seeing her is a bit of a stretch,” Theo replied, wanting to throw up at the mention of the girl. Sure she was a good fuck and all but he never understood why she had to throw a fit every morning after. It wasn’t the first time he threw her out in the morning, matter of fact it was everytime they slept together and yet the Slytherin girl still wanted to make a scene.
“Should’ve seen the look on Malfoy’s face when she cried and looked towards him for help,” Theo laughed, recalling the frightened yet disgusted expression his roommate made at her cries.
“You’re a gentleman for sure,” Mattheo spoke sarcastically as Theo chuckled at the statement.
“Yeah definitely,” Theo replied back in the same tone.
“Mate I’m definitely flunking tomorrow’s potions exam,” Lorenzo sighed as the trio approached the library.
Theo knew that studying with these two idiots nothing would actually be done, but what else was there to do on a Thursday night?
“Speak for yourself I’m ready to pass,” Mattheo boasted knowing that they had about the same grade in the class.
The three Slytherins looked for a place to sit.
The library was packed, it seemed like everyone in the damn castle was here preparing for some sort of exam tomorrow.
“Found a spot,” Mattheo spoke up as Theo and Lorenzo followed behind him.
“Mind if we sit here princess?” Mattheo asked as Theo moved beside him to see who he was talking to.
Pretty girl from potions. What the fuck was he doing calling her princess?
“Princess? You two dating or something?” Theo teased even though this was the last thing he ever wanted to picture in his head.
You looked away blushing while shaking your head.
This was one of the worst ways you could’ve responded to his answer in his opinion. Theo wanted to drown Riddle first and then himself at the thought of you blushing over him.
You didn’t think much of it. You knew that there were no actual romantic feelings between the two of you. You didn’t have any friends in history of magic and after meeting the two Slytherins they became your only friends in that class.
Despite not giving Mattheo an actual answer to the question the three boys took seats at your table.
Theo was quick to take a seat in front of you while Mattheo settled down beside you.
“Oh we’re all studying for potions?” Lorenzo took a peak at your books.
You sighed before pouting and nodding.
“It’s the worst subject to ever exist.”
Lorenzo nodded in agreement while Theo gasped.
“Worst? It’s one of the easiest subjects,” Theo scoffed while you and Lorenzo gaped at him.
“Tutor us then Nott,” Mattheo rolled his eyes as he took out his books as well.
“No, go ask Malfoy.”
You giggled at their interaction.
If your laugh was the first thing you hear when you get to heaven Theo decided he was going to start being a better person.
“No, Malfoy calls us stupid fucks everytime we get an answer wrong,” Lorenzo pretend to cry while the table next to us shushed him very loudly.
“Damn okay.”
“Open your damn book mate, you're the one that’s most likely to fail,” Mattheo said as he started to take notes.
“Actually that might be me,” you mumbled quietly as you tried focusing on the same paragraph for the thousandth time. You had read it over and over again but it felt as if it was impossible to retain the actual information.
“You good?” Theo whispered as he watched you stare blanking at the textbook.
He was doing charms homework. He didn’t think he needed to study for potions as he felt comfortable in his naturally gifted abilities. It was like relying on common sense for him.
You nodded hesitantly. Truth be told, you were so far from good.
You were positive that you were not going to pass the exam tomorrow. Your Ravenclaw was not Ravenclawing.
You couldn’t afford to get another bad mark since the exam would pretty much break or make your passing grade.
Another lecture about grades from your parents was the last thing you needed when you were still trying to earn their support for your chosen career.
Theo could tell you didn’t mean it.
He looked over to Mattheo and pleaded for him to leave.
He smirked before kicking Lorenzo’s leg motioning towards the two of you and then the doors.
Thank merlin he got the hint and began packing his things up.
“I’m feeling pretty tired, I need a nap break,” Lorenzo let out an award winning fake yawn as Mattheo nodded in agreement.
“We’ll see you guys later,” Mattheo waved before nodding to Theo for good luck.
Theo definitely owes them one.
“Here I’ll help you,” Theo offered as he got up and took Mattheo’s seat.
He scooted your chair closer and placed his arm around the back of your chair.
You started to feel your face heat up at his close proximity and hoped he didn’t notice.
