I didn't post yesterday because I was on my feet the whole day, but the good news is I completed all my goals: a nice piece of meat, plenty of water, positive attitude at work, my cardio workout and good quality time with my boyfriend when he got home.
Today I felt a bit lazy as I slept in, I was however extremely tired from yesterday and I did feel refreshed waking up. As I didn't post yesterday I hadn't set out any particular goals but I worked out this evening and was sweating like mad... my boyfriend said he was proud and that I looked sexy. Feeling good that I have exercised 4 days in a row, it only gets easier.
Goals for tomorrow:
Wake up early and go for a walk
Limit snacking
Find a solution to my problem instead of sitting around worrying about it and of course, WORKOUT!

Cardio session? Done. Clean the house? Done. Take a walk in the park? So did that.
Today's goals all completed and I am feeling great, even though it is past midnight (going to bed soon I promise).
Goals for tomorrow (well today technically):
Drink plenty of water while at work and keep positive. 
Cardio session in the morning.
Eat a good piece of red meat (needing the iron)
Quality time with my boyfriend in the evening.

Nothing better than cardio at 11:30pm on a hot summer night.
Really, that felt great. I've realised that my workouts have to be up beat and active, calm yoga doesn't really work for me as I get bored.
Goals for tomorrow:
Another cardio session
Clean the house
Go for a walk in the park
