The moment your fingertips hit the arena, There just isn't enough time to become startled By the mere temperature of water. Cold water. Scared. Panic. Clinging to the lifejacket You try to scream for help, With salty liquid being the immediate reply. Cold water. You don't remember the last time you've tasted it.
