when i start eating food i’m fine like i just think to myself it’s fine it’s only a few calories. but then i overthink, what if there’s more cals than i think? what if i can’t purge it? what if my dinner is full of calories and i go over my target? how will i burn it off?
it’s a constant cycle and it’s so tiring.
