I have so much random bad shit happen in my life that I'm always tempted to write everything down in a list. Like I truly have terrible luck and am absolutely drowning, but from a million little things that individually don't warrant any aid or much sympathy.

And I know for "mental health" you're supposed to focus on the good things and not wallow in the bad yada yada, but I have two problems: the "good" things have been very few and far between for me, and all the focusing on them in the world won't erase all the bad problems I still have to deal with. Like I tried doing a new years resolution where each week you write down a good thing that happened and put it in a jar to read thru at the end of the year. Then I went 2 weeks without a single good thing to write down and I felt too disheartened to continue.

And this list I want to make, it's not a wallowing or whining thing, but more that I feel so terrible all the time I need a concrete outline of all the reasons WHY so that I don't feel like I'm just going insane. Plus I think having it for reference would be better than having to mentally recall all the bullshit on the occasions I am asked to explain the hell I'm in. If anything it's to help get the bad shit OUT of my head rather than constantly tracking them in my mind.

Anyway someone who's better at therapy than me please tell me if this is a bad idea.

Went to go see The Mummy in theaters today because it came back to the big screen for the 25th anniversary. I've seen this movie easily a hundred times, but never in theaters.

And wow did It come rushing back to me like getting hit by a truck just how much of a chokehold Brendan Fraser had on me in the '90s. That man was my first and most intense celebrity crush, but because it was pre me having a personal computer with internet access I didn't have the tools to fixate on him as hard as I did subsequent celebrity crushes.

Anyway fuck it it's never too late time to give my 25 year old hyperfixation on Brendan Fraser a run on the internet.
