Qi Rong taking a piece of wood, not anything cool or especially deadly. No, it’s just a piece of wood from some old festival stand, and smashing the absolute fuck out of Xie Lian’s shrine. The few people from the Xianle kingdom are behind him and they’re crying. They’re just begging for someone to save them and they wish the destruction would stop. They wish all of it would stop. But no one steps forward to stop Qi Rong. It’s not worth it.

So he smashes every piece of it. He tears the paintings from the walls and he kicks over the offerings. He screams and curses while he knocks over the statue. And he waits for a second. He stands there with the wood in his hands and waits for something to happen. For Xie Lian to smack him upside the head and tell him to get his act together. Or for a bolt of lighting to strike him where he stands.

But nothing happens. He turns to the people and he tells them that their god is dead. That he’s abandoned them and their kingdom. That he abandoned his cousin. And that there’s no use in worshipping him. He can’t save them.

And when no one can bring themself to deny it, he ruins the statue. He kicks and punches until his fists go raw. Blood dripping onto it and staining its appearance until it’s nothing but red. Until there are no more words in his throat. And then he kicks everyone out, and he waits with the head of the statue. He’s not sure if he’s crying out of anger or out of despair, but he’s sure its pain.

Because he’d hoped that maybe, Xie Lian would prove him wrong just this once.

Hua Cheng - Nick but just because he’s like weirdly complex about his feelings and the entire relationship.

He Xuan - Ben, i don’t have to explain. it’s just self loathing from his side. wahhhh i fucked everything up wahhhhh

Qi Rong - that one homophobe. Harry. i just think he’d be the guy that is homophobic as a “joke”. like obviously he’s ok with people being gay and all that but Xie Lian makes him sick. On a serious note though, I do think it’s also Ben, Qi Rong doesn’t have the ability to just understand when people are through with him. He doesn’t have a brain to mouth filter either. from my very shallow analysis, i feel like Ben can’t take the hints he’s given. He has to be the one on top and the one with the last laugh because otherwise he’s miserable. Which is kinda like Qi Rong.

Xie Lian - Charlie. Everything is his fault always and anyone who says anything otherwise is stupid. “Hua Cheng I understand that you have free will but it’s really all my fault.” Also him with the kingdom and with anything ever. He wants and deserves good things and this is a known thing to him, but he also has to humble himself. He has to feel the sadness of everyone around him and he has to atone for the sins he and every other person have committed.

Shi Qingxuan - ok i was torn between Tara, Tori, and Elle. Tara because of the entire situation where she was constantly just being herself and somehow that was made a bad thing. like the woman form was treated like shit after people realized it isnt just an image and that’s what she prefers. then Tori because of the clear little distinction between her and the main story from what ive seen. AND THEN ELLE because oh my god the unrequited love? The knowing everything and being a voice of reason but not a single person seems to listen. The “He Xuan you’re not being robbed of anything because I offer it to you.” and being met with “but it’s not enough.”

White Calamity sees the entire He Xuan situation and just dhakes his head because only a child would have that type of reaction. Hua Cheng pining after a god? That’s a school yard crush to him. Puppy love. He literally throws him when he sees that the god is Xie Lian.

He wants to wring Qi Rongs neck so bad. He thinks of him like he’s a little brat. Just “you are so loud and annoying.” But he respects the grind fr.

But they all bully him 24/7. They make fun of his old man knees and say they’re the better ghost kings, meanwhile White Calamity is the only one to ever actually end whole kingdoms as he’s meant to. He also just doesn’t like that they allow others to use their names. The ghost name is a sign of respect and they never use it!

He learned this the hard way when referring to He Xuan as ‘Black Water Sinking Ships’ only to be absolutely LAUGHED AT.

Ban Yue: She got bored. It wasn’t suiting her taste. She would much rather be playing Unpacking.

Hua Cheng: He’s playing fnaf 1. He’s unbothered for the most part. A little stressed. He doesn’t understand what is making these robots so angry. Gege said this was a ghost game. These aren’t ghosts. These are tyrants.

Xie Lian: He laughed really hard when Bonnie jumpscared him. It was hilarious and a good effort at scaring him. It’s fnaf 2 that gets under his skin. It frustrates him.

Fu Yao: Weirdly good at fnaf 2. Like strangley good at it. He’s managing everything perfectly. The only issue is Nan Feng breathing in his ear. Murder will fix this.

Nan Feng: He’s about to lose his shit honestly. He thought it would be fun to play and it isn’t. The chicken he made fun of in the beginning has killed him at least four times now.

He Xuan: He chose sister location and he’s honestly seconds from never sleeping again. This is the best thing he’s ever seen. He’s relating to all of the animatronics. Besties in festering in hatred and spite for years until finally given the chance to get revenge and ruin everything good they ever had going for them. Mmmm good soup.

Shi Qingxuan: She cried immediately. Didn’t get past the fnaf 3 loading screen. Was in tears the moment she clicked on the game.

Qi Rong and Gu Zi: It’s a joint effort. Gu Zi is a master at this. He’s saying hes doing good so he can “protect his dad” when the time came. Hasn’t been jumpscared once. A natural born speedrunner. Qi Rong is about ready to hang himself. His kid hasn’t stopped playing since he woke up. He’s been going since fnaf 1 and they’re on ultimate custom night. He should have eaten him when he had the chance.

A TREAT:

Qi Rong and Gu Zi get to ultimate custom night and Gu Zi immediately claims rights to Gregory. Qi Rong is jealous. He’s heard Glamrock Freddy be called dad four times now. How the fuck is he coparenting with a bear? Gu Zi pointed at music man and said it looked like Qi Rong. He’s beginning to regret becoming a father.

i think more people should talk about Hua Cheng not being able to write.

