Hey everybody! My birthday is coming up soon so I thought I would share some of my headcanons that I have about what your birthday would be like if you were dating Percy. Enjoy!!

🎂 Celebrating your birthday when you’re dating Percy really is the best

🎂 Sometimes you think Percy is more excited about your birthday than you are

🎂 It’s because he knows it’s one of the only days of the year when he can spend uninterrupted time with his favorite person in the world

🎂 Percy treats you like a Goddess on your birthday: bringing you treats, making sure you’re relaxed and having a good day, giving you Maximum Cuddle Time (giving you whatever you want basically)

🎂 I think we all agree that Percy is the cuddliest boyfriend anyone could ever have, always holding your hand or snuggling into your lap. He always has to be touching you in some way

🎂 But on your BIRTHDAY! You don’t know how he manages it but Percy seems to never detach himself from any part of your body for the entire day

🎂 He gives you soooo many kisses- on your cheeks, forehead, shoulders, hair, nose, anywhere he can reach with his lips. Just innocent appreciation <3

🎂 He wants to spend the day with just you, to chill, eat pizza, watch movies, maybe go to the skate park or an ice cream shop (basically what you do any other day)

🎂 If your birthday is in the summer, he steals you away from camp duties and you hang out on the beach for the entire day

🎂 No matter what you end up doing, Percy always makes sure your birthday is a blast

🎂 Often for your birthday, you have small get togethers with your friends from both inside and outside of camp

🎂 One year your small birthday bash was held at the Jackson apartment

🎂 Both Percy and his mother refused to let you help put up any decorations or to help with the snacks. This is your day and you deserve to relax.

🎂 You did end up helping Percy a bit when he accidentally stuck himself in the finger with a pin while hanging streamers (he made you kiss it better before he continued any more of his birthday preparation duties)

🎂 Percy tried to make you a blue cake all by himself and almost burned down the entire apartment complex before he defeatedly let Sally help him

🎂 He let you help decorate it with him

🎂 Percy would wipe icing on your cheek or your lips just to have an excuse to kiss you

🎂 The cake actually turned out pretty well in the end, a bit too sweet and a subtle texture pattern of moist and dry throughout each slice, but still delicious

🎂 It takes forever to scrub the blue stains from your mouth

🎂 Percy spends forever thinking about what gift to get you, wanting it to be perfect

🎂 He can’t help but to worry a bit about his expenses, poor boy is broke as hell

🎂 Even so, if you tell him not to get you anything he doesn’t listen

🎂 Percy saves up allowances and money from small jobs like dog walking or carrying elderly people’s groceries for them just to be able to afford the perfect gift if he ends up wanting to get you something a little more on the expensive side

🎂 His gifts are always so thoughtful and you know he put every ounce of love he holds for you into them

🎂 One year, about a week before your birthday, your camp necklace mysteriously went missing

🎂 You were completely freaking out. You told Percy and he comforted you and even helped you look for it but ultimately failed in your search

🎂 It wasn’t until your special day when you found it again, wrapped (a bit messily) in shiny blue wrapping paper and finished off with a light blue ribbon

🎂 At first you thought he had found it and just decided to surprise you with it until you noticed the gorgeous, shimmering pearl centered between the multicolored beads

🎂 It was such a strange pearl. Of course it was beautiful but something about it seemed so magical and enchanting in the way it reflected light like the waves of the ocean on a cloudless summer day. You would’ve barely been able to tear your eyes away from it if happy tears didn’t blur your vision

🎂 You nearly knocked Percy onto his butt with the amount of sheer force your hug beheld

🎂 Percy tried to give you a lopsided smile and play it off like it was nothing but he really just wanted you to always have something to remind you of him

🎂 That romantic dork, he knew EXACTLY what he was doing.

🎂 One thing he would never tell you is that he asked for Poseidon’s help with the gift, only wanting the best of the best for you. Poseidon couldn’t refuse, of course.

Demeter Cabin Headcanons

🌾 To start off, this isn’t even a headcanon it is 100% completely canon- the Demeter cabin is filled to THE. BRIM. with plants.

🌾 During the summer there’s an eclectic array of plants inside and outside of the cabin, the foliage almost making it difficult to walk sometimes.

🌾 There’s plenty of flowers and herbs in the mix.

🌾 Demeter girls and boys wearing intricate flower crowns 🌸

🌾 The plants can be found in windowsills, hanging from the ceiling, large plants on the floor, on the porch, on the roof, there are plants everywhere you can think of.

