today was so draining for me, i started off the day good with a coffee and two hard boiled eggs(without the yolk), then for lunch i had a small piece of pork meat w some veggies and then went for a walk and decided that im not gonna eat more for the day. i came back home and i was feeling nauseous so i decided to eat a bit more but i ended up throwing up in a plastic bag outside my house while everyone was asleep, and around 2am i ate one piece of some christmas sweets my granny made and my stomach started hurting like shit so i went to my room and exercised for half an hour trying to burn off the cals. im exhausted.
