I think in this challenge it is better to consider similar works. I don't have a lot of art that can be compared, but I think in this version it's not bad to see how the style has changed.
The first art is drawn in SAI, the second in Krita.

@sinick brought up an interesting point about scars. I've been reading different articles about medicine lately, watching videos, scars are a really important topic for me as an artist. So far I don't understand much, unfortunately I don't have a medical degree and it's hard for me to understand such complicated topics. However, if I understand anything it's that from the attack of land predators the wounds don't look like symmetrical stripes (symmetrical wounds are possible if you get bitten by a shark. Why? Because sharks have sharp teeth.). You might ask "why have I seen pictures of symmetrical scars after an animal attack?" and I'd say, "it's because the wound was sutured."
It's the sharpness of the claws and teeth, predators (Terrestrial predators) have only teeth in their mouths, not a set of scalpels, predators tear and pierce flesh, break bones, crush organs, not to mention that most predators kill their prey by simply closing their throats. Predator attacks leave ugly scars of all types and shapes. These scars are most often not as ugly as the scars of people after the first world war, but they look very ugly too.
There are different types of scars, as far as I understand there are 4 kinds, but I will not tell about it, because I am not an expert and can mislead. I'm sure you will find information about it if you want to look into it further.
From what I understand, Azog's scars are "atrophic type" - they're depressed, So they're like a pit going down deep. Atrophic scars are caused by a number of things, but I think in Azog's case it's because he got an infection in his wounds, which prevented the skin from healing properly.
Given that his scars have a certain symmetry, it's safe to say that it's intentional scarification.
Although there is a scar that is a different type of scar than the others, Azog has a scar on his upper lip, apparently he got hit hard once (And don't let it bother you that the scar on his lip is a long shape, like someone drew a stripe. A hard blow to the skin can cause tearing. If you've ever hit a ripe watermelon, you've obviously seen the same tear appear on it.)
I don't know if there's any weight to my opinion, I'm not the author of this character design after all. When I watched the voice-overs for the Hobbit movies, the guys from Jackson's team said that Azog had these scars that he supposedly got in battle, they said that it would be weird if he did them of his own free will. (that's not a quote, I'm just saying how I got the gist of the thought). But I think if designers need to show the scars from many battles, then they shouldn't have the scars symmetrical and neat.
I think Azog's Scars are deliberate scarification. We do not know where Azog came from, perhaps his tribe has such traditions.

I think Azog has a lot of kids. Since he clearly has more wealth and power than other "Morians" (I don't know what to call the people of Moria), he is clearly capable of providing a good life for his women and providing his children with a good future. And I found it interesting to think about what one of Azog's daughters might look like, if she had some of her father's features.
I don't know what kind of character this girl would have, but I think she's probably a spoiled "daddy's little girl" :D
I think this girl looks really cute ♡
Who knows dark tongue? What name would you give this girl? :D

I don't understand why fandom thinks Mordor is a place of anarchy and constant danger to life. Orcs and Uruks are a military society, and an army is primarily about discipline. It's understandable to assume a society of maniacs for fairy tale creatures that represent evil, but if you look at it from a logical standpoint this house of cards starts to collapse. I'm not trying to criticize this opinion, just trying to speculate.
The fact is that Tolkien described orcs as creatures that multiply rapidly and can gather in huge armies. If their society was so inadequately bloodthirsty, they would have trouble surviving and breeding.
How would a family live if one of the parents could constantly be aggressive, steal from someone? Such a relative jeopardizes the whole family. And how will the children survive if both mother and father are bloodthirsty ghouls?
If an Orc kills his wife, she has relatives and they will definitely avenge their daughter/sister.
If a female orc is aggressive? Wouldn't she kill her screaming infant who is disturbing her sleep?
Speaking of the military, how can you steal from your fellow soldiers? You'd be quickly punished for such an act. It's the same with murder.
It takes tight control, clear rules, and proper punishment for misbehavior to bring together a large number of men willing to kill.
That doesn't change the fact that there will be a few thieves, murderers, and other scoundrels in society. But they will be found and punished.
I suppose Orcs are dangerous and violent creatures, but to outsiders. They are dangerous to other races. They are dangerous to orcs from another tribe. To their own tribe/clan/family/army they are most likely friendly. It is cohesion that helps survival. Is it possible that Mordor has some special rules of social environment?
If you think of it as a fairy tale, anything is possible, even a society of filthy ragamuffins ready to tear each other's throats out.

Thoughts About Sleep and Schedules in General
I've discussed this with @space-arsonist before, but I've refined some points on this:
Orcs are nocturnal, of course, given that they are weak to sunlight. Uruk hai, however, are able to operate in daylight hours with little issue (apart from not exactly enjoying doing so). That being said, uruks and orcs both do not have sleeping schedules.
Mordor is dangerous, and death is an hourly occurrence. It's in their nature to not sleep in long intervals as a survival means. Short naps, 30 minutes to an hour max, are typical, and any more could be seen as an invitation to have your things stolen. Or to be murdered.
Even after the fall of Sauron, and the establishment of settlements both small and large, their internal clocks are still tuned to this "sleep when safe, and only shortly" way of being. Any half-uruks suffer from this poor sleep timer, and any families are often plagued with cranky adults and even crankier children.
I've thought about how their business would function, seeing as how there's both no real schedule to follow and a large portion of the populace is nocturnal, and I've come up with this possible solution:
Some businesses would be opened solely in the day, and others at night, with a few family run businesses being run "24/7". What businesses would follow what schedule could depend on what is in demand and at what times at different settlements.
I wonder which businesses would function under which time schedule... 🤔

The first and only friend in Mordor ♡
It amuses and surprises me that Talion didn't subdue Ratbag's mind, but this guy is still a comrade for a long time. It's odd, since Ratbag doesn't seem to be afraid of him. And yet he hasn't even tried to betray Talion.

I'm just laughing at the romanticization of scoundrels.
