So I am a baby witch. I grew up Christian. And I do still believe in a higher power. But it's shifted to believing in energies. Believing that what you put out can and will come back to you.

I cast my first official spell today.

It wasn't a nice one.

I had an ex boyfriend from a few years ago who I thought would be my forever. Unfortunately I was young and dumb. I didnt see the red flags through rose colored glasses. He would yell at me for little things. Call me an inconvenience or a nuisance for wanting to spend time with him. He coerced me into having sex with him when I almost never wanted to. I had been r*ped the year prior to being with him. Sex was not on my mind in a positive way. But I did anything to make him happy. He tore me down for not knowing things like he did. He criticized my family for being poor. Told me I wasnt mature because at the time, I was 18 and still lived at home without my license. That I was too soft for taking care of my ill dad, my younger sisters, and working in an assisted living home. He told me I played on my depression and anxiety and that my diagnoses were invalid and all in my head. That my therapy was a joke. He got drunk multiple times and called me horrible names. Even hit me while we were both drunk once. He didnt let me wear certain things around anybody. He got angry when I started refusing to go to church. He constantly asks about me and has criticized my current relationship and wants to tell my current partner to run far away because I'm "Crazy and too much of a burden for anyone to love". Yet he asked my roommate multiple times about me and said he missed me. Ive lived with the pain for too long. Forgiveness has been done. But I don't forget. And I wanted him to hurt too. I know and believe that energy will come back to me. But I also believe this curse was well deserved. I am prepared to deal with what comes back to me. But today I cast my first spell.

It wasnt a nice one...
