3– regress responsibly! Make sure you don’t get into trouble and you’re in a good mindset to regress.
4– colouring for fun! colouring can be an easy way to keep your mind healthy.
5– reading! read some kids books to keep you focused and happy.
6– make sure you are in a safe place. Before regressing, you need to be in a safe or comforting location. If you’re in public, your car or a bookstore can be the safe place!

Q: how do i make a comfort space?
A: this is simple; pick things you want, comforting objects (ie. pacis, bears, plushies, wallpaper, music boxes, clothes, toys, and other objects) for uour room.
Q: how do i set up my comfort space?
A: start with a nice, comfortable floor (ie. blankets, pillows, rugs.), then get your comfort items and put them scattered around (hidden if you want)
Some detailed things you can add:
Chests for your toys, music boxes, beads & craft bucket, ballpit balls, borders, walls, stuffies of all kinds, a secret space in your pillow for your pacis & bottles & such
