Recently I came across a goldmine that helped me a lot in the past. It's called How to ADHD! She's doing a series where she's reviewing old videos from her channel.... and surprisingly, I really needed to hear the advice in them again.
I would really recommend going through these two videos, as well as ask for help and accommodation for any daunting task that is burdening you.

In Italy International Women's Day is known as La Festa della Donna. The Mimosa flower which blooms at this time of year has become a universal symbol and is given to women on this day. Giving mimosas is not considered a romantic gesture but one of solidarity. Mimosa seems like a delicate flower, but in fact is very resistant and can grow anywhere, even in the harshest of environments. Sound familiar?
They're also bright yellow, the color of happiness and sunshine, and they're used in traditional herbal medicine for its calming and steadying properties.
It is said that Teresa Mattei, one of Italy’s first women in Italian politics was responsible for making the mimosa the symbol of Women’s Day in 1946. As a schoolgirl, Mattei was suspended from school for criticizing the anti-Semitic laws adopted by fascist Italy. At 25 years old she became the youngest to be elected to the Constituent Assembly and later became national director of the Italian Women’s Union. In France the violet flower was used to represent women’s solidarity, but Mattei decided on the Mimosa for Italy noting, “it’s a humble flower and can be found everywhere here in the countryside.”

I keep neglecting self-care- not like the doing face masks and sipping wine kind- but like exercising and eating healthy.
And I know why I do it, when I have a late start, when I feel overwhelmed, I just wanna get to the "important" work.
But I can't do the important work without having my needs met first. Its a reauirement- like I can't unlock the next mission until I grind a bit first.
Made myself food today- not anything fancy, literally pancakes and bacon. My mood improved INSTANTLY. Suddenly had the motivation to work for 2+ hrs.
Don't be like me, if you can help it XD (I know some of ya'll med students have no choice but to work like machines) It's always easier to work after you've met your body and mind's needs first.

Okay I could really use some feedback here. I'm starting a crochet business to sell household decor, bags, and maybe blankets?
Anyway, what do we think of the name:

30 hours of studying this week compared to 23 last week 😵💫
still have to finish my paper due at midnight though 👋 the John Wick soundtracks keep me going

All the good shop names are taken and market research is a daunting task.
How am I supposed to live laugh love in these conditions? Every time I think I've got a shop name pinned down its already been taken.
I considered "Eepy Designs 😴💤" (probably the most unique name I've come up with) but it doesn't really fit the vibe I'm going for.

I managed to get up before 7 AM! 🎉
Now if I can just stay on task when studying. The 15 min. sprints work but for some reason I forget to do them.
I decided to switch things up a little and make today my revision/review day. I have like 20 pages of notes to go through. I'll be making mind maps, flash cards for vocab, and I'm considering making a review study guide.
Oh! I also have a list of research questions I wanted to answer. I'll go through, answer what I can, and anything I can't will show me information I'm still missing.

I am waiting for the return of my simulation results from a supercomputer. Having spent three months on this simulation already, I really hope it will work. I will try to attend all of my lectures next week as it’s the last week of teaching. I have been skipping so many classes just to focus on my project work. I really need to catch up now!

I wanted to update yesterday, but I just wasn't able to motivate myself XD So here's what I've been doing the last two days!
Yesterday I was feeling low and wasn't able to push myself to do more than the housework. Which is still me being prodictive, just not completing all my scheduled tasks.
Today was better. I did the housework and studied small business law for 2 hours. I was supposed to do another 30 minutes but I wanted extra time to have a snack.
My biggest problem with time blocking so far is the 6 am wake up time. I still think being up that early is the way to go, but I'm not used to going to bed at a decent time yet. Tonight I'm cutting my screen time off at 10 pm and doing yoga to wind down before bedtime which I think will help.
Also, I set a blanket down beside my desk and now Bunny comes to sit with me while I work 🥺
