I'm convinced that some of the people who hate Wuthering Heights hate it because they're reading it as a romance. It's not, and it's not supposed to be. It's a story about how obsessive, spiteful, violent and terrible people destroy themselves and each other. It was never meant to be a romance in the way that Pride and Prejudice is. If you reading it expecting Mr. Darcy and Lizzie but dark, you'll be disappointed. If you read it expecting a gothic story of obsession, you might have a better time.

Just tried a staple ed food for the first time. I bought some chocolate covered rice cakes today and I thought I'd give my review here despite no one caring lmao. They tasted kind of shit at first but tbh after u get over the initial blandness they're not too bad. I'm just a little worried since they seem incredibly easy to binge on.

I'm so weird on a liquid fast bc there's no way I'd eat a bowl of ice cream BUT if I melted that same ice cream down into a liquid I'd drink it no problem
