Just a PSA about my AU Designs ~

I know that I don't "own" certain things... but I'd appreciate if you didn't use certain designs for your adult versions of Gumball or Rob that I do, thanks. My AU means a lot to me and I understand if like, you're inspired by it, but please don't just take something from it that you see fit. It's kinda just rude. Ask someone before you do that. (I've seen this in so many fandoms it's not even funny lmao) :T

Soooo this is a bit of an art dump but also an update I guess..?

3 days ago I watched that new movie "Robot Dreams" and my fuckin' god… that movie had me crying for 4+ hours the day I saw it. I was a wreck lmao. It got me to think a LOT about my personal life but also.. my Oc's, specifically… Elliot and Rodney. Some of you may have seen the original post I made but.. I've since deleted it because my feelings have changed. (will explain below) -

(Spoilers for Robot Dreams) - The ending is what really broke me. Showing that Dog and Robot move on and that it's okay to move on, it just. it destroyed me. But what does this have to do with Eli and Rod? Well..

Thing is, Eli and Rodney break up for a bit but eventually get back together (their 'trope' meant to be "second chances") but then the movie made me think that maybe.. they should stay broken up and move on. Because as the movie suggests, it's okay to do that.

So then Rin-Tin the robot was designed. (with help from Echo, I based Rin on both Robot and Tin from the movie because I like both their designs) and Rin was meant to be who Eli moves on from Rodney with but.. then I just broke down. (mainly for personal reasons but, the Eli/Rod situation was close to home too so like.. yeah, anyway!) - my heart hurt thinking of splitting Eli and Rodney up completely. …But I really like Rin too. I didn't wanna just scrap him or toss him aside like nothing either so then I started considering… a poly relationship.

I'm a very mono person so.. poly relationships are hard for me to kinda.. understand / be able to write..? But the more I think about it, the more I think it can work. These 3 would need tons of open communication 'n stuff but I think, eventually, they'd work out!! I don't know how the story is gonna happen exactly, but in the end I think all 3 will be together ^^ I'm really starting to like their dynamics, evident by the fact I can't stop doodling them LMAO

Once I figure out things I'll make another post about it, for now I'm just having fun doodling them and figuring out the dynamic :P We'll see if they end up being endgame, as I said, I'm just havin' fun for right now ~

Been working on this ALL day yesterday and did the finishing touches today but cfghjkl it's finally finished!!! ;V; AAAA Echo made the og sketch, I did everything else!! (lining, coloring, ect.) it's of our two main AU's collidin' :P My AU (left side) is obviously GumRob meeting Echo's (right side) which, I should specify; is GumDog. Rob is only there 'cause.. well idk.. chaos I guess LMAO My Gum is holding Kevin, whom he thought was Lilith (cause those two like to cause chaos with both dimensions tee hee.) For those unfamiliar with my AU, Cosette is the girl hiding behind Rob. Elliot is the one in his arms. The grey cat is Zipper and the green one is Caspian. Lilith (the one smiling) is Darwin's kid. As I said, the kid in my Gum's arms - is Kevin. Which is one of GumDog's kids in Echo's AU lol which speaking of; For Echo's which no one knows because they don't post; the lollipop kid in Gum's arms is Leon and the little koala plush is Mazie. GumDog have 2 more kids, they just weren't in the sketch, just like how the twins weren't added here either lol ~ I had a lot of fun doing this, even if making it show accurate takes.. a while, it's worth it! (I did my best to make it accurate to the show hh) asdfghjkl;'

I meant to post this sooner but just.. got completely side tracked HGH MY BAD!!!! *sobs* uhh.. warning for inappropriate joke / humor btw!! Idk if I need to say that but, just in case!! AAAA I just.. I love Rob SO MUCH, he means so much to me (I relate to him HELLA hard in so many ways), in a way he reminds me of younger me so.. I get like .. 'protective big sibling' mode about him LMAO Yeah, I think so too!! (hence them being together in my AU; I think Gum and Rob, older and more mature; could bring out some of the best qualities in one another and are a good balance.) but friendship too, Rob needs a good friend and I think if Gum *really* knew how much shit Rob went through, he'd realize how badly Rob just needs a genuine friend, and wanna be that for him. No matter which route people go (platonic or romantic) they're a good duo and like... i personally see their rivalry as more like silly if anything. i also believe that the show itself doesn't exactly take it too seriously either (see "the ex"). i also like the ship in an enemies to lovers sort of way, in which case that trope itself isnt even problematic on its own.

