Throwback two nights ago... We planned to watch Cinderella but the cinema was effing full... And the parking lot itself was terribly jammed. With angry drivers and passengers including us (stuck for more than half an hour cuz one of the exits was closed due to the faulty ticket machine). The view of SMK Katibas from my house (on the 4th floor) early in the morning... 📓⛅⛅ Already in love with this school. Why? Helpful, benevolent, supportive, and understanding colleagues, great and kind students (haven't met the naughty ones yet haha), and fantastic view plus authentic experience with the nature. My stress melts away just by looking at the foggy hills. The only downside so far is the facility. Luckily I am trained to handle blackouts and water shortage when I was a trainee teacher (berguna jugak pengalaman tu). At least here the blackouts are scheduled. The entire school depends on only ONE bleeding generator which could break down aaaaaanytime... That is why they need to turn the generator off at certain hours to minimise the chances of such occurrence. The journey we made yesterday (for a shopping trip) from SMK Katibas to Song... This is already a usual routine for all the teachers. It's just a 40 minutes journey on the boat. We are quite lucky that our school is not that far away from the district.