🌾 I feel like the Demeter kids are really nice

🌾 Like the sweetest little children

🌾 And they’re so naturally pretty

🌾 lots of freckles and brown eyes and reddish-brown and blonde hair, dark skin

🌾 Demeter’s children are very warm and soft people. Unlike the Apollo kids who are bright and lively, their warmth is softer and more comforting like a flickering fire on a cool autumn night.

🌾 Speaking which, cabin four’s occupants absolutely adore autumn.

🌾 It’s the time of harvest and home.

🌾 During the fall, their decorations switch to some earthier colors with leaves and vases with wheat. Pumpkins and cornucopias everywhere.

🌾 All of Demeter’s kids hate winter

🌾 It’s cold and bitter and colorless and worst of all it always ends their favorite time of year way too early

🌾 The kids who stay at camp over winter break don’t mind it so much because it seems no matter how much snow may break through the magic barrier, not one flake can be found within a 10 meter radius of the cabin. It’s like it just refuses to fall there.

🌾 The lack of snow around the cabin is definitely Chiron’s doing, to make them feel less out of place.

🌾 Cottagecore, cottagecore, cottagecore, cOtTAgECoRe!!!!

🌾 If any cabin in this camp has the cottagecore aesthetic, it is Cabin Four.

🌾 I don’t even need to explain myself. It’s everything THEY STAND FOR.

🌾 Don’t ask why but I feel like Demeter kids are either really short or really tall and there is no in between

🌾 I guess some of them just never hit their growth spurt- ba dum tss

🌾 Lots of vegetarians in this cabin, they live, breathe, and eat plants

🌾 They get along really well with the druids, and they help their trees grow healthy and strong with their Goddess-Given Power Over Plants.

🌾 If it weren’t for the monsters, the Demeter kids would spend all of their time in the forest.

🌾 Farm girl Demeter kids 😭 so cute

🌾 Imagine them in their plaid shirts with their muddy boots on. They can tell you everything about the plants they grow on their family farms.

🌾 There’s probably so many horse girls in the Demeter cabin, let’s be honest.

🌾 At least it helps them start some somewhat relatable conversations with Percy.

🌾 There’s always traces of soil under the Demeter kids’ fingernails from planting and uprooting and replanting etc etc

🌾 These children may be normally soft and kind-hearted, but the calluses on their hands rival those of the Hephaestus cabin.

🌾 These 🅱️itches love bread.

🌾 Their favorite snack is whole-grain toast

🌾 They just eat toast all the time. Like all the time.

🌾 Instead of butter they put homemade jam on it made from the camp strawberries 🤤

🌾 They think white bread is a sin and refuse to eat it

Apollo Cabin Headcanons (2)

☀️ Apollo campers being obsessed with tarot readings since their dad is the god of prophecy

☀️ Campers go there all the time to get readings done, fully believing in the power of prophecy and fate

☀️ Some of the campers even dabble in some other witchy goodness, example A) CRYSTALS!!!!

☀️ Imagine the beautiful, early morning sunlight shining through the cabin window, charging the multicolored gemstones UGH

☀️ Apollo campers being excellent with spiritual healing - just *chef’s kiss*

☀️ The Hecate and Apollo campers get together sometimes to practice witchcraft

☀️ I love them so much.

☀️ Tell me you aren’t in love with the idea of witch!Apollo campers

☀️ See, you can’t.

☀️ Some of the kids formed a rock band, and they’re obviously pretty good considering who their dad is

☀️ The name would probably be something cool like Apollo’s Prophets or sumn

☀️ They’d put on a concert with a bunch of original Greek inspired rock songs, but they’d also do some covers of songs like The Cult of Dionysus and Orpheus Under The Influence

☀️ The campers would like their music so much that they’d record an album to be sold in the camp gift shop along with some band tees (of course with Chiron’s approval)

☀️ They put on a show at the end of each summer as a celebration

☀️ I feel like they’d enjoy the band so much that they’d get some traction in the mortal world and start playing shows in the city, probably get signed to a record label eventually

☀️ Before each concert they would do a group prayer to Apollo and the Muses for good luck

☀️ Apollo even bought one of their band tees and wears it all the time to show his support

☀️ These little balls of sunshine definitely take after their father with their looks because all of the Apollo campers are a t t r a c t i v e

☀️ Seriously, some of the most attractive campers besides the Aphrodite kids

☀️ Besides, poetry and music are just so romantic <33 *swoon*

☀️ The Athena campers are more so attracted to their intelligence than their looks (reminder that Apollo is the god of knowledge)

