I’ve just been under so much stress and anxiety again.
From no diploma, no job, no dad, mom’s hours severely cut in this energy crisis, trying to lose weight, struggling with loss, mental health issues, trauma, loneliness, severe agrophobia, etc
It’s just so much. I want to keep going but it’s hard and I just don’t get nearly enough help to improve myself and my life.

Day 17
September 5th
Phewww its super hot outside again. Plus I’m on my period so taking it easy. But I still cooked!
Here’s what I ate today.
Breakfast
Roast beef sandwich
Soy milk vanilla
Starbucks cappuccino toffee honeycomb

Proactiv
Strawberry lemonade
Dinner
Chicken teriyaki

A small glass of cola (150ml)
I had approximately 1610 kcal today. Pretty good.

Day 16
September 4th
My grandpa came to visit because of his birthday! Hadn’t seen him in a while. He turned 77 and he and my mom went out for Surinamese and brought dinner home for me. So no good estimate amount of calories today. But still here’s what I ate today.

Day 15
September 3rd
I went on a walk today with my mother and found a lot of school books I could use! We have a community bookcase in my neighborhood and it hand sooo many of the school books I wanted to have. Besides losing weight I also want to go back to school and finally get my diploma so this is great!
But that’s not really what this blog is meant for, so here’s what I ate.
Breakfast
Two eggs with ketchup
A cup of tea with honey
Lunch
My mother bought a Starbucks cheese cake, muller milk strawberry and a borek for me. The cheesecake was way too sweet for me tbh. Oh well it at least tased good.
Dinner
Pork sausages
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Mashed potatoes
Corn
Snacks
7 chocolate caramel sweets
Slice of cheese.

Day 14
September 2nd
I didn’t do a whole lot today. I just got my period so I got to take it easy. But here’s what I ate.
Breakfast
Yakult light
Proactiv
Scrambled eggs from 3 eggs with ketchup
Mandarin
Ice tea green
Lunch
2 eggs with ketchup
Glass of ice tea green
And a cup of thee with lemon, mint and honey
Dinner
Seasoned pork chop
Jacket potato with garlic yogurt sauce
Pre made Caesar salade
And some snacks
Muller milk strawberry
5 strawberry vanilla mochi ice cream
In total approximately 2074 kcal. Not perfect but as long as I keep it under 2100 it’s better than nothing.

Day 13
September 1st
Wellll things are still meh. To say the least. But we keep going. Me and my mom started doing some planking together starting today. I lasted 30 seconds.. and I was able to do 5 sit ups. It’s a start! I even pulled out the jumping rope again but I’m still a big noob. Oh well it will come in due time.
Anyway on to the food!
As I mentioned yesterday, I now take a daily bottle of Yakult (light) and proactiv.

Grilled cheese with ham and ketchup.

Lunch
Bread with a bacon esque deli meat (no clue what’s it called in English)
Glass of ice tea green.
Dinner
I made homemade shoarma!
With obviously pita bread, shoarma meat, cucumber, red onions and tomatoes.
I also added some garlic sauce to it.
In total I ended up with 1925 kcal. Not bad if I say myself. Especially because it turns out I’ve lost approximately 2 kilograms. I weighed myself after a meal in the middle of the day so I don’t think it’s just water weight. But we shall see!

Day 12
August 31
Soooo today was awful. Still a lot of trauma surrounding my father’s death. Which came to bite me in my ass. Don’t want to go into detail but… well shit.
Anyway here’s what I ate today.
So I re introduced proactiv and yakult into my diet for their health benefits. So I’ll be drinking those more often from now. (Trying daily.)
I had leftover wraps from yesterday, so I don’t feel the need to repost what went in them but here’s the rest that I ate.
Grilled cheese with ham and salsa and ice tea green. And for dinner I ended up eating sushi sooo no clue how much calories. I did want to make dinner but right as I was about to start, I found out the packaging of my chicken had broken so out of care I threw it out. Sushi was lovely I mainly eat salmon. But after I ended up with a huge panic attack. That’s ongoing it seems. Losing my dad has been very hard on my anxiety.

August 30th
So I’ve had a rough time again. Things are pretty hectic so I try to eat healthy but that isn’t always easy with how I’m feeling lately. But I started tracking things again so here’s what I ate today.

In totaal it was like 2050 kcal or something give or take. Not perfect but definitely not bad either.

Day 10
August 23
Yeah today was garbage too. Ever since my dad passed I’ve been struggling a lot with sleep anxiety which ends up with my schedule being all over the place so no time or energy to work out during the day.
For food I actually cooked again. Now problem is that I have no clue how much calories would be in it. I made a pasta salade so unlike usual here’s a recipe of what I ate. Gonna try and make tomorrow a better day.

August 22
Ehhh it’s not going the best to be honest. Loads of stuff bothering me so dieting isn’t going… at all tbh.
Anyway here’s approximately everything I ate
2 grilled cheese with ham and salsa
Ice tea green couple of glasses
AN ENTIRE CARTON OF BANANA SOYMILK 1L
Muller milk strawberry
And a mix of pizza pollo and pulled pork
All in all approximately 2094 kcal. But like always I add 200 to it to be safe. So definitely over my own recommended amount.

Day 8
August 21st
Man I’ve been having a rough time. So in terms of food I really let myself go the past few days. Today too. Two grilled cheese and ham sandwiches with sauce, just cheese and ham slices, and half a chicken with a handful of fries also with sauce.
I really am trying to get back on track again but it isn’t as easy as people think especially when dealing with loss and mental health issues.

Ehhh I didn’t really keep track of things. I ate some left over Gyros and sushi for dinner. So no real way to track my calories.
My right leg is still sore from jumping rope! Besides that just my regular mental health issues creeping up on me again. Losing my dad has been hella rough.

Day 4 & 5
Augustus 17th & 18th
I had two cheat days… and kinda started the 19th that way too but! I won’t count it and just accept that it happened and pick myself up again!
Kinda had a rough one the last few days. Just a lot going on in my head especially regarding my dad’s sudden passing.
Just a little depressed and sleeping poorly. Nothing I’m not used to.
I’ll manage and pull through. I always do :)
I did jumping rope or what’s it called in English. Was fun even though I lack stamina and am in general not the best at it. Good work out was tired out quickly!

August 16
Breakfast hamburger day!
I still had some left over from yesterday so I had one of them for breakfast. No lunch I wasn’t that hungry it’s still pretty hot after all. Didn’t do much today still pretty tired and was worried about a friend but thankfully she ended up being fine!
Anyway here’s what I ate today
Imma just copy and paste the hamburgers from yesterday.
1 brioche buns
1 black angus hamburgers
About 1,5 table spoons of ketchup
About 1,5 table spoons of kewpie mayo
3 cucumber slices
2 tomato slices
A handful of arugula
8 glasses of ice tea green
Muller milk choco caramel cookie (didn’t taste no cookie just chocolate no caramel either.)
2 Pork sausages
A big spoon of corn
Some red onion
Also some gravy
A weird not tasty pumpkin and sweet potato puree.
Total today approximately 1636 kcal. And like always I add 200 kcal too it to be safe. So probably around 1836 kcal today.
Hope I have a more productive day tomorrow.