idk whats up with ur classmate but i will have to respectfully disagree with them lol

I've said it once and I'll say it A THOUSAND TIMES MORE;

GUMROB IS NOT PROSHIP!!! Gum and Rob are 1 year apart in age, for some reason I see a lot of people who don't watch the show enough get confused because he had that "old man voice" - yeah did.. did you watch the episode? Oh.. probably not. ... GUMBALL CHANGED HIS VOICE WITH A REMOTE. for one, and two; almost all the kids have adult voice actors (literally except Gum 'n Dar) so if they try to say Rob's main voice sounds too adult, then.. I guess literally every Elmore student is also "an adult" right???? :) if you look in season 1, Rob is in school with them as a student. He attended school at one point so he's around their age. "Well then why doesn't he attend school in the later seasons?" uhm... because he's the villain and essentially he was 'erased' so the school probably didn't even have record of him anymore. Especially if you look at the differences of how Molly was handled vs Rob. Everything of her was erased but, like, her house? folded in on itself. Pictures of her; she was still there, just transparent / barely visible. Rob? Straight up GONE. No trace of him whatsoever. No one remembered him. (Banana Joe knowing Rob's name in the last episode is just a run off from the Ex because Gumball said who Rob was. "just chillin' with my buddy Rob... in a bush.") but literally I don't think ANYONE ELSE knew who exactly he was, especially in that glitched form, they probably all were thinking "Rob WHO???" lmao. Anyway, to bounce off what Lovely said; Enemies to Lovers isn't Pr0. Idk why a lot of people think that trope is problematic but I mean... I guess it depends??? if the enemy really is a huge piece of shit and a genuinely HORRIBLE person, then yeah it's a little... iffy. Rob is NOT a horrible person, in fact by the end he isn't even the "villain" anymore, he's an anti-hero which.. I swear some day I need to write about that because a lot of people don't seem to see that. But he is and I stand by that wholeheartedly. It's not abusive either. Rob has shown to CARE for Gumball, MULTIPLE TIMES. Back in season 2 he thought they were friends. Yeah he got upset about the name thing, but like, clearly he thought they were friendly enough to know one another. (tbf, he is right to be mad about the name and manhole thing, but anyway) examples; 1. "Are you okay?" when he sees Gumball breathing in for a moment. Literally stopped wrecking the groceries to check. 2. He took the time to explain why he was 'breaking up' with him in the ex and then even asks "are you .. gonna be okay?" and even though gum stays in the mall 'til nightfall, I guarantee Rob waited a bit before leaving, probably feeling bad. Penny probably even reassured Rob like "don't worry I've got em' but, clearly he didn't move. Anyway, besides the point. 3. Same episode, we see them be FRIENDS. (.. for all of like 10 seconds) but Rob just, accepted it. "ya know, like friends?" and he huffs, but he doesn't tell Gumball to buzz off or get super angry, he just accepted the friend thing, was even excited to hear he was helping him. "really? when's it gonna go off?" "any minute now!" OH YEAH, another thing; when Rob has to reverse time in the "Rerun" and Gum says "wait, we won't be friends anymore?" you can literally SEE how upset Rob is by this. "yeah, I guess none of this will ever have happened and.. things will go back to normal" you can VISUALLY SEE how upsetting it is. He was glad that he and Gum were finally getting along, only for all his fuck ups leading them right to where they started (the begin. of the disaster, aka; he and Rob still being each other's nemesis.) What I'm trying to say is, Rob cares, in his own ways, he cares. He's just REALLY bad at expressing it in a good way but.. he's only 13 and he's pretty fucked up mentally so like.. (imagine at 13 you find out your world isn't real and YOU are a MISTAKE, and try to convince me that wouldn't fuck you up????) so yeah, GumRob is not a problematic ship and I will literally go off on anyone who tries to say that it is. point blank period.

A little gift for my mutuals' and also added some Aus I liked. You can't imagine how sad it was to see a lot of abandoned or one-time-only Aus :( BUT I still wanted to add some.