He shifted the textbook towards the middle of you two before grabbing parchment and a quill from his backpack.
“Here take some notes,” he handed them to you as you nodded obediently.
“Wound-cleaning potion,” Theo began to read out loud to you as you started writing.
“Characteristics are as follows: purple, smoke and stung upon contact.” He listed and waited for you to finish writing before continuing.
You mentally thanked him for putting everything into simpler terms for notes as you wrote down everything he said.
Reading through the textbook it was hard to understand what the potion exactly was because it had so many words.
He continued to read and stop every time he wanted you to write something down.
In between your writings you couldn’t help but admire his face as his attention was fixated on the book. The dim lighting in the library made his jawline and face features stand out and appear sharper than normal. He looked so pretty.
“Stir counterclockwise for five minutes,” Theo finished as he turned his head catching you looking at him.
You immediately looked away and tried to hide your rosy cheeks as you wrote down what he had said.
It didn’t go unnoticed by Theo as he chuckled seeing your shy state before turning his attention back to the book.
Maybe another time he would tease you for getting so nervous around him, but tonight his goal was to make sure you passed the exam tomorrow.

Perfect.
You clapped your hands in satisfaction after taking a little study break to organize all your fabrics by color. The plan was originally to go to the dining hall to grab a quick snack, but your messy little studio set up in your dorm easily distracted you on the way out and made you change your plans.
Your fingers flipped through the pages of your design sketchbook. A small smile formed on your face as you traced your sketches.
Fashion.
The only thing that you felt competent in. You didn’t have to try to make things look good. It was the only thing that came natural to you. You could plan an entire outfit for any occasion faster than you could even list the ingredients in a simple potion. You weren’t going to become a doctor like both of your parents, but you thought it’d be better to do something you’re good at rather than forcing yourself to study materials that you’ll never be able to understand. No matter how many times they tried to persuade, or threaten, you to change career paths, you never strayed far from your dreams. The dreams that kept you happy when you were scolded for wanting to stay home and draw instead of going with your father to work.
At least you will never have the chance to mess up a surgery. That would be worse than the invention of jeggings.
The door swung open and your roommate walked in. You furrow your eyebrows upon her presence, wondering why she would be back so early from her date with Cedric.
“How’d your date go?” You closed your design book and walked towards your bed before flopping onto it.
So comfy.
Cho sighed before rolling her eyes, “stupid last minute quidditch practice.”
You giggled as your stomach growled. Maybe you should’ve gotten a snack before you decided to clean.
“Dining hall?” Cho offered her arm out.
You jumped up from your bed and happily skipped over to her and took her arm.
“I’m famished,” You exclaimed in desperate need of having anything in your stomach after the oatmeal bowl for breakfast.
“Me too, Cedric had promised me pastries from a bakery in Hogsmeade before I got canceled on,” Cho grumbled as the two of you walked in a pair towards the hall.
Pastries. Croissants. Ugh you missed home. France has the best pastries. Now you were craving a chocolate croissant. Not that croissants are the only pastry in France.
“Next ti- ow,” you rubbed your head after the harsh impact, stumbling a bit.
“Watch where you’re going next time mate,” another boy came up and landed a harsh slap on his back.
“I’m so sorry, are you okay?” The boy in front of you questioned frantically while trying to hide the fact that he was searching your head for any bruises. Theo might kill him if he made a bruise on his “pretty girl”.
“I‘m okay,” you waved your hands in front of your face, kind of nervous that people were starting to look.
“Hello y/n,” The other boy came up and offered his hand out.
You were confused on how he knew your name despite the fact that you didn’t know his, but still shook his hand.
The boy chuckled at your confused looking expression. He could understand why Theo had called you pretty instead of his usual “she’s hot”s that the group would receive when talking about girls.
“I’m Mattheo, Riddle,” he winked, “Nott’s friend. And this is Lorenzo.”
You made an ‘ohh’ face in recognition but you remained surprised at the fact that you were even linked to him.
Cho nudged your side. You looked over to her and was met with a raised eyebrow. You were as equally as confused as her. You and Theodore had only interacted once and it was during that one potions class, the day Cho had to skip due to sickness. You had no idea why his friends knew about you or were even talking to you.
