Okay so liquid fast.
Allowed :
- tea and coffee with oat/coconut milk and sweetener
- Diet sodas or Le Croix
- homemade miso soup with chilli ginger and garlic
- Electrolyte sachets
- Vitamins + supplements
- 1 protein shake/day (made with water)
- 1 low cal hot chocolate/day (made with water)
Haven’t done liquid fast in a few months, usually do 12 or 24 hrs but imma try for 36. Already started my zero app.

Tomorrow I'm trying a liquid fast. I can't wait to get started.
I already have everything planned
Morning:
• 50cl milk
• 1 squeezed orange
Lunch:
• Miso soup spicy
Dinner:
• forest soup
Obviously I will drink 2L minimum and 1/2 coke zero if I have no more energy or if I feel like I'm going to collapse.
If I have respected everything, I allow myself a little hot chocolate in the evening.

Felt so sick and nauseous so I ate a plate spaghetti carbonara and a pear!
Which sums up to 551 kcal today.
Remember to stay in your calorie deficit when you allow yourself smth with more cals or unhealthy.
U will get back on track and you got this.
Never loose yourself in a binge.
(And definitely don’t fast while smoking 🌱)

NEED TIPS FOR LIQUID FASTING!!
plssss if anyone can give me tips i really need them. i’m dogsitting next week for like 5 days and i’ll be staying at their house so it would be a perfect opportunity to do a long fast. i want to do a liquid fast but i’ve never fasted for that long before so if anybody has any tips on how to do it safely i would really appreciate it!! they also live close ish (like 2mi) from a grocery store so i could def walk there and buy drinks and stuff and get my steps in.
