I'm watching the fallout TV show and it has taken over my life. It has rekindled a fire in me. I am playing fallout shelter addictively. I might even make the jump to try and figure out the games again on PC (this may or may not have to wait and be a summer activity 🙁💔).

I read a lot of it (don't tell anyone!!/j). Only recently have I written some on side blog- I can message you privately the blog because I am not totally comfortable sharing it on my main.

If I wrote more I would probably write about creepypasta (not the wattpad versions don't worry), The Last of Us, Undertale (also not wattpad 🙏), Life is Strange, Loki (the series- more specifically the second season), Fallout (TV series), etc, etc. Pretty much any fandoms that I can hit with the broom of suffering.

Also any horror movies that I may see in the future 🤭

I have a love for gore and sadness in the media I consume.. there is no reason other than the fact, if done right, it can develop the characters and plot into such a magnificent and complex manner.

So I’m sort of going through my aroace rebirth as someone who gave romance and spicy adult time one last shot. Currently in a QPR with a man I married who is also probably aro. How do I deal with the internalized shame and self loathing from the relationship that predated my QPR? It was a sort of poly scenario. I just look back on this one last toxic attempt at romance and I’m like “how do I get over this feeling of utter shame at myself?”

I am not the best at dealing with thoughts of shame (it is difficult for me at times), but I do know communication and talking about the how you are feeling with the people close to you is helpful (depending on the situation of course, if you think that is possible). I personally would try to focus more on what makes me, myself. Self care, hobbies, activities- if you don't already I would find something active and fun to do, exercise can be a good outlet for feelings while also making yourself feel physically better. I have taken up rollerblading and karate to feel more confident, which has led to me not feeling as shameful about situations or myself.

By finding something separate from relationships or by finding new healthy connections, you might be able to find more confidence and a time where you can go over your feelings and really sort them out.

Another thought is that this can help you become a different person from who you were during that situation, thus furthering yourself from what you consider to be shameful.

A dull olive sort of green. I made the great deduction one day though going through what colors I look good in and what draws my attention the most.

Depends on what you specifically like! Personally I like all different kinds of cheese for grilled cheese, as long as it is the pre-sliced cuts and doesn't taste like plastic when melted..