But nonetheless you offered a warm smile towards the two boys, “nice to meet you.”
“Nice to finally meet you too,” Lorenzo returned the gesture. You liked him, he seemed nice.
Cho cleared her throat while clutching her stomach. You had forgotten what the two of you had even come to the hall for.
“Well, enjoy your meal!” You waved them goodbye as Cho dragged you to the Ravenclaw filled tables and out of their sights.
“Who are you losers bothering,” Theo scowled and smacked the two boys on the back.
“We were just getting acquainted with our best mate’s girlfriend,” Mattheo teased as Theo raised his arm pretending to hit him, making Mattheo duck.
“Girlfriend? Please, you and I both know I don’t do none of that,” Theo rolled his eyes and the trio walked over to their table.
“Lucky her, you’re not exactly boyfriend material yourself,” Enzo replied as they took their seats grabbing their lunches before quidditch practice. The first game between Slytherin and Gryffindor was coming up, they needed all the fuel they could get before Malfoy made them run what felt like 100 laps during practice.
“What are you talking about? I'm the epitome of it,” Theo replied confidently as he took a bite of his sandwich. Sandwich was a bit dry, Italians do it better.
“Right, someone bring Hannah over for questioning,” Mattheo laughed as Theo glared at him.
“We never dated, I don’t owe her anything.”

“IT’S SO COLD!” You let out a high pitched scream as a huge gust of wind blew right into your face. You had a sweater that you knitted yourself on, paired with a skirt and black tights along with a designer scarf you had searched the whole country for. It was late October, but you hadn’t expected the weather to drop this low. Maybe you should’ve worn your winter coat or opted for a bigger scarf. Or maybe you shouldn’t have come at all. That was the original plan until Cho had managed to convince you to attend. You didn’t really understand quidditch. The whole game seemed complicated to you, plus the whole flying really high and the possibilities of students getting hurt didn’t sit well with your stomach. But you came regardless and it seemed to make Cho very happy.
“I KNOW BUT WE HAVE SUCH GOOD SEATS!” Cho screamed over the loud clapping and cheering that signaled that the game was about to start. Loud screaming, another thing you weren’t a huge fan of.
“HERE!” Cho screamed as she took her earmuffs off and placed them on your head.
“YOU MIGHT NEED THEM MORE THAN I DO!” She yelled before turning her attention back to the game.
One by one players in either red or green began to fly out. Everyone you were cheering as if it was a competition to see which side would be the loudest.
“GO HARRY! YEAH!” You heard Cedric shout from the other side of Cho.
You didn’t know any Gryffindors that well but since you were in a crowd of people all supporting that team, you didn’t want to stand out so you decided to clap along.
You recognized a few Slytherin players, the faces of the two boys who you had bumped into a few days earlier were spotted flying on broomsticks. You secretly clapped for them as well.
The mixture of red and green made your heart happy. Christmas. Your favorite holiday. Only two months to go! You couldn’t wait until you get to start putting together presents and drink peppermint mochas with your friends. It was all so exciting!
Focus on the game!
You scolded yourself. You look up and frown as you see players begin to grow aggressive. You frowned as a Gryffindor player tried to throw one of those flying balls at Lorenzo.
You knew it was part of the game but the fact that someone had almost harmed the nice boy made you want to reach for your wand.
“Yay go Enzo!” You cheered and clapped as you watched him dodge them with ease. A few Gryffindors side eyed you and gave you nasty stares but it was hard to pay them any mind with the distracting colors of ketchup and mustard wrapped around their necks.
Theo wanted to thank Berkshire, he really did. He wanted to thank him for providing him the strength to throw bludgers at Gryffindors. What was he doing stealing your attention like that? Last time he checked Berkshire was busy trying to ask out a Slytherin a year younger than them. He needs to leave you alone, you were his friend first. Maybe he should throw a bludger and knock Berkshire off his broom.
Would that be a Slytherin or Gryffindor point?

My Pretty Girl - T.N.
Starry Eyes
Tumblr media
Pairing: Ravenclaw and sort of ditzy but talented Reader x Slytherin notorious playboy Theodore Nott
Warnings: None (yet ;))
“Starry eyes
What can I do for your attention.”
