can we stop limiting conversations about trans people to just white trans women who are femenine? theres SO MUCH more than them. i will always protect and uplift those femenine white trans women they deserve to be heard but we need to remember trans men , nonbinaries , trans POC and trans people who dont conform to gender norms.

can we talk about how ice just makes everything better?
play with a pack of it
put it on things that hurt
chew on it
watch it be crushed or chopped up
it is just....IT CURES EVERYTHING OK
whenever i just dont wanna drink water which happens sometimes when its hot because i dont like the idea of it going warm before i finish or the idea of drinking liquid is just...just feels icky- i get a cup of ice from the gas station and chew on it and by the time i finished most of it and the rest melted i felt better about drinking the rest.
playing with ice especially when im overstimulated or panicking really helps. its cold and when its ice cubes in a plastic bag i can move them around and it just makes me feel a little more in control over stuff cause i could do whatever i wanted with the ice.
btw i hope im using the actually ADHD hashtag correctly. if not pls tell me. [yes i have ADHD btw-]

ok but can we talk about how soooo many arechetype charectors are either based on steriotypes of neurodivergent people or are based on a neirodivergent expirience.
its not just coded charectors. charectors who have a certain quirk or they hyperfixate on something or they fit the [symptoms? qualifications? someone give me a word to use here pls]
its like "man they sure aint neurotypical!!!" like i just cant see some charectors as neurotypical at all- and like it makes me think like "why not just say it?" why not right? like if its that obvious? but also not all the staff may have neurodivergent people on staff to like clear it w/ to be sure especially in previous years- but then again i dont know that for sure- a lotta people went undiagnosed in years passed-
does this make sense to anyone else?
