I have been fluctuating in and out of relapsing for about a year now since I filled out day 5 of this challenge. my eating habits are basically that I eat one meal a day, when my fiancé is home I eat three meals a day but I’ll eat as little from each as possible.

•day five- what is your first memory of being unhappy with your weight ?
Honestly, I can’t remember ever being happy with it. I remember being 7 and sucking in on my belly constantly unless I was alone, don’t know when that actually started but I still do it.
I remember being 17, 98 pounds and being too embarrassed of my body to wear a bathing suit to the beach. I wore shorts and was still so convinced that I was fat and disgusting that when I sat down I’d put a towel over my lap because I thought my thighs looked disgusting when they “pooled” around the seam of the shorts.
It is a continuous thing in my head, it never fucking stops and it’s been there as long as I can remember. The most heartbreaking part is that I know when I post this, there are going to be way too many people who relate to it and are going through the exact same thing.

maybe i’m not skinny this summer but if i work hard now i can be thin this winter. i’ll wear thick coats and still look small. big sweaters will look dainty on my frame. when the snow melts i’ll enter spring thinner than ever.