Summary: Theodore’s late to class but Snape blessed him with the opportunity of sitting next to a cute Ravenclaw who’s no help at all.

--------------------
Clockwise or counterclockwise?
You honestly didn’t even know anymore. No matter how many hours you spent on reading the thick potions textbook or wasting bottles after bottles of ink on notes you still barely passed the class.
You were starting to get a headache from trying to picture the text in your head. Everything was starting to become foggy. You sat down, defeated, and began doodling on the parchment instead of writing detailed instructions on how to make the stupid potion. So much for a Ravenclaw.
Hmm off shoulder or puffed sleeves?
You bit your lip trying to decide which option would look better on the dress you sketched out. The classroom was calming with little chattering among your classmates in the back allowing you to work easier. You could never work or do anything in silence, it drove you crazy.
Suddenly the door slammed open causing you to jump a bit in your seat.
“Nice of you to join us Mr. Nott, although your presence was expected half an hour ago,” Snape drawled out in his infamous monotone voice.
“Sorry I overslept,” he shrugged while adjusting his tie. Some students who were listening in laughed. With his messed up tie and ‘burn marks’ on his neck, it was clear that he was definitely doing more than just sleeping.
Snape nodded and pointed at the empty seat next to you, not surprising anyone that he didn’t take away any house points from his house.
Theodore eyed you as he walked towards your table. He would’ve preferred sitting with his house, but he could never pass up the chance to sit next to a pretty girl. White blouse with a lace neckline and sleeves, black plaid skirt, Ravenclaw tie, black sleek hair, and a white headband. You didn’t fit into the usual type of girls he went for, but you were cute.
Theodore took the seat next to you before tapping on your shoulder.
You turned to him and almost jumped when you found his eyes on you. Gorgeous blueish grayish eyes.
So pretty, this might be my new favorite color.
“So uh,” Theo cleared his throat ignoring the fact that he swore he just saw your eyes sparkle, “what are we doing?”
You blinked. Under the pressure of a somewhat attractive boy it made your memory much worse.
“Umm, we’re brewing a potion and writing?”
You had hoped that didn’t come out as a question and hoped that he’d just nod and ask someone else.
Theodore raised an eyebrow and glanced at your blue tie again.
“Which potion exactly?” He asked, narrowing his eyes at you as if you were lying to him.
“Antidote to potions. Wait, no poisons. The common one. Wait, maybe the uncommon ones. Well I don’t think there’s a big difference. I mean, shouldn’t the uncommon ones be stronger and still fix the common ones?” You rambled on, looking off to the side lost in your own thoughts.
Theodore blinked. The sorting hat rarely makes errors, maybe you were high but then again Lovegood’s also a Ravenclaw. The looney population in Ravenclaw must be high.
“Why can’t they just make a super strong potion that fixes every poison? That’d make our jobs easier and we wouldn’t have to memorize so many potions,” you giggled as you turned back to your sketches.
Theodore looked over your shoulder to try and catch a glimpse of your paper but instead your sketches caught his eye. You may be no help in potions, but you sure can draw.
“Are you going to make that?” He asked while you squirmed at the close proximity of his face to yours.
“Yes,” you mumbled shyly, scared of the criticism that might follow. You loved designing and fashion. It was one of the only things that came naturally to you, but coming from a family of doctors you were vulnerable to criticism for not following in their path.
“Cute,” he said before his eyes found your potions paper.
Common poisons. Theodore noticed that you only had half the page completed and chuckled.
He got up towards the ingredients cabinet and grabbed his ingredients and the ones you were missing.
Potions came easy to him. Not only did the teacher bias his house, but his mother was a skilled potions maker as well. Matter of fact her entire side of the family were. He had spent most of his summers in his manor reading journals of potion experiments and advanced information that weren’t even in his school textbooks.
He quickly prepared his ingredients and started on his potion while continuing yours on the side. Luckily you were both in the back and Snape couldn’t catch him. He wrote down his notes and instructions making a mental note to tell you to copy them down later. You’d need it.
Maybe he was also placed in the wrong house. Today, Hufflepuff seemed more fitting. You were lucky that you’re cute.
