Obi-Wan wears like 53 layer of robes so everyone assumes he’s kinda soft especially compared to his ‘in the prime of his youth’ former Padawan but then one day he goes shirtless to spar and he’s shredded, he has an 8 pack. Clones and Jedi alike are choking on drinks and tripping into walls. Ahsoka is covering her eyes and screaming because that’s basically her grandpa. Anakin has to throw a robe over Obi-Wan like The Birth of Venus.

OK I read about what you wrote about Lucas' determination of not having Obi-wan and Satine have any physical relationship, even when he was a Padawan protecting her in the past. But still, how can that be, if Obi-wan was longing for her to tell him how she felt after she was held at gunpoint and he was chasing after her in Voyage of Temptation? You can see Obi-wan shake his head sadly when she said she had to return to her duties when Anakin interrupted them? Something had to happen before?

REASON 1: YOU REALLY THINK I’M SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE THAT KORKIE IS NOT OBI-WAN AND SATINE’S LOVE CHILD?

I’m sorry but look at this kid:

And because I have plenty of time on my hands, I went ahead and Photoshopped Korkie’s hair onto Obi-Wan (this makes me laugh so hard!):

REASON 2: “HAD YOU SAID THE WORD, I WOULD HAVE LEFT THE JEDI ORDER.”

This declaration by Obi-Wan to Satine in Voyage of Temptation is kind of a huge deal. Do you really think Kenobi would offer to give up being a Jedi for some chaste, childish first crush? Considering that Obi-Wan is often stoic to the point of appearing cold and aloof, I find it extremely telling that he would have willingly given up the Jedi to be with Satine (at least when he was young - I do not believe he would have left the Jedi for her if she’d asked him during the Clone Wars, but that’s a whole other discussion).

Obi-Wan’s confession indicates that he and Satine shared a deeper, more passionate kind of connection, something that young Kenobi found more fulfilling than his Jedi apprenticeship. Obi-Wan Kenobi does not make capricious decisions. He may make quick decisions based on instinct or intuition, but you really can’t accuse him of being irrational. If he was willing to leave the Order, he had good reason for his decision.

In conclusion, my dear Anon, I agree that Obitine most likely had a physical relationship when they were young. I think that although George Lucas did not sanction the idea, the Clone Wars creators went as far as they could dropping hints and indirect clues without explicitly going against George’s wishes.

Until this is addressed canonically, the best we can hope for is to believe what we want to believe.
