I have a convention coming up in 10 days and I want to make a fallout print or something but… none of the TV show characters particularly interested me? And I don’t know if drawing Fallout 4 stuff would sell well??

I have re-written a chapter of my fic, Walking. How should I post it? (As far as I’m aware I can’t add a chapter to the middle of a fic on AO3).

(Actually this chapter is re-written in three parts. Part 1 is a re-write of the original, part 2 is written by a friend to connect his OC with my SS, and part 3 is a continuation of the original chapter that I had initially faded to black on that incorporates my friends OC)

Part 1 and 2 (written by my friend) have been done for months now, just part 3 remains to be written but I haven’t posted anything yet cause I’m unsure how I should go about it on AO3.

like I don’t know man there’s no way Danse was always a hard ass, if anything he’d probably just be a bigger dick, more self reliant, and more charismatic even if it was a facade; especially if he was running a shop. And ESPECIALLY if he had the influence of Culter. There’s no more effective way for a man to lose braincells than to be around other men. Men just be like that, the testosterone and competition does weird things. Plus, I can’t imagine wasteland sex education or birth control being good or reliable. Teenage boys will be boys I tell yeah.

He learned structure and rules from the brotherhood, it’s what made him feel safe and gave him a purpose. It is also probably what gave him his morals and values to leave behind his “dead end / no where” life. And if you think you’re going no where in life, there’s not much stopping you from being reckless with sex and experimenting. Even if you consider that he joined the brotherhood say around 16-18, since he was running a shop before hand you can do that as a child.

Do I think he’s super experienced? No. Do I think he’s someone who regularly seeks out sexual partners anymore? No. Do I think he’s ever had a meaningful romantic relationship? No. But I definitely don’t think he’s not tried it at least a handful of times and is now simply rusty. He gave everything to the brotherhood, his own desires after joining up were non existent. I think that’s why it takes the events of blind betrayal to finally romance him, because he really did give everything he had to the brotherhood.

Anyway that’s my rant. I don’t think when people write virgin Danse it’s bad by any means, I can definitely see where people can get that idea, it’s just I have very strong opinions of him knowing what he’s doing to a certain extent. I like the idea of him “re-discovering” himself as it were, rediscovering what he likes, leaning BACK into the things HE wanted before he gave everything to the brotherhood, especially so when you factor in the synth part. The path of “re-discovery” is very important to me, particularly this “re” part of it and that would also apply to his sex life.

I have very strong opinions about this but I wanna know what y’all think.

I made Danse in the sims 4 and… he looks pretty good in CAS when his face doesn’t move but the second he starts emoting it all feels so wrong.

Okay guys hear me out.

I wanted to write one of the things I asked y’all about but then I got some dub-con brain worms but then my friend advised me I should re-write old chapters of walking instead (after I mentioned how bad some of them were) and then we both started writing the museum of freedom quest instead. So I guess I’m doing a re-write of chapter 4 of Walking. And it’s so much better already it makes me wanna re-do more or at least condense and clean up some of the chapters ^^’
