What am i doing wrong?
i’ve been fasting for 20-24 hours everyday
eating under 600cals everyday
and i haven’t lost ANYTHING in 2 weeks wtf

One of the saddest things is i was a fat child. Not like a little bit, and im not saying it because i think im fat now, i actually was a fat child.
My little 7 year old self never saw that tho. I would just enjoy my childhood and actually be a kid.
I would absolutely get treated differently by other kids but i never realised that until i got old enough to realise i was a fat child.
And i just sometimes wish that i could put aside my weight sometimes and enjoy myself .
I went out with my friends the other night and all i thought about was calories and how fat i felt and i genuinely had a horrible night.
And i know that im going to regret not putting my weight aside for even 1 night to make memories with my friends when im older.
This is the side of ED that i feel like not enough people talk about.
Sometimes i do just wanna have a nice time.

27 hour fast today whoop whoop!!!!
i went out yesterday and didn’t drink that much tbf but i did drink alot more calories that i wanted to, i didn’t even bother counting i know it was a lot. And my friends made me eat which was annoying
But since eating on the night out i fasted and it was going well. I was going to do longer and genuinely could have carried on but because im just getting back into longer fasts, i need to work my way up or else my body will just store my fat. so i decided to have a really small meal.
So today after my fast i ate:
Dinner:
- Beans (150cals)
- Sweetcorn (28cals)
- wholemeal mini bread slice (64cals)
- little bit of butter (34cals)
Snacks:
- Lemsip (for my cold) (20cals)
- Protein shake (had for breakfast technically) (165cals)
- Pickled onions (16cals)
- crunchy bar thing (65cals)
Total: 524
I had dance for 3 hours and work for 6 hours today so i burned (according to my phone, hopefully ill get a fitbit soon) i burned 214cals
524 - 214 = 328cals

sorry for the late update (not that anyone actually cares tbh😂)
Today i fasted for 22hours and 52minutes!!!
it felt so so good i can’t even lie, i thought about food alot but i still did it! (the longest fast ive done since like 2022)
I even got offered free food at work, it was right there for an hour i could have literally eaten at any moment but i didn’t!!!!! this is so good because my self control is usually so awful i would have given into it so easily like a week ago.
I would have kept fasting however i started my period so i thought i better give my body at least something!
WIEIAD:
Breakfast:
- Nothing!
Lunch:
- Nothing!
Snack before work:
- 50g Protein shake (295cals)
Dinner:
- Tomato soup (204cals)
- 1 small wholemeal bread slice (64cals)
- Apple (104cals)
- Cinnamon (6cals)
- Crunch snack thingy (65cals)
Total: 738cals
Exercise: 146cals
738 - 146 = 592cals
I started fast at
11/45pm 25/04/24
and i’m going to try and do 36hours (or at least over 24!

WIEIAD:
Hey guys i was feeling a lot better today!!!
I fasted for 18hours
Breakfast:
- Nothing
Lunch:
- Apple and cinnamon (110cals)
- Cucumber with chilli flakes and soy sauce (21cals)
- Frozen chocolate covered strawberries (83cals)
Dinner:
- Whole grain rice w/ chilli flakes amd salt (189cals)
- Broccoli (30cals)
- Carrots (27cals)
- 2 egg whites w/ sweet chilli sauce (59cals)
Snack:
- More chocolate covered strawberries (83cals)
- A vitamin drink thing (34cals)
Total: 636cals
Exercise: calories burned = 78cals
636 - 78 = 558cals
Very proud of myself today!!!
I’ve drank a vitamin drink, 3 litres of water and 2 cans of pepsi maxx
Re started fasting at 7 and planning on going a 24hour fast so i will let you know how tomorrow goes!!

Hey guys! okay so this is what i ate today, after a 20hour fast xoxo
Breakfast:
- Protein shake (165cals)
Lunch:
- 2 Apples (104cals each)
Dinner: (i started to feel really ill for dinner, i have such a sore throat, a headache and a fever so i wanted some cold stuff)
- Frozen strawberries covered in chocolate (83cals)
- Halo top penut butter ice cream (320cals)
Total: 776cals
Exercise:
I was at work all day today and it was really busy so i was running around for literally 8 hours.
i did 10,567 steps and burned around 123 calories
776 - 123 = 653
TOTAL FOR THE DAY: 653!!!!!

is this smart?
Okay so i had a thought.
I know that laxatives don’t stop some calories being absorbed and stuff so they don’t really help with weight loss.
HOWEVER:
i was thinking about how if i took laxatives and then started a few day fast, would that help my body be empty quicker so then it would go into starvation mode quicker which would then help me loose my stored fat quicker.
Idk if this would work?? I NEED TO KNOW