☀️ Sometimes it feels like the Apollo kids are the only ones able to keep up with Athena’s children (their looks are definitely a bonus though)

☀️ Despite the Apollo campers being so damn hot, most of them don’t have an ego about it like their father does

☀️ A few of them are still known for being heartbreakers, though

☀️ All of the Apollo kids are VERY defensive about their siblings, another trait from their father

☀️ If you so much as look at one of them the wrong way, the whole cabin will have you cursed in seconds with rhyming couplets

☀️ The Apollo kids are all pretty close with Rachel, her being the Oracle and all

☀️ She even has her own designated bed in their cabin if she ever gets lonely and in need of some friends

You’ve never been a heavy sleeper, especially after the daily dose of trauma that comes with being a demigod. No, you learned your lesson after being taken hostage by a laistrygonian giant at age 14. Ever since then, you stir the second someone gets too close to you.

How your boyfriend managed to lay himself on top of you without waking you up is beyond your comprehension. His feet hung off the arm of the sofa despite his curled legs that held you in place. His face was smooshed into the crook of your neck and you could feel his hot breath warming your neck with every exhale. And you hoped to the gods that he wasn’t drooling on your neck or you may have to kill him.

I have this headcanon that the gods allowed Leo to find Ogygia. Not to dis him or anything, but no one finds Ogygia twice. Unless, they were allowed to.

So, at the end of PJO, Percy asked the gods to release Calypso, and they said they would, but never actually got around to it. Yes, she could’ve just been freed and not know it, but that’s pretty low, even for the gods. I’m sure Hephaestus or Apollo would’ve told her. Instead, they released her in a roundabout manner. From then on, everyone who finds Ogygia would be allowed to find it again.

And the first person to find it after the promise was made is Leo. And, like every other hero, Leo says he’ll try to find Ogygia again. And, like with every other hero, Calypso says it can’t be done. But it can be. She just doesn’t know it. And the gods know that she doesn’t know it. But they also know Leo. And they know that he’ll really try to find her again.

And he does. He defys the odds and finds Ogygia again. Why? Well, the astrolobe, his smarts, and Festus are all contributing factors. But, like I said, the gods make Ogygia impossible to find once you leave. So the only way back is if the Gods let you back. Not that everyone would have the skill to, but everyone had the chance to. And Leo was the first person to take that chance and he got it. Because the Gods allowed him to. And because of his intelligence and flying dragon.

Percy jackson headcanons pt3

Paul taught him how to drive and he's actually not half bad

Him and Jason weren't that close and neither really wanted to be but after time they just couldn't help but be friends

Percy, Nico, Hazel and Jason all have weekly sleepovers in each other's cabins whenever they are all there

Ok little headcanon here that him and Thalia have a Plan M which is basically where they buy a motorcycle, leather jackets and take over the world together (Thalia bugs him about giving up immorality)

"Its a win win! You get to be immortal, plan M is a go and Annabeth joins the hunters!" "How is that a win win??" "I get you and Annabeth:D"

Him and Beckendof were super close cause he just treated him like Percy and not the guy from the prophecy

He's also totally flabbermouthed when he saw Festus since him, Beckendorf, Silena and Annabeth technically found him

Leo came over to him staring at it one night and Percy thanks him for keeping his memory alive. It's one of the few positive moments they have

We know he plays basketball and is actually really good which is ironic because he is absolutely trash at archery

Percy is cannonly a writer and is actually really good. Paul says he could do something with it but he just replies that it isn't his passion

But he is a Dam good writer and actually good at (Bare with me) songwriting.

He doesn't sing very well or at least never tried to but can but his emotions into words really well

Him and Hazel have the cutest friendship, she draws on him and he really considers letting her tatto him. They go get ice cream and helps each other with their powers

Loves to babysit Estelle, Sally and Paul completely trust him after they saw how protective he was

Wears wrists braces after holding up the sky(Annabeth also)

Also needs an inhaler after Tartarus from all the curses be took

Could never get to the top of the climbing wall but after all the climbing him and Annabeth had to do he got pretty good and shocked everyone at camp

He's so bad at archery that Chrion literally banned him from holding a bow and arrow in camp. Then on one quest there was a monster that wouldn't leave them alone and an arrow came out of nowhere and landed 2 Inches from the monsters head. They look up and there is Percy saying to get lost, obviously his reputation is enough to scare the monster off. Everyone's like "When did you get so good omg" And he's all "yeah...i ment to hit it.." and wordlessly hands someone else the bow
