YOGA SURRENDER

Each day, I surrender unto myself, unto the universe, unto the void allowing the endless energy of oneness to surround me and fill me with the infinite potentiality in which calls out to me. I blanket myself in the wisdom that it provides and cast away all that does not belong to me, because I have the power to do so.

As I breathe in, I surrender to the wisdom of now, elongating the flow of seizeless air from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet, connecting my navel as far as possible to meet the incredible, tenacious spine with ease and vigor. It’s amazing (as though there is a real word to truly describe my feelings on the matter) knowing that the more I prioritize quality breathing, the steadier and clearer my movements become. The less afraid I am. The more confused I am not. There is no feeling as crisp and robust as the feeling I feel when captivated in this extraordinary journey in which takes me away by its charm and boundless wisdom.

As I Breathe out, I deepen into the void to only be met with a conclusion. A conclusion that allows me to see myself in everything and everyone, yet, it shows me no thing, for I am no thing at all. I remain in the balance where everything is needed.

The fluidity of the flow of steaming air comes pouring out of me like a tide encased in an enormous, fluorescent wind. I reach forward and harness the immaculate power that it brings forth, because I have the power to do so.

Connect with yourself, find the dormant power that lays await for you within. Give it purpose. Give it instructions. Fully commit and surrender to the obscurity that presents itself to you every second of your life. Trust completely in its wisdom and you will reach your destination.

CAN I HAVE THIS DANCE

If you could see the incredible life form and power that lives beneath your breathing, you would see how everything you do is influenced by the waves and current of every encouraging breath you take. Every note is a variation and indication of how well you trust yourself in each and every moment doing the action in which you produce. Your quality of breathing is “The breath of life” pulsating in and out of you in all essence. Your entire quality of living is dependent upon something so invisible but known, something so transparent yet clear.

As the enormous waves permeate me, I breathe in. As the storm begin to rivet, rush, and fall, I breathe out. I let go and I surrender, however, if I partially give in, I reset back to the feeling of that moment, in which, the time that feeling was created, and I lose my composure. I understand now that the quality in which I breathe into the balance, is the quality of life that I will create be it pleasant or unpleasant. So I confront my demolisher with an angry step towards my kindness. When I approach my fearlessness, never being afraid to breathe into the very spaces I could not before. And feeling for once, I get to choose in life.

As I listen to nature, I see how it not about who you are anymore, but whom you wish to become. Who you are is a fragment of your past and what you have chosen to believe about yourself. The truth of who we really are, we can’t even graze the surface of knowing because it is too vast to be recognisable.

However, you are not your past nor your future. So it is only wise to awake into the now and fully see the beauty in which it holds, and allow its treasures to pour into you like rivers of water. For it only happens in that moment in which it arrives.

The past gives you an array of experiences so that you can choose which feelings you want more of and which thereof, you want less. And the only way to truly attain those feelings you want to hold so close, is to continue following in its path knowing that it can all change in any moment, if you allow your mind to stray too far from you.

In all that you experience, you must learn how to keep your mind steady.

The past is void and venomous, staying there too long wounds your present moments and encourages fear of letting go of the feelings you once had, as though, you will never experience it again or you never wanting to experience that feeling again.

And the future has yet to arrive and cautious. And yet, it can either excite or instill fear of the feelings you may come to know as pain.

What I know about pain is that you can never escape it. You can only embrace it and adapt to the lessons in which it teaches you. Fighting against it only inflicts more of the suffering in which you care not to have.

You are in the now and that is all you have. Whatever you wish to become in that moment, be it totally and completely. For in only that moment, you will realize how your potentiality is infinite.

You can see that whatever you want to be you can become instantly. It all starts with seeing yourself in everything and choosing the feeling in which captivates you and walking directly amongst its narrow ways.

You should believe that you are whatever it is you seek. By knowing this, you have just changed the very course of your life. So give whatever is you want more of. Express it and it will express itself unto you without fail.

So who is it you want to become? Break your shackles, believe in your own innate abilities, and become limitless.
