Jesus came and crowded a nation that didnât want him. Rejected by his very own and was labeled a heretic and possessed lunatic. But little did they know that His service to them was out of love. The very Name of love that broke the power of the enemy to save them. He came and conquered. He assaulted their hearts with the intent to bring about a changed nature that would introduce them to the Father, but instead came âtoo closeâ and discovered nothing but rejection and pain. Do we resemble in our hearts today that reserved, crowded nation that abandoned and rejected that love. May we not just âobserveâ the cross and empty tomb today, but lay down our lives in order to be raised to true life through the love of His Name.

We can ignore sound doctrine and choose to live in the futility of our minds which will bring about an unfruitful spiritual life filled with dead works. We can also believe that we are not accountable to anyone for such actions. But one day we will stand before the Lord and be accountable to Him as to why we chose a lesser gospel that didnât interrupt our lives with truth and in the end brought shame upon the Lord.
