so I went and looked for some fandom tag of myself on tumblr cus I wanted to find some cool fanart of me and my brothers and maybe find some good fanfics, but the tag is just filled with hate towards my source. Like I know that in source I killed a character that was verry loved by the fandom but that doesn’t mean you should fill up the whole tag with hate and harass people who do like source me/people who kin my source/fictives of my source - 🔴 form 🌌🩷

npt stands for names , pronouns , titles. They're usually lists of names , pronouns and titles based around a theme or a character

ID packs are similar but they usually also have genders and other labels in the pack among with other things, so it depends who is making the ID pack ig

We have fictives but we also have "maybe fictives?", alters that split from OCs from fanfictions that others in the system wrote. Those "split from OCs" alters are part of a subsystem with some of the fictives, but we don't know if they actually count as fictives and therefore if they aren't allowed to be here?

They're allowed to be here dw, this is for all introjects we just called it fictives because it rings off the tongue a little better!

Sorry in advance for rambling

We always feel so fake when we have a fictive form from a new or more recent source due to endos always role-playing as 'alters' from new sources and then dropping those 'alters' when their source isn't popular anymore... I know it's easier for introjects to front when consuming their source, and it's easy for them to front less when not consuming their source regularly... it's just... hard, I suppose, to look at new fictives in our own system from recent media and not go "Wow, that feels fake" even though we know we can split from something no matter how new the source is because that's just how we learned how to deal with stress as a child and it's still held up to this day

im so sorry that endos have made you feel this way. If it helps a lot of our fictives are like that too, we get fictives from new media and they tend to stop fronting when we stop consuming stuff in that media ((unless they have a important role)). You're valid, splitting fictives from new media doesn't mean you're fake, especially if you're interested in the media. You aren't fake and neither are your fictives /gen
