Like a full flood is coming your way, and there’s nothing you can do but gently let parts of it drain out, in hopes these little measures stop that flood,

Your fingers don’t stop, like you’ll die if you do stop, and maybe you will--

So desperate to write it all down, every thought, in hopes that one day people will see these and know you, or maybe nobody will see them but yourself, and one day you’ll remember the sweat on the back of your neck and how hot you room is, too hot for spring, and you’ll remember, and know a past of you that you forgot-

Remembering, desperately.

So desperate. What a word, a greedy word, a fitting word. Desperate to write and be heard, to be greedy with a thirst you’ll never know of, thirsty for this ongoing flood, letting small bits of water seep out through your words, this flood does not stop- only continues, but you ache for it anyways-

The flood won’t stop, continues on, it rains, it adds to the water, you don’t notice, just keep on letting that small stream of water out, ignoring the nonstop flood, you don’t want to be swept away by it, just held gently by this held stream of water, hold the water so it holds you, take out bits of a flood and make it gentle- turn this ferocity and desperation to something more gentle, turn that greed and thirst and hunger and desperation to yearning.

Soft and gentle yearning, longing, a want, not a desperation-

Desperate, desperate, desperate,

Words spin after looking and thinking of them for too long--but desperate tastes of ash on your lips, tastes of longing, tastes of something, so empty. Desperation is to be empty--

The flood continues.

They had loved each other. It was true and pure, rough but soft. It was peaceful in a way love felt like it should be; where they both knew the other would always be there.

Dream and George held each other out. Through each other's flaws, through the hardships and the pain, they stayed with each other. It was always what George saw of mutual, true love. Constantly building each other up, not at the cost of yourself but to the benefit. It was beautiful in the way it should be.

Yes, there were hardships. Horrid things threatening to tear them apart, their own flaws so strong they seemed like unbeatable monsters. But each time, they worked through it. Dream loved George, and George loved Dream. It was simple as that, despite being covered by thorns and vines they loved each other.

Yet Dream changed. Dream allowed his monsters to overtake him, allowed his flaws to become him. But no, that was not their downfall. That could never be their downfall.

No, it had been the moment when Dream shut him out. When Dream refused to love, refused to accept the love and care George was willing to give. It was the moment Dream decided to close him out that they fell apart. There was no revival from that, not when Dream was so adamant on doing so.

Dream changed, as all people do. But Dream changed all on his own. They were supposed to change together, to grow together. To not leave the other behind.

Dream changed all by his own.

techno is king of a weird kingdom. He’s known as the blood god, so good at pvp even the Dream SMP kingdom can’t touch him.

His kingdom is just so weird though.

He’s had at least three wars that had no violence at all- literally just about which kingdom could get more potatoes farmed

His subjects all bully him, hes fine with it, and they’re actually all adore him anyways. 

All of his citizens are strangely sarcastic (him even more so)

He’s allies with pogtopia, hates manburg

Much anxiety (a lot of them chill in their homes or w one friend group but they all know each other)

Winner of antarctic empire bedwars championship go against technoblade and theyre just like “wow i win and all i have to do is speedbridge faster than a pig easy win, i’ll be the new ruler”

Its actually a really good match and in the end the winner gets to be Head Knight or sum, techno wins tho

eret is a God who lives in the Dream SMP, dream is a demigod of course, Techno also demigod, Phil + Niki other gods

wilbur goes Insane, hurts tommy - and eret, phil, and niki all decide hes d e a d

Respawn AU

respawn au but ppl get to choose when to perma-die or if they want to leave the server, they get as much time to choose as wanted

Wilbur traps tommy ? in a room w just a bed, wilbur goes to explode l’manburg but techno exposes him (jschlatt is good in this one), n wilbur is caught

Tommy dies from starvation in the game just as wilbur is caught and they all panic They have no clue where tommy is but wilbur (who is bad but not that bad that he’d let tommy die over n over from starving) shows them where he is and his bed spawnpoint

But tommy isnt there and they panic because

It shows when somebody dies

Doesnt show when they permadeath

Does show when they Leave the Game

So they all panic but actually tommy’s just in the respawn menu, tired of everything and disassociating. He snaps out of it because of techno :)

Help me get a racist and ableist show taken down

Hi Tumblr!

So, last night my husband and I were looking for a nice stand-up show on @netflix  and came across “Uganda be kidding me” by Chelsea Handler, where she supposedly talks about her travels in Uganda.

She comes on stage and the first thing she does is ask the black people in the audience to “smile, so I know where you are”.

Not five minutes later she is talking about how people from Alaska are “lower, like Asian people, but with a touch of Down”.

Needless to say we immediately shut it off after that, because I definitely don’t want to hear what she has to say about the African people that she met in her travels. I am disgusted and appaled and I can’t believe a show like this is still being broadcast, still making money. The amount of blatant racism and ableism in just five minutes is staggering.

I contacted NetflixNL today (for I am in the Netherlands) and made a formal complaint. However, I also know that one voice usually doesn’t make much of a difference. So please, help me get this show taken off the air. See if it is available in your area and if it is, file a complaint. Please.

People confuse me so much like how far do you go that you do not know how to place away your opinions and ideals and actually think about the problem?

If you call rape 'sex' that's like calling being stabbed or just murder in general as an 'assisted suicide'. Did they ask to die?? No. Rape victims also did not ask to be raped. Simple as that.

Racism? Why does it even exist. It is literally science - the color of your skin literally Is science?? And the culture where somebody is born is THAT CULTURE! Their physical traits is just from WHERE THEY ARE BORN! Nobody chooses where they are born! and honestly just put yourself in THEIR situation.

abortion makes sense. It is a fetus. It literally is not a baby and has not grown to the point of being a baby at all or even having a sense of 'existing'. I mean, most people only start counting your age once the child is out of the womb so like 🤷🏽‍♀️

and honestly? Peacefulness has never worked out. In the past, guess what happened when the people hated the government? The government got TORN DOWN.

Human beings confuse me so much because we literally all live on the same planet. That's it. That should be enough for you to respect another person or animal or anything at all. We live on the same fucking planet. It's pretty simple. ✨