Like I swear He Xuan made fun of him for MONTHS. He found out after asking him to help write the spooky little notes for Shi Qingxuan. Mans thought it would be fine but then Hua Cheng got wildly defensive to the point of violence and started saying “im just too tired to write. it’ll add more to your debt”

He Xuan says he’s starting to question whether Hua Cheng can even write. AS A JOKE.

And suddenly Hua Cheng has gone eerily silent.

The clowning begins. Stuff like “Does Xie Lian know you’re illiterate? No wonder you can’t just write a love letter like a normal person.”

And it’s worse when Qi Rong finds out and starts trying to write out literal propaganda in Hua Cheng’s name.

ok guys (modern human au)He Xuan hcs but it’s literally just me projecting:

1. He Xuan is touch starved. He lashes out and acts disgusted when people touch him because he’s not used to it at all. And since he’s not used to it, he can’t determine whether it’s a good or bad feeling. So he categorizes it all as bad

2. He Xuan had trouble recognizing himself in the mirror a lot of the time. Like not the “i cant recognize myself” but he’s constantly stuck between who the person in the mirror is and who he is. Not really understnding where his reflection starts and his real self ends. He’s more worried about what the hell is in the mirror than what he actually looks like though

3. Dogshit memory. He can’t remember his actual childhood whatsoever. It’s just a vague feeling about a certain situation or person and he has no clue wwhere it comes from

4. His friendship with Shi Qingxuan is completely unhealthy. He knows it is. Not because Shi Qingxuan needs him or anything but because he needs to be friends with them or else he won’t feel normal. He doesn’t have anyone else that he feels a connection to so he forces himself to have a connection with Shi Qingxuan. And sure, he does care about them but at the same time he’s not sure how to function without them.

5. I’ve decided that he’s colorblind because I am too

6. He Xuan likes fish because they’re easy to understand. They don’t have complex emotions and behaviours that he would have to figure out and keep up with. They live their lives relatively peacefully and never stress or fear. He’s just jealous bro 🙄

made myself cry earlier thinking “im friendly and thoughtful and quite awfully pretty, but he needed more than me” in regards to Shi Qingxuan :(

I think about her a lot actually. They probably wondered wtf they did when his best friend started publicly denying any association w him. And it only got worse after that entire situation with Shi Qingxuan telling He Xuan that he didn’t want him to be their friend while there was a ghost coming after everything she loves.

Because that’s fucked up? Shi Qingxuan did everything right and he knows he did. Mans heard that his best friends and his brother could be killed by a ghost that wanted revenge on him and he told them to wait. He literally told the guy who wanted revenge on him to wait because he was worried. Sure, he didn’t know it was He Xuan but he still told him to wait for him to fix it.

And idk man :( that hurts more than their entire little revenge scene. He did everything right. He was pretty, literally the prettiest person and He Xuan practically admitted to that one(source? trust me bro.). He was thoughtful, he cared about He Xuan and he made sure that jackass knew it too. He literally offered the godhood to him because he realized it meant a lot. He said he’d give it up and that it was his fault because He Xuan was UPSET and he meant it. AND IT WASNT EVEN HIS FUCKING FAULT. AND HE WAS SO FRIENDLY. He did everything right.

And his efforts were rewarded with his brothers head in his best friends hands, his fan at his feet, and tortured ghosts laughing at his literal terror. Then that “Dream on”(that unironically lives in my head rent free. its all i think about. dream on.) was HAUNTING.

And ik Shi Qingxuan was confused even after the explanation. Like ok he agreed and admitted fault but he never understood. I know deep fucking down he was angry and conflicted and mad about everything that went down. Never really sure who the hell he was mad at. Mostly at herself for not being good enough to notice that He Xuan was hurting. Or for making her bestfriend watch as she lived his damn fate. Then at He Xuan because that was her BEST FRIEND and he gave all of it up for something he didnt even really want or need anymore.

but he’s like a travelling/podcast youtuber. and all his stuff is with guests and talking about people hes met and stories he’s told. and he does realllly bad gaming videos. and hua cheng is always drawing them and sharing stuff. ultimate stan account honestly.

xie lian has him on the channel for a sneak peek into his day as an artist and all the stuff he does.

Sometimes i just post the most horribly out of character scenarios just because im bored.

Hua Cheng is a fucking simp. Qi Rong is the only one who can ever bring it up tho. Because that man has literally everything over him.

Hua Cheng calling him a cannibal and Qi Rong starts pulling up receipts of the convo when Hua Cheng asked where the hell he could find Xie Lian. Literally shaking his v new ghost like “he’s your cousin isn’t he? you can help a ghost out. you’ll be a supreme if you do”

And if he tries to bring up anything on Qi Rong it’ll just turn into a debate on who’s worse. The guy who made excrutiatingly detailed statues of a man who didnt fucking remember him or the guy that is literally the definition of a fucking flight risk.

Hua Cheng goes “I would never bring you around to meet my parents. You have a face only a mother could love.”

And Qi Rong hits him with the “My moms dead. You don’t have parents. And I would never fucking look at you willingly”

And it only devolves into “Hua Cheng, you proposed to him within a day. You are literally the reason he’s disgraced. You’re basically his fucking guard dog, and you know what that means? Xie Lian’s still a dogfucking bastard.”

Then He Xuan is joining and he’s only allowed to live because he can perfectly recite all the occasions where Hua Cheng would add a zero to his debt as if he were the fucking irs. “He added 4 zeros to my debt after Xie Lian laughed at my joke.”

“Hua Cheng is gatekeeping my cousin. I looked at him and he tried to find my ghost ashes because i was ‘unworthy’ of his precious Xie Lian’s gaze”

and then Qi Rong gets killed again but yk it was worth it.
